Happy Birthday to the Jedi Council Forums!


So yeah July is the 20th Anniversary of the Jedi Council Forums and as part of the celebration we're playing Forum Feud. It's like the American game show Family Feud but instead of pitting family against family, we're doing forum against forum. (If you don't know the game show you can find clips on youtube. It's got Steve Harvey as host, among others over the years.)

This was previously done for the 12th Anniversary and it was a lot of fun (so I'm told, I didn't participate lol), so we're bringing it back. See the old Forum Feud forum HERE.

SWTV can have up to 2 teams of 5 to represent us. We can also have a few alternates if you want to possibly participate but not play a full part of the game. Each team will need a Team Captain, a name, a slogan and team colors.

Signups are only about a week so if you want to play, get in quick and represent us against the other forums!

we'll just flog ya trust me I'll probably be incorrect more than correct. We need Jedi Fett in on this though. They crushed the last trivia in the TLJ Forum. I failed miserably

 

Are you familiar with Family Feud? It's survey questions, and the contestants have to guess the answers; if your guess was voted for by more people, then you get more points.

Here's an example-


You have to try to guess the some of the most common responses to questions like that.

So if you're in, copy and paste the list with your name added on.

 

Well just glancing at some examples from the previous games I didn't even see any SW ones. Just general questions that would be suited for surveying lots of people.

 

It's about coming together as a community and celebrating our longevity (we're older than Wikipedia!); just something fun for every forum to participate in.

Yeah that too.

 

I like bragging rights as well. And a Family Feud type of game I might just be good at.

 

Fear not.

I've come up with a couple of names, just spit balling really. Those who listened to Rap of the 90's will know these The 4th Chamber, or C.R.E.A.M

 

I actually do like that one.

 

We at least need one Team. But we have until the 16th, so still have time.
