I have heard that some priest in the Catholic Church can't have attachment with women and is called for Clerical celibacy, and if the priest wants to have an attachment with a woman he must leave the church. So I wondered if the Jedi Code is also based on the Clerical celibacy because the jedi must also leave the Jedi Order if he or she is going to have an attachment with somebody.

some priests? All Roman catholic ones.
In any case for the PT and before it is probably true, although I don't think it is unique to Roman catholicism, I think Buddhists are also celibate.
