    Not that I've seen, but that doesn't mean much. I'm the only one home in my street during the day in the week, everyone works, oh except the creepy man who works nights and strolls around the street with a mug of coffee in his hand and his two ancient dogs on tow...

    It's true, he does it as the kids are leaving for school and as they come home. He and his wife don't have kids, I don't know if it's because he wants them or if he is creepy, but even the kids think he's strange

    I think there are certain rules that you must followed before you can just declare yourself a club and an ambassador. Certain amount of posts in the club, certain amount of members etc...... ;)

    The "ambassadors" thing started with approval from Sinre for the Imperial Remnant Club which is new as well. Ambassadors are simply non voting representatives of clubs working their way towards membership. My guess is that they will work closely with the Foreign Minister in order to get their ducks in a row when they get closer to that event. :)

    For now the Senate will accept these ambassadors so long as they obey the rules of the Palace.
