Rikten abruptly stood up, with the appearance of Tenro. He leaned his tiny frame against the leg of the chair that he had previously occupied. When Tenro announced his course, Rikten leaned forward. He had intended to voice his acceptance and request permission to leave, when Jon cut in.

Rikten leaned back politely. He would let the younger Knight have his questions. He was in no hurry, as it was. But, when Knight Antilles broke off his questioning and left, Rikten spoke.

?Master Tenro, I understand my mission. May, I take my departure??

    Garren Windu.

The name struck some of the thicker memory chords in Radiant's mind as he stared into the face of the only living decendant of Ghosh Windu. The famous Korunnai clan in which the legendary Swordsman and Jedi Master Mace Windu had hailed. It was little known what skills Garren possessed personally, as few had ever attended a mission with the man. But Rade knew. He and Garren were somewhat rivals in the Temple dueling arena. Both considered themselves a true master of Mace Windu's lightsaber form VII.. Vapaad.

Garren was slightly older.. biologically, than Rade. But in terms of experience, the two men were around the same skill. Which lead to quite a few bouts in the dueling ring ending sourly for both. Mostly only ever coming to a draw.

Even though there was a fierce rivalry between the two in the dueling ring, they retained a strange friendship. Windu carried many of the traits his namesake was known for. Normally he was very severe looking, with his strong jawline and stoney eyes. But he had a kind heart. He actually looked very similar to Mace Windu in facial structure and build.

Windu returned his hands behind his back and a towel came floating from the corner and slapped into Rade's waiting hand.

"Thank you. What brings you down here tonight?"

Garren handed Rade a datapad before returning his hands once again in his maddening fashion, behind his back.

"Master Tenro has decreed that we both get some R&R from the rigors of recent events. And by that he means, less strenous missions."

Rade nodded and looked the datapad over while dabbing his neck with the towel. It detailed a rather... long... mission that he and Garren were to undertake.

They were to research, track down and recover the lightsaber hilts that had belonged to the Jedi of Old, and return them to their final resting place among the Jedi in the Temple. There was to be a memorial erected for each hilt that was returned to it's home. Commemorating that Jedi and their accomplishments for the Order as it was today. It was definately something that Rade was interested in looking to, but he had Keiran to think about. If he left then what would he do for his friend? He couldn't help guide the man from halfway across the galaxy. At least Tenro would be here to keep him in check...

Again Rade nodded and closed the datapad.

"Well I can understand why this could be important. And he is wrong if he thinks I didn't catch the hidden meaning behind it.

Rade remembered back to the night prior when Tenro had awoken. His defiance in the face of Master Rhaz. The incident that had almost turned violent. Tenro was attempting to push Radiant into the Jedi culture, to make him aware of his heritage and hopefully to insert some respect to rank structure and what came with it.

    Fat chance of that one...

Rade wrapped the towel around his neck and held out his hand as his tunic came floating over.

"Well... I would be lying if I said I was thrilled about it. But I suppose I am a Knight now. When do we leave?"

Garren nodded his agreement and accepted the datapad back.

"We may leave as soon as you are ready. Though from the ...workout... you just went through, I would assume you were tired. I think tomorrow morning will be fine."

The emphasis on workout was meant as a stab at Rade's skill and prowess in the sparring he had just finished.

Radiant's eyebrow quirked upward as he began to strap on his lightsaber belt.

"I'm never too tired to give you some proper instruction on how to swing that purple glowlamp of yours....Besides. That was just as

"Master Ra, I see you have come out for a stroll. What can we do for you?"

Kaelis smiled openly, his eyes blazing for a moment, he knew the hatred that was circulating the room. He knew that every Jedi present would love to strike him down where he stood. He felt their anger, their hate, the presence of so much chaos fueled the spark his master had buried deep within the Dark Lord long ago.

"I have indeed, I apologise for the use of your Jedi, but these are difficult times."

Kaelis motioned to the jedi now surrounding him, their blades held at bay only by the command of their master. Kaelis bowed deep to Tenro, it was almost jesting in nature, the smile across his face still present, "I am your orders new instructor in the Dark Side, I will teach them how to shield themselves, how to fight as we do, Shadra will throw everything he has at your prescious Jedi Knights including one of your own. They have Keiran Nath, he is his new weapon, he has an immense connection to the force and Shadra will use that in the most destructive way possible."

Keiran stood upright, his face sincere and bleak, "The fight to come will not be easy, I offer myself to the greater good, do as you will of me."

    Tenro gave an indulgant smile.

"Kaelis.. it is not the inadequacy of our combat skills that worries me. These halls have seen some of the greatest warriors the galaxy has ever known. All trained the same way, always prevailing over the dark ones that threaten our sanctity and harmony. What I am more concerned about, more so than training fighters, is where Shadra's forces are, and in what strength they are currently. If I know who and what I am fighting, victory is simply a matter of when and how. And as I recall, Kaelis... the loss and abduction of padawan Nath was facilitated by your hand. It is true that losing Padawan Nath will be a blow to our ranks. His power has become raw and bitter. But we have many more Jedi to take his place. This conflict will soon be over Master Ra. One way or another."

Tenro stood with impassive features, staring down the former Sith.

Kaelis Ra smiled at the Grand Masters attempt to intimidate him. Little did the Master know Kaelis had been alive longer than some of the statues he now aspired to be. Kaelis did however feel the pang at being the instrument of Nath's abduction, he knew what awaited the young boy.

"I beleive you underestimate the power my master and I wielded, there are few among you who could even hope to match our powers. Even now Keiran Nath is being taught how to control his powers.....do not take this lightely, that boy could snuff out entire planets should the emotional height be at it's pinnacle."

Kaelis circled the Grand Master, his whispers directed at him alone, "You beleive your padawans and Knights have the power to end this conflict? You have a mere handful of masters powerful enough to engage my master and his apprentice...I can however rid you of one of those problems should you wish it. I can distract Shadra long enough for your victory to be complete...But what will you do then Master Tenro, I can feel the darkness inside of you...what will do when the galaxy is at yout feet?"

The Grand Master narrowed his eyes dangerously as Kaelis circled him.

"You beleive your padawans and Knights have the power to end this conflict? You have a mere handful of masters powerful enough to engage my master and his apprentice...I can however rid you of one of those problems should you wish it. I can distract Shadra long enough for your victory to be complete...But what will you do then Master Tenro, I can feel the darkness inside of you...what will do when the galaxy is at yout feet?"

The Force surrounded Tenro in a blinding light, the tattoo on his left bicep began to shine visibly from underneath his robes. The light was likely more stunningly bright than the one Kaelis had been subjected to under Knites scrutiny.

Kaelis was lifted from his feet in an invisible bind, his hands and legs bound together as he floated backwards. Tenro walked calmly after him with his wrists still clasped behind his back.

Kaelis bumped into the far wall as Tenro came looking up at him, a serious but calm look upon his features.

"Let me be excruciatingly clear, Master Ra.... the only reason you are here is because I trust in Jedi Knight Radiant Tide. He has had untold experience dealing with you and your former Master. But truth be told, if things were any different, I would concur with Master Rhaz. The destruction, death and chaos you yourself have wreaked is enough to make a man sick to his stomach with anger. I would hand you over to the CSF in a heartbeat would it expunge your dark trace across the face of this galaxy. Lucky for you I don't think that that will solve anything."

Tenro's light burned brighter still. The tattoo blazing brightly within it.

"I do not take kindly to threats Master Ra... This is our Order, not yours. For lack of better term, you ARE prisoner here. You will not walk around freely and you will not control my guards. You have not seen what I have. You have not felt the murmers that I have. I know of the darkness that lives inside of me. It is the same battle that everyone in this room fights on a daily basis, everyone in this temple, everyone in this universe. The darkness is not something to be feared Kaelis. It lives within all of us. The difference is how we choose to use it. So allow me to let you in on a secret. The darkness is going to be destroyed from this galaxy. Upon our vessel shall ride the tides of change and balance. No longer will your kind threaten the sanctity of peace and justice. No longer will people live in fear of one dark lord rising after the next. We will enter an age of glorified peace and harmony. And nothing, anyone does from here on out... is going to stop that. And Kaelis...."

Tenro leaned forward and whispered to the dark one.

"My conviction would have me purge the Force from your body for the rest of your days. It is a rarely used technique, given as a last resort punishment... but I do know how to do it. Do not test my standing again Master Ra, lest you give me the final reason to use said technique on you. And THEN hand you over to the CSF so you will not harm anyone else. You are a micron from that line Kaelis. I warn you once and only once.. Do not stray over it."

The light vanished all at once but the tattoo still shown brightly from underneath the cloth of his robe. Kaelis was released and dropped to his feet.

"Your intimidation will hold no footing here. Now if you excuse me I have business to attend to. Please return to your quarters. There will be Master Guardians watching the door this time so your mind tricks will do little except earn aggitation."

Tenro turned and walked away. As he did. The knights that had been guarding him previously stepped forward to flank him, as did several Masters. All of which had had their morale boosted by seeing what the light side was capable of in Master Tenro.

    Torrin

Torrin sat in the filth of the undercity. He wore tattered rags and smiled like he had gone seven rounds with a Rancor. And he had never felt more alive. He had access to more wealth than the some of the Jedi Order, finer quality goods than the Ruling Mother of the Hapes Consortium and now, in beggars robes, he had never felt more exhilaration.
After leaving the Jedi Temple to contemplate his place he had over heard two CSF officer's complaining about credit raids against businesses under the Corellian District. That brought him to this alley where he had tracked two of the raiders to.

They had stolen a paltry sum from a street vendor, though in the Undercity a days salary meant the difference between going hungry and starving. He could feel their presences int the Force, two stories above him in an abandoned apartment. For a moment he entertained the idea of going vigilante if Master Tenro kicked him out, he quickly quashed that thought, it was too much like the old him.

Old? How old a few hours? Torrin thought to himself bitterly.

When the presences he felt started to be less wary of their surroundings Torrin acted. In a single motion he rose to his feet and leapt into the air. Torrin used the Force to guide him to the third story wind and with slight pressure the window busted inward. As Torrin floated in he Force-Pushed the furthest criminal out the opposite window, his scream carried into the apartment until he met an abrupt end, three stories below.
The second man drew a small blaster and fired once. A green bolt of deadly energy lanced towards Torrin. He twisted out of the way and slammed into the wall, back first, as he felt a searing pain in his arm. He ripped the blaster from the man's hand using the Force and sent it out the window behind him. He then spared a glance at his arm, it was only a graze. As he returned his attention to the criminal Torrin cursed himself. The man had already crossed the distance between them and was swinging a vibroblade towards Torrin's head. Torrin ducked at the last moment and the man's hand crushed a fist-sized hole in the ferrocrete wall.
Torrin looked in disbelief and then saw the sparks flying from the man's wrist.

"Prosthetics? That's cheating!" Torrin said with a grin.

Torrin brought his fist up into the man's stomach just below the ribs and winced as his fist hit durasteel and cracked. A moment later Torrin sensed an attack coming and tried to block his face but the cyborg was too quick. His fist landed like a pneumatic hammer into Torrin's left temple. Torrin stumbled backwards, the only thing keeping him conscious was his hatred. His hatred of Jervol for dying, his hatred of Tenro for forcing this exile on him, however temporary and his hatred of this cyborg's audacity, the shear boldness to hit Torrin.

Through a vale of blood Torrin say the cyborg advancing with his first raised, no doubt hoping to put Torrin down for good.
"Always wondered what it be like to fight a Jedi...their aren't all their cracked up to be." The Cyborg snorted.
In that moment Torrin watched red cracks charge from the Cyborg's fist up to his neck in his minds eye. Torrin knew the next two blows he would make would end this threat.
"I am no Jedi..." Torrin said darkly, calling on the Force from that cold place in his heart.

Torrin jumped forward meeting the cyborg's fist with his own. The cyborg's fist shattered around Torrin hand while gashing it deeply. Without hesitation Torrin spun with a knife edge hand and slammed it into the cyborg's neck with enough force and Force behind it to nap it. the Cyborg fell lifelessly to the ground.
"...Not yet anyway." Torrin said to no one.
Torrin managed a few goofy steps towards the door before collapsing himself.

Torrin woke up the next day in a Bacta Ward in the upper city. His left temple throbbed from his fight with the cyborg. And it all came rushing back. The head wound and then the dark call. He had answered it without hesitatio

The streaks of light that surrounded him faded back into millions of bright distant suns as Knite exited hyperspace. A quick few datapad calculations would tell where the Wave was, but he was fairly certain the barrage of laser blasts from an all too familiar frigate would also tell that tale.

His modified A-Wing rolled a few times as he took his heading and in a full throttle he made his way towards it, weaving as needed to avoid the massive battery fire. He turned on his ship's horizon once under the Wave's hull and docked quickly and expertly.

He exited his ship in time to see Boom uncouple his magnetized self from an unfamiliar ship, but since Master Athos was standing near it, he assumed it was his new fighter.

No words were exchanged between the three when they met. There was a simple nod as they made their way towards the main area of the ship.

You are still young master Tenro...that is for certain....no obstacles will bar my passage, no guards will slow my advance.

Kaelis' thoughts were comsumed with anger as he was escorted through the temple, master Tenro had yet to appreicate the powers dormant in the Fallen Dark Lord. Radiant Tide was the only soul alive who had witnessed the powers Darth Kharnos had been capable of. Kaelis was of a whole different rank, he did not bow to Masters and Knights, this order was filled with children...nothing more.

Slowly Kaelis regained his calm, allowing the Jedi around him to push him about, his spirit seemingly broken. As he entered his quarters he sent a pulse in the force. His mind travelling across great distances to touch those of Master Knite and Radiant. Kaelis would get out of this prison, one way or another.

As Kaelis touched upon the minds of his would be allies, his thoughts stumbles upon a darkness, a darkness deeper than anything he had witnessed.

    Council Chambers, Jedi Temple

The lone jedi master once again resided within the serenity that the ancient chamber offered those who found need of it. The echos of the past resided strongly within the room, and Rhaz Quinin now turned to those ebbing currents of old to search out what the Force intended of it's diciplies of the present. After having dinner with Daralyn which Rhaz found to be both enlightening, and soothing the jedi master had made his way back to his quarters when he discovered that neither rest nor the weight of his mandate from Tenro would allow him to be still. So it had been with a solemn approach that Rhaz Quinin found himself once again on the floor of the council chambers deep in meditation seeking out what inclination the Force might have for him.

Feelings of controlled aggression swarmed his senses both from within the temple itself, and the from the jedi outbound from its confines. The dark flicker that was Kaelis within the Force burned with an intensity of untold measures alongside with another which was foreign to Rhaz himself though the presences wasn't as refined as that of the captured dark lord. Sweat now began to form over his brow, yet Rhaz would not exit his meditative mindset as he sensed that more would be learned especially after all the research he had conducted in regards to the Order's dealings with the CSF.

Patiences young one.........and to you the Force will come

The words penetrated the jedi master's mind, and more yet his heart giving him a slight moment of bitter sweet nolstagic reprieve as Rhaz could picture his own master. Like always when ever Rhaz would reach the upmost levels of his meditation the Force would often speak to him through the personage of his old master, and like a reprimanded padawan the jedi master accepted the council of one who he never knew would mean so much to him.

"Yes master.............procceed", Rhaz replied humblily as his body softened slightly in it's pose his mind clearing of all conflicting thoughts he might of been entertaining.

He had never been one for intense meditation especially when seeking the Force out in such a manner, yet time, experience, and having mentored a padawan who believed so completely within the Force changed Rhaz. He often found himself stealing moments to conduct such meditations, and discovered that it made him the better jedi for doing so.

The Kuat Shipyards where galaxy renowned, and each being knew it. They were amongst the top echlon of ship production, and Tarik himself actually favored a few of their smaller ship designs compared to those of the Corellian base. That's why he was somewhat dissappointed that the temple archives didn't hold the kind of information he was looking for on the leading family within the Kuat Shipping business. Nothing outside of the ordinary with a few pictures that identified each member. If Master Tenro's suspicions were correct along with his information then Tarik knew he had to speak to the grandmaster about the matter before drawing on some of the more underground channels of communication he had developed under his apprenticeship to Rhaz.

The Grand Master watched as Kaelis was escorted out. He felt burning anger within the man. The power he wielded would probably prove a constant irritation for Tenro, and potentially fatal to the knights and even masters of the temple. Tenro pulled his comlink up as Kaelis left hearing range and eyesight.

"....I want the floor Kaelis is being kept on cleared. Bring it up there with him.... I already have a construction droid bringing a plated wall to cover the window."

    "By your will Grand Master."

Tenro was about to put his comlink back when Tarik signalled him. He answered after the first beep.

"Meet me in my quarters Tarik. I will answer your questions there."

Within 15 minutes of his call, a group of white garbed people were seen carrying a cage with a black veil over top of it. They made their way up to the level that Kaelis was being held. The room itself was 1000 levels up from the ground and so even if he could break the glass before the plate wall was set into place, it would be a near fatal fall for someone of his skill. And now, he was in a hopeless situation. Within the cage lay an abnormally calm, serene creature. It seemed to blink one eye at a time. Everyone on the floor with which it was passing immediately found themselves feeling sick. Then back to normal as it went out of range. When it was all said and done, the creature was laid to rest somewhere on the same floor as Kaelis, effectivly placing him within the negation field. The Ysallimiri was guarded by 5 warriors dressed in white, who had all had relatives who had lived and served in the Order in years past. They were the greatest warriors in galaxy besides Force Users.

Slowly the Dark Lord began to send all his rage and hatred inwards, his willing inprisonment back in the arena had only gained him one thing, his own personal hell. That fool of a Grand Master had once again placed Kaelis in the darkness, no light could be found with the force in this place.

As the hours went by, Kaelis felt his mind clear. No one was to save him from his fate, no one would be there in the darkness, he was alone, there could only be darkness.

We told you.....there would be no escape from the demons of your past, there is only one way to survive Kaelis....be the Dark Lord you always were, embrace the darkness as your own.

"You will never take me again...you are but defeated Sith, you were weak and you fell. I will not give myself over to you again, I am Darth Kharnos...dark master of the Sith, who are you to control me?"

OOC: Well if that last post of mine wasn't an epic let down on an attempt at something cool... lol

    IC: Radiant Tide

Radiant had slept a fitful sleep and awoke the next morning refreshed. Faye had elected to work out in the lower levels while Rade scoured Coruscant all day with Garren for Mace Windu's lightsaber. Rade had dressed in his customary garbs of sleevelss ubese armor shirt and loose pants. He grabbed his travel pack and clipped his lightsaber to his belt.

It was then that he felt the nudge. Kaelis was calling to him. He slung his pack on his shoulder, compromising to see Kaelis before he left on this first mission. He met Faye in the hallway on his way up to see Kaelis. He gave her a warm smile and was leaning in for a quick kiss when he stopped cold.

Kaelis' signiture had just vanished. It was not uncommon for someone of his caliber of Force techniques to mask themselves in the Force, but this was ... abrupt. It was not a Force technique.

Faye smirked back at Rade but wiped the smile off her face when she saw the expression on his.

    "What's happened, whats wrong?"

Radiant tilted his head up and cocked it to the side in confusion.

    "I don't know... just.. strange."

Radiant hurried to the turbo lift that was being guarded by a fellow Knight. Radiant was getting concerned, why wasn't this man on the next foor, guarding Kaelis?

"I am sorry but the lift to the next floor is off limits."

Radiant continued forward. The Knight Guardian firmly placed his hand on Rades chest, stopping him in his tracks.

"I said it is off limits, Knight Tide. Respect the posted warnings ple..."

He didn't have a change to finish his sentance. Rade grabbed his wrist and twirled the entire arm around behind the Knight's head, then kicked out his left leg and ripped the arm back. The Knight did a 540 in the air befor he hit the ground on his back with a huff.

    Radiant looked down at him.

"Two things you did wrong. First, you touched me. I don't like to be touched. Second, and this is really the important one. Had you been worthy of your title.. you would have seen that move coming. I suggest you go practice some more..."

He regarded the man for a moment before stepping into the turbolift. Faye stepped over him and nestled in beside Rade.

The lift went up and almost immediately Rade felt woozy. He swayed lightly and leaned heavily against the turbolift wall.

Faye reached out with both gauntleted hands and helped him slide to the floor.

""Are you ok? What is wrong with you?"

Rade felt weak... as if his life had been torn from him and instead he was left with the meaty shell of his body. He gasped for air for a moment as he found his words.

    "I can't feel the Force.... It's gone..."

Radiant regained his feet as the lift stopped on the next floor. His lightsaber in hand and ignited. He stumbled out into the hallway and was met by a group of 4 Echani. It was the first Radiant had ever seen of them. He glared at them deeply.

    "Step aside.."

The Foremost warrior stepped forward and spun a short baton. Which then extended into a long staff. But then stopped.

Two blaster pistols entered either side of Rades peripheral vision and he felt Fayes armor press up against his back.

    "Don't make him ask twice....."

The crowd slowly parted to either side of the hallway and Rade extinguished his lightsaber.

"He will recieve no weaponry." The wispy voice of the furthest from Rade stepped forward and held out his hand.

"Fat chance you get my lightsaber..."

Rade leaned back into Faye slightly and felt for her belt. Then clipped his own lightsaber onto it and glanced back at her.

"Kaelis, I don't know what you did, but what the hell is going on....Why can't I feel the Force?"

Kaelis' eyes burned brightly as he saw his friend enter the room, his movements seemed different, he would be feeling the effects as well.

"They are monsters Radiant, your Grand Master has become completely reformed, his powers are dangerous at the very least. I was locked here when I left my room, I bent the minds of those around me to do my will, I required an audience with Tenro and I got something much different."

Kaelis moved slowly across the room towards his friend, he could see the panic in his eyes. Kaelis collasped next to Radiant.

"We have to get out of here, I am of no use here, Shadra is moving, his powers are growing. YOur Grand Master beleives he has Jedi to match my old master...he is wrong, none could best me in this temple let alone my master. But Tenro...something is different....how can a child match us?"

Rade thought for a moment before answering. His breath was still coming ragged. They needed to get out of here. He grunted as he stiffly put his feet back under him.

"I don't know how to explain Tenro's power. It was just strong before he got shot with that crystal shard. But now... it seems... warped. Like it jumped lightyears in strength. He is still young for a Master but he is more powerful than he lets on. Were he to go one on one with Shadra in a controlled environment I think the only thing he would need from us is to hold his cloak..."

He thought again for a moment, his strength ebbing constantly from the negation field. One thing was for certain. They definately needed to get out of the temple.
The last time Radiant had helped Kaelis escape the Temple, he had kicked a Knight in the face and knocked him out cold. He was received back into the temple after that with harsh feelings. Radiant loved the Jedi Temple. It was his home. But some of the people living there were a bit to stiff for his liking.

"Kaelis I cannot help you. I am a Jedi Knight. I know your skills well." Radiant tilted an eyebrow up as he looked down to Kaelis. His mouth began to move but no sound came out. He was counting on Kaelis' expertise in assassination to be able to read his lips as if he were talking normaly.

There are listening devices in here. I can't physically help you. But I will give you the distraction you need. After this the Jedi will likely begin hunting you again. You know how to stay hidden. And you know how to reach me when you need help. But I must keep up the pretense that I had no part of this."

Radiant looked odd for a minute as he contemplated something. He reached behind him and lifted up his shirt. From there he pulled an archaic lightsaber from a small holster. It had a turquoise blade. It was one of the very lightsabers he had found on Dantooine the very day that he had met Kaelis. He held it in his hand for a moment and then let it drop.

He looked at Kaelis directly in the eye and opened his mouth with a drab expression.

    Oops...

Rade ticked the lightsaber hilt on the ground with his toe and nodded at the steel window that was now in place.

With that he turned to leave and looked back at his friend.

No... killing.... Begin cutting when you hear me outside...

Rade slipped two pairs of gloves out of his pockets. One was his set of Lightsaber resistant Phrik gloves. The other a simple padded leather. Deciding that the Phrik was over kill, Rade stuffed them back into his pocket, then slipped the leather ones on.

The door slid open and he hung and immediate right, to the expectant gazes of the Echani warriors still held at bay by Faye's blasters. He still felt extremely weak because he had no abilities with the Force right now. But Radiant Tide was anything but a helpless lamb without the Force....

He walked confidently forward to the warrior who had spoke earlier.

"What was that about wanting to test your combat skills?"

Before the smirk could graze the mans lips the fist came out and sent him to the ground.

Upon hearing the commotion outside Kaelis activated the saber, it's glow comforting in his grasp. Kaelis' eyes narrowed and he plunged the saber through the glass, the hard surface melting away in moments, slowly but surely Kaelis began cutting his way through the wall. He knew the contest of skill would not be viewed as an escape method for the Sith, the Echani were a proud people. It was only right.

Finally the crimson circle became whole, the metal plate falling from the sky. Without hesitation Kaelis leapt from the window, as he fell for the first few seconds he felt the rush of the force, his eyes blazed like twin suns as the wind rushed through his hair. As if he was granted new life again, everything became clear. As he regained control he grasped the force with an iron grip, landing on the falling sheet of metal. Kaelis roared with effort as he guided the sheet through the air, as the ground came speeding towards him Kaelis braced his legs, bringing himself into a crouch. Just before the metal slammed into the ground Kaelis leapt from the surface, the force pulsing through him like fire.

Darkness took him for a second, the sound of screaming and commotion bringing him to, the Sith quickly regained his senses. The fall had shaken his body terribly, he stumbled away as fast as he could using the force to guide him as much as he could. He had already deactivated his saber and hid it inside his cloak, he would escape as quickly as possible.

Jon hurriedly left the archives nearly knocking over a padawan as he did. Shouting a sorry over his shoulder he left for his stealth fighter. Soon he approached his ship and threw it into full drive. Without hesitation he sent his fighter spiraling out of Coruscant and to his destination.

    Torrin Kuat

As Torrin neared the Jedi Temple the speeder traffic started to thin out. A sweet tingle grew in the air, ever since the reconstruction the sweet smelling air had grown around the Jedi Temple. He heard stories of Lord Nyax tearing the ground apart during the Yuuzhan Vong occupation. The theories were the uncovered land and the Vongforming created a new biot...probably a moss or bacteria. This was one of the few physical signs of the Vong invasion.

Torrin limped into the temple, no longer followed by a castle of luggage. He had a single duffel bag draped across his back containing a few personal effects, a fraction of his clothes and his armor. He held a gleaming wooden case under his left arm. It was made of deep red wroshyr wood. In it was his lightsaber. He walked over to the front desk to talk to the intendant.

"Please let Grand Master Tenro know that Torrin is here to see him." Torrin said in his imperious voice.
The intendant eyed him for a moment.
    "Do you have an appointment?"
"Yes, of course." Torrin told a small lie, Tenro had told him to come back today.

Tenro was waiting in his quarters for Tarik to arrive. He sat down cross legged on his bed and opened himself to the Force.

Who is it going to be? Who do I pass this awesome power to? Who is responsible enough to wield such a power?

His comlink buzzed and he was notified of Torrin's return. The boy felt different in the Force. A bit more mature than before. He would see what the boys answer was to taking on the training. He had some time before Tarik arrived so he made a quick decision to get things done here.

"Please escort mr Torrin up to my quarters immediately. No deviations."

An affirmation was made on the comlink and Tenro returned to the Force.

    Torrin

Torrin walked behind the Jedi Apprentice that led him through the various hallways of the Temple. He still had a limp and imagined the bruise on his temple was none too pretty. As he watched how the others lived he knew it would be a difficult task to get accustomed to. He was the son of one of the richest families in the Galaxy and he was going to be living in near poverty.
Torrin took a deep breath as they reached the Grand Masters quarters.
Torrin slowly entered, his hands clasped together in front of him.
"Grand Master. I have spent the day thinking about what you have said and about...other things." Torrin had not told Tenro of his vision of Jervol. "I know this is not an easy path to take...others stronger than me have failed. But I believe this is where I belong. This is a pivotal point in my life...when I am practicing shatterpoints you look for openings...they come and go in a matter of seconds and a minor event can change the future. I feel like this is one of the events for me Master. This is my last chance to be something other than a rich mans son."

    Tenro's Quarters

Making his way towards the grandmaster's quarters Tarik's mind was rapidly flipping through each piece of information he had picked up down in the archives concerning his mission, and he knew that it was going to be a task of subtle measures. He prayed that Master Tenro might shed a little more light on the matter, yet Tarik had a feeling that he would need to contact a few of his underground avenues of information before the end of his task. Rounding the corner Tarik was surprised to find that another was conversing with the grandmaster a Force sensitive he sensed, and the aura of the person hinted to Tarik that there was a fair amount of potential. Having grown up within the halls of the temple ettiqute requred that Tarik assume a position outside Master Tenro's door awaiting his chance to speak with the grandmaster, and in doing so the jedi knight searched the Force for any enlightment to his dilemna.

"Nothing like a good challenge to get the blood flowing", Tarik mused to himself as his eyes observed the surrounding area his presences within the Force glowing brightly as he sought it's intuition.
