Wow...

With the exception of the insane Qui-Gon... which frightened me just a little. (Paranoia! Joy!)

And sick Qui-Gon had me snickering the entire time.

I adored Recovery, and its companion piece...

I was scared that I had revealed too much, that he would see I had shattered the Jedi Code by forming an attachment to the young man beside me.

Obi-Wan was the son I would never have. He was also going to be a great Jedi Knight one day, and so my pride in him was doubled. I could no longer hide behind the Code that guided our lives. He deserved to know, especially after our rocky beginning. On the next mission it might be me lying on the ground and I might not survive. I did not want him to live his life wondering if he had ever meant anything to me. I took a deep breath and confessed my transgression.

?I ordered you not to die and leave me alone. For I could not bear to lose you.?

That's alright , Qui-Gon, shatter the Jedi Code all you like when it comes to Obi-Wan.

Well, that plot bunny should come hopping out soon, I hope. Just when I was rooting about in the back pages, throwing things out here and there, this pops up on it own. Very nice. Crazy Qui-Gon was just too creepy and Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon's discussion of love and Tahl is just the sort of enhancement that the JA stories need.

 

I love every single one of these, Qui and Obi vigs are the best! Great job, I hope more is coming.

Really, really heartfelt and less centered on missions..I love these pieces, where a little everyday is inserted into an otherwise fast-paced series of events. Love them all, particularly this last viggie, so just...gaah!

I loved all of these so very much!! You captured the banter and warmth of each so perfectly. They're caring and tender to each other without being overly dramatic or out of character. I love the recurring theme: that you can't leave things unsaid that should be said--like how much someone means to you.
