    the Officialtime is still 3:47pm .. but we do not get the room until 4pm.. I guess our use of a specific time will work better in the future if we give it as a little past the hour.. rather than before.. but I know for me.. remember 3:47 has helped me remember .. last month I was confused as to what I said. Now I can remember more easily.
