Wow, it's been such a long time since I've read the books...but the memories I have of them are great. In fact, I kind of grew up with Anakin through those books. I look and act like him and I was reading them when I was the same age. So, these books have a place at the top of my favorite books pile.

    Sign me up! :D

I read the entire series...but that was many years ago. I'd very much like to find them again, but from what I hear, they are some of the rarest finds now.

Why is it the young reader SW books are some of the best in the form of YJK and JJK ?

Must be cause they have to conventrate on the characterizations since they cant use sex or violance as much.

Also the characters are created for literature. They arn't film characters that have been forced into literary roles. Just like plays almost never make good movies, so film characters are almost never good in books. The JJK/YJK includes characters created for literature. Also, the characters are still inocent and are exploring their universe. It's almost like we become the characters because we are learning along with them. Empathy plays a big part in the enjoyment of the books.

I enjoy them and the YJK series. Damn the Vongs for wiping out the Melodies on Yavin VIII (mentioned in Geonosis and the Outer Rim Territories). Now Sannah's nearly all alone.

So does anyone know where copies of these books can be found?

They would help a lot in my fanfic writing, since all that I write is Anakin and Tahiri.

If I got them I'd probly read them all in one sitting.

If you read fast it'd probably only take you a couple hours. I want 'em to! :( Maybe I can get 'em on e-bay! *goes to check e-bay* E-bay has 'em, and the only bid right now is three dollars. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=279&item=6901245592&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

I know where you're coming from J_A. You can try the bookstores, but I think they're very rare. You may need to go online to get them.

I wonder if they'll put out JJK collections like they did with the YJK books (which I rather enjoyed) ?

    Look what I found :D

    EDIT:
    Also try:
    www.addall.com
    www.abebooks.com

From those sites it is possible to obtain the complete set of all six JJK books. They're pretty cheap too. I think that I may just get them.

Right now I'm at the checkout at abebooks and I'm trying to decide if I should go through with it. I found the entire series at that site, all six books. The most expensive one was four dollars, a couple were only a dollar. The catch is the shipping. The subtotal without shipping is 13 dollars. With shipping it's 32. Think it's worth it?
