The lamest assignment in the Rebel Alliance

Even Porkins and the Ice Cream Man of Bespin laugh at the "Luggage Trolly Drivers" of the Yavin hanger. If anyone can find a picture of them, post it.

Any other candidates for lamest rebels?

 

The guy with a pike in the observation basket in Yavin IV.

 

Luke and Han had lame jobs on Hoth- looking at crashed meteorites when it's freezing outside.

 

The lambest assignment has to be the guys who install the R2 units into the sockets of the Rebel fighters, not to mention the guys who fuel them up.

 

The guy scooping up the Tauntaun crap on Hoth is pretty lame.

The guys with the lamest jobs have it easy,imagine being forced to risk your life in a small one man fighter or being the one in charge of the base,thats alot of responsibility and i wouldnt do it,easy jobs with short hours are a blessing in disguise, although the guys assigned to guard duty outside or just inside of the base on Hoth must have it pretty tough,being forced to stand in one place without being allowed to move and defend the base until everybody else is evacuated really sucks IMHO.

 

What would be a non-lame job?

And what's opposite of lame?

 

the lamest job would have to be, the guy who had the radar gun like thing scaning the Falcon and all other ships landing on Yavin 4, man standing their all day monitoring ship after ship, that would be boring, I always wonder doesn't that guy have any ambision or goals in life. LOL!

Hey, she rocks! That's a very important job.

I agree that the guy on Yavin with the radar gun has the lamest assignment. How does he even get to the top of that thing he stands on?

 

The actual lamest job: Guy who has to wheel the ladder in place so the radar guy can get to the top of the tower.

 

The Yavin base is abound with lame posts. For example, the guy directing the x-wings' take-offs with glow sticks.

Boring, probably, but being up that high, things could get fun when you need to go to the bathroom.

 

I agree that the guy on Yavin with the radar gun has the lamest assignment. How does he even get to the top of that thing he stands on?
I want to know what his purpose is. The base undoubtedly has sensors that can detect ships farther than he can see. And what good would knowing the speed of the ships do you? Would the rebellion actually try and fine them?

Maybe the radar gun is actually a blaster and he serves as the base's antifighter defense.

 

Obviously the worst job is Luke's Wingman....

The entire Rebel Alliance is lame. Any job you hold is relevant to it's incompetence.

 

Don't ever say that the X-wing squadrons are lame... they are, for the most part, the best and only cool thing about the alliance.

 

How about the first people who established Echo Base on Hoth? They probably nearly froze to death,not to mention Wampas.
