Do we know anything about who Leia's allies on the Outer Rim are, and why they refused to answer her call? I've not found any information about this.

there are a few inconspicuous holograms paying attention when Holdo gives her speech, but they might have been crewmen in other parts of the ship. Or they might be some of those allies. If not, then no, we pretty much know nothing.

I have one question. Why when Leia says that the First Order found a way to track them down in lightspeed, the camera then focuses on BB-8 for quite a few seconds?

I’ve mention this in another thread.

Who in their right mind would answer?
The FO is hunting down the resistance and destroying them.
How would they know that it’s not a FO trap? They don’t
Silence would seem to be the only prudent action at the time.

In the Battlefront II expansion, Inferno Squad (now consisting of Zay Meeko and Shriv) arrives at D'Qar at what is implied to be just moments before the evacuation begins (so right between TFA and TLJ) and Leia contacts them and orders them to go begin gathering allies in the Outer Rim. It's entirely possible that the two of them alone had not yet been able to rally enough forces to make a difference, or else they were busy trying to convince the Outer Rim forces to help when Leia called. Either way, the two of them alone in a Special Forces TIE Fighter would've been no help on Crait; it was the forces they went to rally that Leia needed and we don't know what happened on Zay and Shriv's mission yet.

My guess is they’re just the Republic-friendly worlds that litter the Outer Rim- Virgillia, Warlentta, Mon Cala, Bothawui, Sullust, Bespin.

Basically, Leia’s trying to “get the band back together” and rally all the worlds that were big supporters of the Rebels during the Galactic Civil War.

As for why they don’t come- the movie tells us. They’re convinced the Resistance is a lost cause at that point.

Is it just me or was there a scene cut between when Finn and Rose are about to be executed and then after Finn wakes up from Holdo's maneuver?

Phasma is right in from of them, Holdo's sacrifice, then Phasma far away from them with stormtroopers.

I don't know if there was a scene cut, but definitely a continuity error.

I think when Leia gives the order to send the distress signal, she tells them to "use (her) code."

Why was Luke in full Jedi robes at the start of TLJ, but then went and changed his clothes immediately?

Even so. A prudent and cautious commander would not respond.
I know I probably wouldn’t unless I was 100% sure it was not a trap

Did any Star Destroyers get taken out in Holdo's kamikaze with the Raddus?

I got the impression the impact scattered the troopers everywhere. When Finn and Rose woke up, Phasma and her crew had recovered sooner and returned to finish the job.

He seemed to have switched to rain gear. Perhaps he recognized a shift in the weather patterns and changed to do his daily chores of milking and fishing?

Is there something specific that makes them Jedi robes as opposed to just regular robes?

I guess not really; just the overall design is very similar to traditional Jedi robes.

They looked very Jedi-ish to me. I guess because they looked like Obi-Wan's in Ep. IV. I mean, yeah, Uncle Owen wore robes and so did the bartender at Mos Eisely, but the cape seals the deal.

Do we know of the Finalizer was one of them?

No clue. Someone mentioned that the Admiral for the Finalizer is later seen with Hux on Crait

May not be about Last Jedi per say, but after seeing Yoda destroy the First Temple, showing the Force ghosts can have an influence on the physical world, one thing I've been wondering is if Luke really blew up the Death Star, or did Obi-Wan's Force Ghost did it? Or was it a team effort?

I think most of the troops assembled in that huge hanger were sent flying and killed when Holdo crashed into the ship. Finn and Rose were protected a little bit because they were laying on the floor. But Finn was still knocked out if not knocked over.

I get the feeling Luke was about to do something when Rey showed up and was dressed up for it. I'm not sure what. The way we see him fold those clothes give more weight to when he was wearing them. Luke also put on his Jedi Clothes when he was going to burn down the ancient tree.
