For the next few hours, you?ll be treated to a show featuring musicals, hilarity, and the giving and receiving of over twenty-five awards. Anyone is welcome here. You are permitted to make conversation in between award announcements, and congratulate the winners heartily.

Find a table, sit back, get comfortable, and prepare to have your senses blown away.

I?ll give everyone ten minutes before I officially ?start? the presenting of the awards.

*Mooné sweeps in gallantly in her red Loralie dress, accompanied by friends Kyrahnah (aka Kiya and Keerow, and her sort-of date, Locke_StarSpanker.. She takes a seat near the front and starts to cheer frantically.*

Ahem. I'm really very dignified.

 

*waiting at the edge of her seat*

*TheBiggerFish, in her black and diamond outfit flies into the thread on a magnificent Black Stallion. She lands gently next to a table and dismounts gracefully, dismissing the stallion with a wave of her hand, she sits down at a table and promptly orders a Diet Coke.*

Caffeine will relax me a little.

EDIT: My beta, Eldritch009, said he'd come with me, but his ISP appears to have gone down, so I've come with my OC, Alexander Helios.

 

*grabs a seat in the back near the food*

Sweet! I'm here!

 

*wanders in wearing jeans and a t-shirt*

Bah. Dressing up is so tedious.

Hmm. . . where to sit. . . aw heck, I'll just name myself the bartender.

And there IS a bar, I don't care what anyone else says!

 

*Strolls to a table near the front, Oba looking as beautiful and resplendant as ever.

As nears the table, pulls a chair out for oba, swirling his matrix-style leather trenchcoat in the process*

[to Oba] You, my dear, are the most beautiful lady here

 

**walks in while holding Obi's arm**

**finds seat in middle**

OBI: Um, do you think you could loosen your grip? I can't feel my hand.

ARI: Oh, sorry. It's just I'm sooo nervous.

**releases grasp and quickly takes seat**

**waves "Hi" to everyone**

 

[Excitedly waves hello to Inyri Forge] Good luck Inyri on your nominations I hope Evasion wins.

Um, do you think you could loosen your grip? I can't feel my hand ROTFL!

Calms down enough to sit down.

 

*walks up to head usher*

Excuse me but---

"Waiters are suppose to enter in the back," the usher says rather rudely.

I am not a waiter!

 

Enters hall and takes seat. Smooths the wrinkles out of her red silk dress.

 

[to Burkie] *giggles girlishly*

*admires Matrix-style trenchcoat, decides going on and on about how studly he looks is a bad idea in a public place, leans back, and smiles*

Ten minutes, ten minutes, ten minutes . . . *grips Burkie's arm*

 

Two more minutes...I'm so excited Come on, let's get this thing started.
