Here's another Virtual Card for you:

    Fusion Generator Supply Tanks (V)

Deploy on a docking bay or your capital starship. Your unique (*) starships are power, maneuver, and hyperspeed + 1. May place this card in Lost Pile to cancel Lateral Damage. Place in Used Pile if opponent controls this location.

I assume that if you place it on a docking bay it would only benefit ships at related system?

AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! He said the icky bad word--"assume" ;) :)

I'm just kidding... but whenever players start "assuming" in the Star Wars CCG, bad things happen :)

And what does this ALL have to do with the spoiler? No, it is not confined to the system. It is table-wide.

Ok but if deployed on a capital ship, how is it cancled? Can I conculde the the only way then is to make it lost from the table....

    Just curious

You can always kill the ship.

Yes, because cards deployed on or targeting a lost card are also lost (as per the rules) :)
