Just watched it. Eska is my new favorite character.

The entire time I just wanted to smack Korra and tell her to shut up and listen to her dad.

And oh man, I could go on forever about how much I want to know about Bumi and Kya. The scene at the Southern Air Temple... oh man. Kya’s voice when she tells the Air Acolyte that they’re not airbenders. Her tone suggests that they’ve been asked that question. A LOT. And they’re tired of being asked it. Like they’ve always been treated as “Avatar Aang’s non-airbending children.” I am so freaking fascinated by this potential backstory it isn't even funny.



And I love Varrick. So much.

 

But Eska is the best!!!
