Speaking of, I can actually see Bataar taking her back one day. He was dumb like that.

 

I don't no if he will but who knows.

 

I hate all of you. You're just jealous that Kuvira proved herself pure in the end, while they instead chose to end the series celebrating the marriage of the unrepentant villain of Season 2.

Further, the only thing ridiculous about Baatar "taking her back" is the idea that they were ever separated in the first place, or that she has anything to apologize for. She did what she had to for a cause they had both given their lives to. You can't ask anything more of someone.

 

Well, while on the subject of Kuvira, here's my problem with her.

Considering that Books 3 and 4 were made back-to-back with much more connections than previously, they could've fleshed out Kuvira more in Book 3. Yeah she made cameos in Book 3, but they didn't amount to much except very small foreshadowing that was hard to pinpoint.

They wouldn't even have had to made Kuvira an over-arching seasonal villain. The Red Lotus could've still done their thing, but Kuvira could've been a secondary supporting character to the good guys, given much more detail on Kuvira being Su's right hand, could've shown some of her character and backstory with hints that she has issues. That way when Book 4 came around, Kuvira's actions would've had more backing to it, and the subsequent finale given a little more emotional oomph.

I love the finale of Book 4 and Korra as a whole, but even I feel that Kuvira's handling was pretty average overall with some wasted potential.

 

I can appreciate that sentiment, except for the fact that Book 3 was completely flawless.

 

This is never going to end is it.

That was one of the funniest things I've ever seen.

It was so funny we should make that a saying may the Bryke be with Us or shot MTBBWU.

It is. and I can't wait to see who else they bring in.

 

Don't forget that like half the episodes in Season 1 of ATLA were directed by a guy named Dave Filoni. But then he left to go make some other show, I forget it's name.
