Does this mean were going into a WW1 kind of war then? That's what it looked like to me when the Earth/Metal army was raising their banners. I mean, there's more advance stuff, but still. The Earth Kingdom isn't exactly the most stable place right now.

The three year timeskip also may ensure that, even if the show ends, we could get some additional stories detailing stuff at happened in the 3 years. Maybe in comic book format?

 

All the good shows coming out or returning this week and next, and this one is the only one that gets my blood pumping. And the first episode I can pretend is a birthday present.

So many posts about the trailer behind spoiler tags. This is stupid. The trailer is officially released. Thus, its contents are no longer spoilers. It looks like the Firelord is in the trailer, and it also implies that Korra meets Toph, although we can't be sure because we don't actually see her.
