Welcome to the Lightside (and to our new thead)! I'm Falcon one of the masters here. The Lightside is changing for the better, reforming some things that have made us lose our focus. So here's to our new thread and our new beginning!

The first few posts will have all the important information - our Mission Statement, information on how you can apply and what happens after you do, the current Membership List, important links, and Responsibilities of each rank in our order.

[b][u]I want to join! What do I do? [/u][/b]

*You must have 50 posts or more to apply to the Lightside. Do not flame, troll, or spam to get these posts.

*To apply, post one (choose one) of the following in any of the Lightside threads (note: copy and paste works wonders here):

You also need to PM a current Master (a member will direct you to an active Master once you post your application) to let them know why you?d like to join.

*After you have applied, a Master will do a background check on you. This is a simple check to make sure you are not breaking any of the JC rules, that you are not a troll, flamer, etc., that you contribute readily to threads, not just posting short, few word responses, and various other things that most users should have no problem with. It will also include a little correspondence between the Master and the person being checked, for various purposes. The check should take about a week at most.

*Once your background check is complete, you will receive notification via private message, and, granted that you are accepted, an announcement will be posted in all the Lightside Temples here at the JC.

*If you have any questions, send a private message to a current Master (or Knight) and they will be able to help you out.

Can I join again I wasn't ready for this when I joined it for first time . All the summer I thought what to do , and I'm very sorry I didn't know that it would be difficult ! But now I feel more confident can I be given second chance ? I'm very sorry that I wasn't good in completing my missions !

LATE COUNCIL UPDATE (Scheduled For 10/26)
Academy Move: Discussion of various specific issues continues. Master Falcon will continue as Academy Headmaster, meaning she will be an Administrator at the new board.

Graduate Classes: This Academy section will most likely be left behind in the move. The Council does not see the need for it.

Nice place. Well how is everyone doing? Me? I took my Food Prep 1 mid term exam on Wednesday and my church's youth group went to Judgement House while I was in my class. Oh well there is always next year. Hopefully the youth group is going to Aquire the Fire. Haven't to been to that convention for a long time.

I dressed up for work today, I painted my face black and red and pulled off a darth maul look

pictures I hope to have up within a week,

I was walking to work this morning and freaked out a mother and her two kids, she was pushing them behind her and smiling politely

people thought I had a mask on until they got closer to me and someone nearly had a heart attack too

Oof! Who kicked me off the couch?!



Falcon: I'm doing well. Home from work, which was horrible. It started off crazy. Then it got worse. One of my coworkers needs to be fired. I spent the first two hours doing work that she should have done last night. In fact, I did more of her work than she did. And she always complains that she has too much to do.

Okay, thinking calm thoughts. Inhale, exhale. I did see some cool costumes today. We had a pretty good pirate and wench couple. And someone from KISS was in as well. My boss tried to get me to wear a pair of bunny ears, but I don't do the whole bunny-ear thing. Sorry, it's just not me.

Anyway, I'm just sitting here now, trying to think of an ending to the story I'm writing for class.

I hope everyone had a great Halloween. I took the kids out, got a few laughs. my six year old told me, "You know dad, this is the life." Kids are so funny. We had to go home early though we had a bad storm move into the area.
