The Lincoln Fanforce's 2nd Meeting...

Lets use this space to plan our second meeting!!
Edit: we are planning on having on April 7th at 2:00 at the food court in Gateway, right??

 

Okay, on the Agenda will be:


-Trying to contact a local business to be a sponsor. Some place like Runza or Valentinos.

-More ideas for a logo


-Fliers so we can recruit more members


-Checking with schools or businesses to see if we can leave a flier to advertise.


-Maybe we could find a local community board like this that has events or announcements


-Any other ideas?

This is the website of our local ABC affiliate. There is an area for Calendar Events! Maybe we could submit our meeting to the calendar!

Does anyone think this is a good idea?

This is what we have to do to get our event listed:

'Please send your community Calendar event to the station at least two weeks ahead of time.'

should have just edited my previous message to add this...but anyway.....

I Instant messaged the city rep from Omaha earlier today, asking him about how they are doing their t-shirts. He is possibly going to give me the name of the company where they got their t-shirts done, as soon as they get their estimates back and decide.

So, hopefully, at our 2nd meeting, we can figure out where to get t-shirts done.

In the future, I'd love to do baseball caps and tote bags.....

Is anyone else going?? Liz, have you talked to Crisi83's friend lately? This is kinda sad... I thought we could pull a couple more people in for this meeting

Our 2nd meeting has already been announced on the fanforce.net's site. Arwen submitted it not long after we had our 1st meeting.


I'll see Crisi's frend this Thursday.....hopefully.

As for agenda, I think we should talk about City Rep and see who is interested, talk more about a name, obviously we need to talk about shirts/hats, talk about Ep II... kinda like last meeting

Yeah, I noticed someone was reading Star by Star and I knew that was a NJO book so I asked who's it was and it was his and I told him all about us and he's excited So hopefully he'll show up here sometime, but he should be there on Sunday, maybe with several friends. Yippee!!!

OOOOO...OKKKK!!!Btw: I didn't know if arwen was taken so i "ashumed" that it was spelled "ARWIN". Yes, I might have a kid named Treavor come, or some people from east like a, pardon the word "kid", kid named kim baker. Also pardon the grammer!!! Just to remind everyone, you need to change your clocks on Sunday, just so that we don't have people going to our meeting a little too early and finding nobody there. I almost forgot about it!
