    Don't I just do the most daft things? 8-}

    I heard somewhere that it was at the end of the credits or somink...
    Xan is it the symbol at the bottom of the main menu page? Y'know the squarish thingy...some ppl say there's a ring symbol...gosh...Argh! [face_laugh]

    Yeah Jean...the whole fan club credits. Give me bonus points for fast forwarding some of it! 8-}
    Heheh...30 minutes...gosh I think the fan club credits are close to 15 minutes long! [face_shocked]

    Aragon..yep, the fact that he's 87 and still looks fine. ;)

    lol ok some credit for you then :p

    Aragorn is of the Dúnedain
    "The Dúnedain were the Men of Westernesse, the Númenoreans and their descendants who survived the Downfall of Númenor at the end of the Second Age.

    The Edain of Númenor were known as Dúnedain, the Men of the West, to the Elves of the Second Age. After the Downfall, the Númenorean faithful returned to Middle-earth where they founded the Realms in Exile - Arnor and Gondor.

    The Dúnedain managed to keep a foothold in Middle-earth, though greatly reduced in numbers from war, pestilence and assault by Sauron. Only Gondor managed to survive into the Third Age, and even there, the race slowly dwindled, and the lifespan of the Dúnedain, originally three times that of other Men, grew less.

    The kinship that existed between the Edain and the Eldar was still clearly visible in the Dúnedain, who had a noble bearing and gifts of wisdom and foresight. They were great scholars, and esteemed Elven-lore above all other subjects, and they used an Elven-tongue for their daily speech - either Sindarin or Quenya (Dúnedain wisemen)."

    That's from councilofelrond.com

    oh btw Pash I totally agree with you on Faramir and Eomer

    Lovely info...

    Okay...so Aragorn is of a line of men who have longer lifespans...that's sorted.

    His line is dying out slowly... :(

    The elven speech makes loads of sense now...he speaks so well and in the books (and movie) he was raised in Rivendale. His mother's memorial is there. :(

    About Faramir and Eomer

    *hugs*

    Jean...I love ya...you know that... [face_love] Does Karl Uban act in anything else? Other than Ghostship. I realised it only when I watched it...I'd recognise him on the spot. ;)

    Yikes...what about poor Haldir? [face_shocked] Aww... :(

    lol I think most men would be like that with the speed you talk Pash, although I don't think I can really comment on that with how much I talk :p

    lol yes must share, how about I keep him tied up here. You come over to England and that way you can do courses over here also? good plan eh?

    The two sisters in the movie are really pretty, and as I said before have nice clothing. If only I weighed less I would attempt to get me in clothes like that.
    Also I am sure one of my fav actresses is in that movie, yousee her at the wedding party. Going to have to check that out :D

    lol no one would ever guess I liked elves ;)

    WHy thank you...my master...we are both scary talkers so...

    *big hug* 8-}

    Good thing we found each other. Or we'd drive someone else bananas. ;)

    LOL about the elves! [face_laugh]

    Here's a treat for us hard working DL girls!

    [image=http://imagecache2.allposters.com/images/153/D10166LOTR1.jpg]

    It's a real beauty isn't it? [face_love]

    One of your fave actresses? Really? Which one Jean? :confused:

    The sisters...yep... I love our ethnic wear the most though...all the shalwars, gahgras and saris...I wear Sari for most dressed up occasions...rest of the time it's shalwar. Sari is the best, esp for weddings. :D

    As for keeping Orli there...hmm, suddenly my studying in the UK takes on a slightly different meaning. A new appeal, I must say! [face_laugh]

    lol **hugs** it really couldn't be any other way with us ;)

    That poster is just [face_love] x 1,000!

    I am not sure on her name just know her from a tv programme and she's really funny.
    You know I just forgot the name of the programme, my memory is bad.
    Anyway it's a comedy about this woman who is Indian and has a disabled son, a daughter and her younger sister lives with her also. Anyway she marries a white man with two sons and it's just about what happens with them and how her family don't accept him.

    lol are you complaining at my idea for your studying here? :(

    lol!

    Yes, it's the ring symbol in the EE ... ring, square, whatever it is, you'll know it when you see it. :p

    On the subject of ethnic clothing ... come to think of it, I've never worn any Chinese traditional clothes. :p I don't see why people like it ... I'm a T-shirt and jeans kinda girl. ;)

    My dad considered sending me to the UK to study once I'm done with pre-u ... but it's kinda expensive with the exchange rate, so I'll probably go to Melbourne instead.

    Well, yeah, they look good and all that ... on a mannequin. :p You need a real stick figure to fit in one of those.

    EDIT - I haven't had time to watch the commentaries through yet. :( That'll probably happen in about 3 weeks, when I get my first break from college. :p
