The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring --- RPG

Yes, but we don't have many people. I'm trying to stick to the main characters/the Fellowship, because they are there throughout the whole story. While Elrond and Arwen are important characters, they aren't present throughout the whole plot and would leave their player out of a lot of action.

Hey, Xanatos. Since Eirate has a less-mentioned character, why don't you let (her?) play as someone else when her character isn't around? Just an idea.

 

Good idea. Eriate, you can play whichever Elf has the most important role in each particular scene, except for Legolas of course.

For once, you and I agree on something.

 

Gandalf rides into Hobbiton on a small horse and buggy loaded with fireworks.

"I hear it is Bilbo's 111th birthday."

 

Frodo was sat under an oak reading a small book when he heard an old familiar voice, he looked up to see a wizened old man in a horse drawn cart.

"Gandalf, is that you"

he ran down to meet the man.

"Gandalf"!!!

 

"Hello, Frodo. It's been far too long."
He slows his cart and stops next to Frodo.

 

stands around....


"umm yeah"

(shoots random orc)

 

*Clears throat.*

HELLO, FRODO! IT HAS BEEN FAR TOO LONG!

 

Sorry about that, i've had important matters to atend to, now where were we.

Frodo walked over to Gandalf and pulled himself onto the wagon "Its great to see you again, where have you been"

 

Oh, y'know. I've been off doin' muh wizard thing. How 'bout you folks 'round these here parts?

 

Whittles a stick wit mah shiny sword.

 

"Things round here are never better, plus theres the excitement to Bilbo's 111 birthday, i wonder how he's lived so long" Frodo frowned then looked back ahead

 

*Whistles to himself.*

As do I, Frodo.

 

"So, what have you brought with you this time" Frodo glances at the buggy behind them

 

"Oh, nothing..."

The children run up.

The fireworks go boom.

The children go yay.

 

Frodo laughed at the little firework surprise and relaxed as the cart trundeled along the rocky path

 

*looks bored at proceedings*
ummmm..ok

*looks in mirror and straightens Evenstar, muttering to self in elvish*

 

*pokes thread*

I think so, but we're loosing it fast. Eriate, can you write in runes? Preferably the regular "futhork".

And to everyone else who has yet to do anything (we need a temporary replacement Frodo. Eriate, you up to it?) let's keep this thread going.
