Umm, I think Owen (he's a FFer...kinda) wants to come too, I'll let him know there's a ticket left over. But he's gotta get in here and claim it himself!

 

btw, a big thank you to Shara for organising this meet. she seems to have done a helluva lot of organising, and is bearing a pretty big financial burden (albeit temporary) all by her lonesome. would i be wrong in saying she has had to do more work for this meet than most any others?

i for one am grateful, thanks Shara.

So I was thinking: Lets meet about 12ish somewhere for lunch, and then we cna just chill (or bungy jump ort whatever) till the film starts?

ALso the crowds for this will probably blow HP outta thewater, so we should get there earlyish

any time is good for me. my moving house has been postponed, so i will still be relatively nearby.

Maybe in front of the Hoyts is a good idea. Theres alot of room and you can recognise a big group from there.

About meeting: I agree with slavey - in front of Hoyts is best. Easiest to find.

I probably wont get there till around 1-1:3-pm. But I've still got my contact list so I can give someone a call when I get there.

 

for those that are getting public transport, from central you get a 393 or 395, and get off the bus as soon as you turn out of cleveland street and onto anzac parade. you then walk down bent street (?) until you get there...then find your way around. otherwise, you go to town hall, walk up to hyde park (elizabeth street), and get any 390something. they go down a little bus lane parallel to anzac parade. you get off at one of these stops, and walk down the same street to fox. you could probably get a 370something, but i dont know those buses too well.

You see, being the wonderful friend that I am, I totally forgot that Stunt Monkey is over in New Zealand at the moment on a Tennis Tour, unable to get online, and that he wanted to come to the LOTR meet...
