FF:NSW The LOTR meet - Confirm by Tuesday 4th December

I usually park in Fox but that's cos I get there after 6. This time it looks like I'll be searching for a spot elsewhere.

 

Not really knowing the area, I really don't have much of a choice other than parking at Fox.
What I was thinking was moving it every couple of hours until we go into the movie that way I only pay for 4-5 hours instead of 8.

Heads up folks! 9:35 tonight (Sunday) on SBS, doco on Tolkien. And did anyone see the "Quest of the Ring" on Saturday? I taped it.

 

Did someone say there's a spare ticket floating around?


Who or what do I have to kill / sleep with to get me hands on that?

Ozzie, try ringing Hoyts Fox Studios and book a ticket for the 4:30pm session on the 26th. That's how I got 5 for my mates

 

heh, i just saw an ad for the movie, and it said it was out now.

but it isnt

i saw quest, and it was alright. i liked the scene from moria that they showed.

 

Actually, there is a spare ticket, Ozhaggis. If you're sure you want it, its all yours.

Remembering, of course, if any of you don't show up, you have to pay for it anyway.

i should be there at around 11:30 or so. i will wait out front of hoyts (although the memorabilia shop will be a temptation if its open), prob wearing a pair of black shorts, and have recently had a haircut, so look for the near-bald dude

umm god know's what I'm wearing as everything from the line today now smells like smoke and has ash from the bush fires on it

 

Looks like I'll be there around 12:30ish, not sure what I'm wearing yet, probably shorts and a blue Colorado Tee.

 

I'll be there about 12:00 or so, dressed fashionably as always, in a t with no brand names on it

navy shorts and an off white shirt, and my colorado avalanche cap as well

 

mmm cargo shorts most likely and some pooh shirt

 

...so it turns out i didnt wear shorts...
