I here by swear that I take this oath on my own free will.

I agree to lush every drink to its end unless its flat or warm.

I agree to pay for my round if it is my turn.

I agree to cut off any member if he / she has too much and cannot act in a decent manner.
(like rolling great distances)

I agree to not buy or sell lohocla to or admit into the lushi a person 19 or under in canada and 21 in the USA (if lushing or living there) or otherwise under the age to legaly lush.

I agree to be responsible for any futur lushi in my resident that I decide that is able to lush and knowing this might be allowed under law.

I further agree to cut off above futur lushi if they show any signs of drinking too much.

I agree to help pay for any member to get home if they cannot afford to pay a taxi if this is an alternative to driving.
(or flying or rolling or whatever means of transportation this person thinks he/she can come up with)

I agree to not drive while under the influence of the lush.

I agree to not lush while driving.

I agree not to swipe / steal or cheat anyones reeb.

I agree to provide all reeb that is rightfully coming to everyone and if this negates the above rule, oh well.

I agree to not play keep away with another Lush's wallet.

I agree to catch anyone who falls asleep or passes out while standing or doing anything vertical or in a chair with out a back.

I solemly swear to the above and will help any Lush who cant help him / her self.

What happens to someone is too drunk to take a cab ? (been there)

Well they get chauffered around the city by the taxi until the driver figres out you've only got enough to get where your going lord knows where that is and thus he kicks you out being unable to scam a real lot fo cash out of you.

No i mean the cab driver wont take you in the cab

Hmm... haven't had that happen, but usually the more sober fo the two if they were to call up the cab company to issue a formal complaint would get a new cab fast enough. Or at least in toronto, I usually take the TTC though.

i'm sorry, but eh was talking about Canadians, and last I checked our Cabbies were responsible courtesy the riders bill of rights.
