    me too

about once a year we play "get together games" like Jenga or Taboo or something. They're really fun, but we just never do it. Of course BDZ and I don't agree on all the games, he wants to play RISK and I want to play scrabble or scattergories.

Something tells me BDZ may not be in the same league with scrabble. Of course maybe the same can be said of you about Risk. I consider myself an expert in both.

right, I admit I'd probably lose at RISK, but I kick his butt at scrabble, lol

ok, this is getting confusing, having threads with the same name.

let's let this one go to page 2, just let it go, it'll be alright

I'd like to play the new 'Clone Wars Edition' of RISK. Perhaps at the next meeting?

Is there a SW Scrabble? :)

I am also up for risk, I wouldn't even mind playing the board version were you role the dice and everything

I'm a big board game fan. I love to play Pictionary, Scattergories, Taboo, Baulderdash, (SW)TP, Cranium, etc. It just seems like there isn't enough time. Planned get-togethers once, twice a month for such activities are good. Esp. if it works like the last SBFF meeting where it was a family event.

Now, if we could just get SW themed Pictionary, Scattergories, etc. that would rock. :)

I'm actively working on the SW pictionary/charades/cranium idea. VIO, would love to have your assistance to come up with some questions/topics. PM me if you're interested.

If this makes it far enough perhaps we could play at the June meeting.

I need a refresher on how Pictionary and Cranium works. I has been some time since Cranium and much longer since I have played Pictionary

I've never played Cranium. Pictionary is just like charades, except you draw the clues instead of acting them out.

Cranium is a mixture of pictionary and charades plus extras. You also hum songs for people to guess and make items out of clay. It also has spelling quizzes, and multiple choice questions. All within a time limit, of course.
