I've been saving this for a special occasion. Time to pop the cork (language warning):

 

i was going to say something about how you might as well set your money on fire or something, but i don't think that's a good comparison. i'd much rather do that, than pay to listen to kids playing the violin.

but s/he could be good, what do i know. i'm just assuming.

 

musical education is vital, no matter how you get it. Watching Youtube piano tutorials for playing "Let It Go" is what I recommend, but violin lessons are fine too.

 

My daughter lives on the other side of an ocean. I'll be fine. As for her mother, I don't know.

 

Not knowing anything about how to play a guitar didn't stop Kurt Cobain!

 

For that one bag who shows up every party and needs to pick up the guitar to play hey there delilah
