The Milton Keynes FanForce Chapter thread

Yeah, that's what annoys me. Same with the UK Fan Club. Why not just allow us to subscribe to the US Fanclub, which includes the Insider if they can't be bothered to do original material for the UK?

I much prefer Insider as it comes printed on nicer quality paper and always seems to have more in it than the UK mag. I sometimes get Insider when I can - Borders is normally a good place to pick it up.

 

You can subscribe to Insider. Not sure about the US Fanclub. I don't really have any preference for either Insider or the SW mag.

 

Bring back SW Galaxy magazine, or SW gamer!

Good news folks! The greatest SW fanzine ever - Delta Source - will be available from tomorrow. For those of you coming to the Memorabilia meet-up next weekend, I shall hold onto them until then.

I got my copy of the UK mag, complete with Lego Tie fighter. It appears as though Rogue Squadron missed some, every copy in WH Smiths had one on the cover!

I would love to take part....however I am spending far too much time online and not enougth time studying.

I know that it is a poor excuse, but I need to get this exam done. Then I will have more time on my hands for DS articles and internet stuff.

Anyway, we are DS readers. To paraphrase Yoda; "Trivial Pursuit does not make one great".

In other news:

I not only have the latest UK mag, but also the latest copy of the excellent Wired magazine. I have also got all the tickets I need for next weekend.

Yeah, DS gets a mention in the current ish of SFX in the fanzine listing section. They say some nice things so musn't grumble

We're having our third meet on Saturday, which means then we can apply for official status????

There will be myself, Charis and Voren meeting at Memorabilia in Birmingham, along with some Delta Source & Moons of Yavin ppl. We'll get photos to prove we were there
