The missing link: a game

Hot on the heels on MoronDudes's awesome Name Game and Guess the card game, I've thought up another challenge for Star Wars Card Gamers: the missing link game!

The idea is simple. Post 3 or 4 cards that all have something in common. It could be anything! The other folks have to guess what that missing link is. Let's see how creative you can be!

A few rules.

1. If someone guesses anything the cards have in common, they win (even if it's not what you had in mind). You may eliminate the obvious by posting things like: "it's not because they're all Episode 1" or something like that.

2. If it is the word in common, it must be a Star Wars term, game play specific term or a card name. It must also be in the same "area"- ie card name/gametext/lore

3. You can guess as many times as you like, and the first person who gets it posts the next card set.

4. They're all from Star Wars or They're all cards made by Decipher are not valid responses.

Great game, but I have one question.

Does your missing link have something to do with gameplay? Because I know little about Young Jedi and nothing about Jedi Knight.

 

They all cost 4 to deploy, I don't have a set ready, but I'll post a set later or if someone wants to beat me to it feel free to go ahead.

 

Yeah, I wouldnt have known that cuz I didn't know where the deploy cost of Boba Fett or Boss Nass was located. I forsee I will be very bad at this game... much like all the others.

They all have "add" in the gametext?

 

Well, technically, Thunderflare and POTF have "add" and the others have "adds," so that doesn't fit.

 

Same number of letters in lore?

 

Do they? Well, that is inadvertent, if it's true.

Remeber to eliminate as many "incorrect" possibilities here. The game tests the "poster's" imagination and lateral thinking as well as the "guesser's"

 

they all have "and" in their lores:

Mynock: "stellar radiation and electrical discharges"

Kir Kanos: "Palpatine's atrocity and cruelty"

Tentacle: "locomotion and catching food"

The Signal "Luke signaled Arrtwo and dramaticly changed the situation"

 

Wasn't what I had in mind, but that works.

 

"and" is neither Star Wars nor Gameplay specific. (See Rule 3 above)

That was the only thing I could come up with and I studied all 4 cards. I thought you were being tricky, but if that's not what you were thinking of, then the game goes on.

 

It is a very tricky question. Keep guessing guys!
