I'm not watching, but based on what I've gathered throughout tonight, this game seems like a contender for the best Game 5 ever in a championship series, which I think has long been Game 5 of the 1976 NBA Finals (Game 6 seems to be where the most intense action has been over the decades, regardless of the sport).

Another insanely classic game, but a loss for those Dodgers; no way Morrow should have pitched, Turner ran himself into an out late, and Kershaw/Jansen were fallable once again. Not impossible for them to win 2 home games (game 7 would fall on a night off from work), right?

Who has two thumbs and feel asleep in the top of the 9th and missed the comeback, extras, and the walk-off?

We were binge watching Stranger Things 2 so I only saw from the eighth on. I don't know if that was one of the best games I ever seen or one of the worst. It truly is just a softball game where you just luck yourself into enough outs in order to win it. Even the outs last night were loud as heck!

Hey, could you imagine if the suspension for a clearly racist act was immediate and not weakly applied later? That game would be very different... too bad this series now has an asterix, which is what the commish wanted to avoid?

Gurriel’s home run was particularly annoying; can respect the others (save for McCann, because I’m certain he’s a humorless ****).

Well even if he was suspended in this series it would have been for the game they lost, not yesterday's game..... so not sure how that makes this series have an asterisk.

If you spot your Cy Young Winning Ace a 4 run lead, you should be able to put a win in the bank. I think that, more than anything else, is what the Dodgers should rue from yesterday's game.

It's fairly apparent that Dave Roberts has no idea how to manage a bullpen, though. This is twice he's been bitten, and the Dodgers have lost both of those games in extra innings. This should petrify any Dodgers fan, because to win the series, the Dodgers either need at least one amazing performance from a starter, or Roberts to get the bullpen right twice in a row.

still think the series goes seven.

I think it all depends on Mr. Kate Upton tomorrow night. If Verlander pitches a gem, I think the odds are insanely likely Houston is popping champagne and celebrating it's first WS victory. If he gets rock then the odds shift to their being a Game 7 as almost a certainly.

I will keep saying it, but I truly hope everyone comes away from this postseason with the understanding that bullpens are terrible and not to be trusted.

    Amazing.

I don't get to watch much of the US Open, Wimbledon is the shocker for me. Most US sports I am reducing to checking scores at work (or getting up at 4am to watch NFL haha.)
