    I was at the comic shop earlier and they had the Cubs/Pirates game streaming over the sound system. It was fun looking at all the toys and comics while listening to baseball. I bought a Star Wars comic.

    Another tough game for DeGrom; but you can't blame the pen this night. I don't like rubbing it in to Mets fans as I've always considered the team like a little brother to the Yankees; which mirrors my relationship with my own little brother who happens to be a Mets fan.

    But of course the Sox are open game any day ;) Hey, how'd you guys do tonight against....wait, let me look it up.......Dylan Covey tonight at Fenway?

    we need more managers doing that. i mean seriously that never fails to crack me up.


    and as for the Dodgers, the way they are playing if they had Seager and their starters they might play .700 the rest of the way. As it is they might play .600

    Went to Citi Field last night for the Subway Series game. It was a good game all the way through (obviously better for the Yankees than the Mets in the end). I just learned this morning that Tanaka was put on the DL. Yeah NL fans, tell me how important it is for pitchers to hit and run the bases. :rolleyes:
