The Movie Tournament nomination thread

It's that time again: movie tournament time! We have plenty of spaces open (all of them, in fact), and we need your suggestions and favorites to fill them. The rules of nominating are simple:

Maximum of four movie nominations per post, with no back-to-back (or back-to-back-to-back) posts.

The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, Revenge of the Sith, A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi are all off-limits.

Note that nominations will not be counted more than once for each movie, so there's no need to name one that's already been nominated. Also, please provide links to descriptions of the movies you nominate (using Wikipedia if possible) in order to expedite the process.
