I thought it would be fun to have a thread where we list and discuss places in film music where composers have reused or quoted melodies from themselves or other composers. It doesn't have to be a note for note copy; the similar main themes from King's Row and Star Wars would be a good example.

Please try to include album and track listings, so that others can take a listen. Obviously, "Anything by James Horner vs. anything else by James Horner" is, while rather accurate, a little too general for the purposes of this thread. If you don't have soundtrack specifics, at least try to identify what's happening in the movie while the music in question is playing. Some stuff people will just know what you're talking about, but others will need more specificity.

GENERAL (please don't get any more vague than this):
Aliens - music in the end credits
    vs.
Clear and Present Danger - when Jack Ryan is looking for evidence on the computer

    SPECIFIC:
Aliens (Deluxe Edition*) by James Horner, Track 19 Resolution and Hyperspace starting at 2:55 (heard in film during the end credits)
    vs.
Clear and Present Danger by James Horner, Track 05 Looking for Clues starting at 1:33 (heard in film when Jack Ryan is looking for evidence on the computer)

*If you're going to give a tracklisting for something that has several versions in print please specify which version you mean.

Also, since I just mentioned this in another thread:
Track 08 on the Indy and the KotCS OST starting at about 1:39, compare to Track 05 on ESB Special Edition Disc 1 at about 05:05.

I'll go for the vague Main Theme from First Contact and Main Theme from Air Force One

Basically anything by Horner = something else by Horner.
