Hey, guys! I made this video last night, and I need opinions on it. It DOES indeed relate to Star Wars music, so it is on topic. Comments are needed! I hope you found it as cool as I did. I did not edit any of Duel of the Fates or the scene, either... it's all a natural fit. :)

A youtube video adding DotF to a scene in order to make it 'cooler' or more 'epic'?

    Will wonders never cease...

It's not to make it more epic, it's to show how well the music fits.

It's not much of a match, imo.

I think adding DOTF to any video clip got old about 8 years ago.

    Founding father...?

And pay attention to how parts of the music match with saber clashes, jumps, etc...

Yakety Sax works pretty well too. It kind of puts the duel into a context that we can all relate to.

If JW had decided to use DOTF for the Mustafar duel, he could have written a much better arrangement for that action.

HAHA. I had no idea this video existed, nor do I remember its inspiration.

No offense but it does not fit at all. The original music is just fine. I have no clue why fanboys think some things musically should be different especially in Star Wars (ANH for the newer generation)

Probably the same kind of motivation that led someone to play DSOTM while watching Wizard of Oz. Because it is fun to experiment and ask, "what if?" :p

At any rate, the juxtaposition of DOTF and the Mustafar duel is interesting enough, even if it isn't precisely accurate. I wouldn't go so far as to say that it's an "incredible match" but, for what it's worth, I enjoyed it.
