Abq The New Banner

so is the new banner screwed up for every one? because it comes through normally for me here and at work... maybe it's a Mac thing... and it's only messed up on a PC....

it might help to clear your cash, and then close your browser... after that post what is messed up and I'll try and fix what is wrong...

I'm using a computer at the UNM-Valencia campus, and it is kind of messed up. It was mostly OK yesterday, I think it was missing the balloon and the stormtrooper on the whatever it is. Awesome banner though.

 

I'm using a campus computer and it appears to be cut off a bit.

 

the computer i'm using appears to have it cut off. I see the girl cut out from new hope and the girls from the cantina but I don't see the first part of it?

 

I only have half the banner the rest is the jawas with ads

 

ok thanks guys... I looked at on a PC and it is screwed up... weird... I'm going to put up the old banner... and then re put up this one again... I'll keep every one posted...

heh my computers old and I see the banner fine. only thing thats wrong is small missing pic in the top left corner where it says "woo-hoo banner!" and thats the only thing i see wrong with that. If you all try setting you screen resolution to 1024/768 should work cause thats what I hav it on.

 

I'd try it, but this is a campus computer, and I don't know how much they would appreciate it.

 

The computer I'm using in the campus library is set to 1028x768

 

Holy cow! Now their are parts of both banners on it.

Oh wait, never mind. It's better now.

 

Where did the balloon go?

 

I've decided that PC's are deficient... because the banner works fine on my Mac... but it's broken on PC's... I'm still trying to figure out a solution...

I guess it's not going to work on my home computer, because
I have the old banner. I'll have to try at work tomorrow and
see if the new one comes up.
I just went back and re-read your suggestions about clearing
the cache, so I'll try that. Thanks.

 

As of right now, it shows up just fine on our PC. Earlier, it was like Stromtrooper described, but it's great now!

They had to throw that in for us cardboard costuming fanatics..... Gives us all something to shoot for!

 

Well, I got the new banner, but only part of it. I can't see Cami. All I see is the sandtrooper on the dewback, the hot air balloon and the side pictures. It's the way my son set this monitor, and I don't have a clue how to fix it so it does.

 

Yeah, I can see Cami's right elbow, which is frustrating because she's hot. Anyway, we could scooch the dewback and everything left, closer to the Mos Alba banner so's we could at least see Cami? The Tonneka twins would be nice, too, but that's probably asking for a whole redesign.
