    Nothing planet, Wasteland

For days now they had been searching, searching endlessly, the remains of whatever planet this was. They had been looking for some clue, something, anything, to tell them where to go next. Kahlass had been training profusely, learning to blend the light And the Dark, with the Help of Killrandor and Tiernin. Killrandor was teaching him the techniques of the Light, while Tiernin showed him how to blend the two into one power, making him more powerful than ever. Meanwhile, the blue, named Telsarrr had snorted and called Kahlass weak for learning the Light. He had quickly swallowed his words however, as he was flung up against the ship and stared down by Kahlass, who then let him drop, unceremoniously to the ground. After that him and Jikar had gone back to searching for the gems, looking for the Clue that would bring them along their next step.

?Good Kahlass, now, use the Anger, Aggression, the Hate that you have, but use it do Heal not to hurt. Think about it in a round about way, if you help this thing you?ll be hurting the Empire, and everyone that ever wronged you, work at it Kahlass.?

He was trying to heal a wounded man that Tiernin had made an image of out of the force. It served as a training dummy on this Forsaken planet. He channeled his energies, working to achieve the balance of hate and Anger, and using it to heal and help. It was hard, and a seeming contradiction, but he had seen Tiernin do it, and Kahlass himself had done it once or twice, and every time he tried it became easier to find that connection. At last he had it, and the Man made of force energy was healed, got up, and disappeared from sight. Kahlass sighed and breathed deep. It still took a lot of his energy to do even these simple tasks and sometimes he wondered if it was all worth it. After all he had the power of the Darkside at his Call, and that was a power to be reckoned with for sure. However, he had seen Master Antar, had seen his great power and inner strength, and wanted, no, needed to achieve that for himself. Perhaps it was selfish of him, but he wanted that power. Perhaps with it he would finally have the inner peace he so desperately wanted.

?Well done. I think that will be all for now, and unless I?m mistaken we may have a development. I?m sensing great surprise and joy from Jikar, and I think he?s made a discovery.?

Kahlass and Tiernin went back in only to find Jikar practically bouncing in his seat, while the blue had a grim smile on his reptilian face. ?I see you found our Planet.? Tiernin said to Jikar.

?Ohh yes, it was quite simple when we thought of the message as a riddle. You see, the message said look for us again, and we just thought it meant to find them again. But we had already found them. You see, again, can mean addition, and when we added the co-ordinates from the blue?s Message with the same ones we get an unmapped system, only recognized so as to avoid the Gravic pull of it. However, it did mention one planet. We thought that, at worst, it would be worth a look see.?

?Ohh yes, quite. Prep the Ship and lets get off this dust ball of a planet.? Kahlass said.

The transport lifted off and shot into space, headed towards their new destination, maybe this time they could really find what they were looking for.

    Hapes

Bravo felt Scholar Zu Dharma's pressence in the Force again and smiled. Then both he and Jacen recived a message from Archon. Bravo looked at Jacen.

"What do you think Archon will do?" Jason asked.

"I don't know. But, we can not interfere (sp?) with his plans."

"You mean, we can't interfere directly with his plans." Bravo gave Jacen the look of someone who was up to mischief.

    "Jason, you know..."

"Jacen, its one thing to go to the enemy against your own free will. Its something totally different to go into the lion's den, all alone. Luke Skywalker did it, but, his father, Darth Vader, saved him. Who will be there to save Archon? Jaina has gone through enough, the death of Ankain and then thinking that you were dead and then with her going to the dark side of the Force. Kyp Durron won't be able to save her this time. Archon and you are the only two people she has left, besides her parents. If she losses Archon, who knows what could happen."

Jacen knew Bravo was right. Jacen gave a sigh. "Okay, Jason, what is your plan."

"We can't interfere directly, so, we will have to give Archon the time he needs and the safety to complete his mission. And that means, diverting as much attention as we can away from Byss."

"You arn't thinking what I think you are thinking." Jacen said.

Bravo smiled with a hint of mischief.

"No, Jason, no, I don't think so." Jacen gave another sigh. "I can't stop you, can I?"

"No." Jason said with a smile.

    Darth Maximums' Command Ship

Darth Maximums looked at Jack as he came in.

"It is done." Jack said as he bowed.

    "Very good." Darth Maximums said.

    Hapes

Jacen Solo and Jason Bravo made it outside the palace?s walls and into the busy market place that now, like in the old days of kingdoms, surrounded most of the palace. The market place surrounded the entire front, except for about 500 yards in front of palace reversed for landing of guests and for the growth of grass, flowers, and trees. The left and right of the palace were covered by Hapes? nature and the rear and part of the left of the palace?s grounds dropped off into cliffs, which went to the sea.

As the Jedi Knights walked through the crowed streets, they talked and laughed. Their Jedi Robes gave them away and people would stare at the two Jedi Knights in amazement, they would then start talking to each other about the Jedi Knights. Others just looked and returned to their duties while others looked and gave a dirty look or still others didn?t even look. Along the sides of the streets there were the little shops, some in buildings, some in tent like places, and most were in the shade of a sheet or some other cloth or tent like material held up by either two, three,, four, or more sticks or poles. After the Yuuzhan Vong War, most of the refuges that were at Hapes, either stayed because of a lack of money and having to work for money to get off planet or stayed because they didn?t want to leave Hapes.

Jacen and Bravo both laughed at a joke and then both grabbed for their lightsabers. As both their green lightsabers came to life, red lightsabers came crashing down on their lightsabers from behind. Both Jacen Solo and Jason Bravo had snapped around just in time to catch the other two lightsabers.

?You take that one,? Bravo said, ?I?ll take this one.?

The crowed scattered for safety. Bodyguards and others who had blasters or projectile weapons, pulled them out for protection. Two Hapes Police Officers on duty in the market place pulled out their blaster pistols and made sure all civilians were safely out of danger and then they too took for cover, making sure they had their blasters ready.

The lightsabers strikes were quick and close to all four warriors at first. Then both Jacen and Bravo, making sure they were open to each other in the Force, back flipped, parried, and then spun away from each other to reduce the risk of hitting each other and more importantly from hitting the innocent civilians and keeping them safe. Both Jacen and Bravo worked their way in a circle, reducing the need to put innocent civilians in harm?s way. Both Jedi had their Jedi robes off and this increased agility and the ability to keep innocent civilians from getting hurt.

Bravo ducked from a lightsaber strike to the head. The red bladed lightsaber cut through a wooden pole, making the cloth it was supporting to collapse. As Bravo attacked, he spun away from the civilians to keep them from getting hurt and into the circle Jacen and he had going. As Bravo parried another strike from below then replied the attack with an attack of his own and then parried again, he saw that the lightsaber battle was not going to get victory any time soon and thus increased the possibility of an innocent civilian getting hurt. Bravo had always wanted to save lives and he had the chance now to save the lives of hundreds of people. He took that chance to save hundreds of people.

Bravo parried again, back flipped and saw that his enemy flipped with him and as they both landed, their lightsabers clashed with each other again. Bravo kept on moving back, parry, attack, parry, attack. Then after he and his combatant were just a few feet apart just for a second, Bravo stretched out his hand and delivered a Force Push that sent the enemy flying across the street a few feet and thus loosing his lightsaber on impact. Bravo had shared this plan with Jacen moments earlier and Jacen had got his own combatant in position and used a Force Push als

The Shuttle dispatched from the Inquisitor's vessel slowly descends towards the Black Sun that is Byss, a planetoid created totally to Emperor Thrawn's specifications by his scientists using variants on Chiss science of Yuuzhan Vong technology. The billions of deaths which had occured because of the Galaxy Gun along with hundreds of dark siders with the previous explosion had created the perfect feeding ground for what was the Emperor's spiritual retreat. Here the people were entirely worshippers of the Sith way which they willingly spent their days in veneration of erecting temples as they chose the best among them to be sacraficed so more Dark Side crystals could be grown....things feeding off the energies of life. The plant life and animals were genetically engineered to disrupt the Light side and sterngthen the Dark that entering into its atmsophere was like being drowned to Archon as the Light.

To Uxial though it was like being bathed in pure raw power as she was as strong as a true Dark Lord of the Sith on this planet and a powerful one at that with all her senses expanded though even she could not see far into the future with the constant disruptions that seem to cloud everything in chaos and entropy.

High Inquisitor Uxial was not sure what to expect upon arriving at the Temple of Lost Souls. Grand Inquisitor Tremayne had been reticent and brooding.
He had spoken briefly with Archon before taking him to meet Emperor Thrawn. A matter of protocol perhaps, thought Uxial.
However, whenever she probed into the Force, a dreadful chill ran down her spine. The Colossal obsidian doors opened of their own volition and they stepped unto the blood red carpeting. The many guards watched them as they passed.

The Temple of Lost Souls was Emperor Thrawn's personal retreat and was 100 miles of super condensed rock that formed the City which was the ultimate monument to the power of the Dark Side. It was this Palace which had been built to train and house and serve as the Libraries for the Sith Brotherhood which Thrawn had envisioned housing at least a million members when it was at it's height. Now there were scant more than a dozen in totality of the Emperor's service with precacious little time to hunt down for more to fill the ranks even as genetically his non-force sensetive clone masters worked to swell the ranks of Dark Side empowered but woefully stupid canon fodder against the Jedi Knights and Darth Maximus's "Obsidian Order"

High Inquisitor Uxial could feel the Emperors power even before they entered the vast Temple chambers. Many of the black robed priests turned and watched them wordlessly.

Uxial slowed her step to fall next to Archon and fall behind the Grand Inquisitor. She rather him have the honors of presenting the PROPHET ARCHON DONOVAN.

Grand Inquisitor Tremayne was more machine now than man as the wasting disease that he had discovered Archon to be the only being in the galaxy to know the cure for in his visions led them across the huge carpet formed from the micro-fibers of living beings transformed to fur....it was a ghastly display that was meant to once again magnify the power of the Dark Side but Tremayne knew even here that Thrawn's power was not at its absolute limits. Walking them past the Sith scholars and acolytes holding services with a few echoing screams he ushered them on a transport pod that raised them up into the air and began their speedy move through the collosal statuary which was a monument to all the Sith which passed before and towards the Emperor's personal palace.

Uxial spoke to Archon with her eyes, pointing out the different Dread Lords she had mentioned to him during their conversation. Darth Zeiram, the few remaining four armed Executioners......and there he was, the Executor himself. Lord Darth Vaedr, in full dread armour.

Archon was remarkably calm here even as he was terrified of opening himself up to the screaming cacaphony of all that he had supressed about himself. YOU ARE A MURDERER, YOU ARE A FAILURE, YOU BETRAY YOUR FAM

    The Planet Entralla

Entralla had always been the capital of the Outer Rim territories and held as its personal reputation the knowledge it was the largest home for repression the galaxy had ever known being the baseworld of Grand Moff Tarkin, Grand Moff Kaine, and later Moff Borgia when he was still a High Executor for the Yuuzhan Vong. Wiped clean like so many other worlds it had been rebuilt as a secret munitions factory for the Empire which the Rebellion had tried futilely to assault on numerous occasions. It had been here the Grand Moff had been siphoning off 20% of the munitions produced for the full decade he had served Thrawn. Warlordism was now a profitable business for the Moff who was supplying as many sides as he could with his agents devastating weapons of unparralleled damaging capacity.

The Galactic Alliance was picking up the pieces slowly as the Moff sent routine reports to the mysterious Sith Lord Darth Maximus requesting information about what he wished to do to better serve his new Master even as he continued hoping he could develop some methrodry to eradicate all Force users in the galaxy and this one in particular. His scientists were also working on variants to Yuuzhan Vong strains that would be deployed he hoped soon on the Galactic Empire's fortifications in the Deep Core. Nearly as far as Coruscant Thrawn could somehow throw his Force storms and he could sense everything present so alternative measures were required....biological weaponr exterminating all of his planets there would be sufficent he thought.

"The Force is alive with the pain and suffering our civil war is causing." Magog the Destroyer said. It was true, the causalties were in the billions as the network of Yuuzhan Vong agents infiltrated into the galaxy killed for no purpose whatsoever. Respected figures were assasinated and blamed them on dire enemies. They destroyed food and medical supply shipments and hijacked industrial waste to dump onto habited worlds. There was a danger of course that the rest of the galaxy would unite against them but whenever fissionic weapons detonated cities the suffering he hoped would drive the precacious Jedi mad and bring forth the primative once again in their hearts. Magog as a member of the Brotherhood of Arragonne was to ensure this. Little did Borgia suspect that his Galactic Alliance was meant to eventually be destroyed in the chaos they needed across the universe for the new Universe to be brought forth.

"When we have in our hands the Eclispe Korriban we will be able to put an end to entire systems." Grand Moff Borgia said softly as he imagined the awesome killing machine's power. He struggled against his race's revulsion for the monstrocities even as his old instincts for mass murder of the infidels had been awakened by the conflict. Captain Sulla Kalas had agreed to defect with the massive ship to the Galactic Alliance in exchange for a promotion to High Admiral, retained command of his ship, one billion credits, and finally the chance to meet true force users including one assigned to him. Sulla was a fanatic for the subject of 'magic' and while arreligious was fascinated by the supernatural in all things since he came from a world where it was common practice.

"Destroy the strongest worlds at the heart. Wipe out Mon Calamari, Corellia, Kuati, and the worlds that produce the droids and the entire galaxy will descend into an age of barbarism." High Inquisitor Brandl said with a hiss as he looked at Darth Pyre beside him. They were the only two Sith Lords who had defected to the Galactic Alliance and both were aware that Arraganos was insane and Maximus had no intention of suffering either of them to live, yet here they were working their own evil webs from the re-christined super star destroyer Revenge.

"Patience my friend. This has been the most violent century the galaxy has ever seen....perhaps even the universe. We must first warmly greet our defecting friends with the largest assemblage of Star Destroyers in our posession

Exar Kuhn, Ziggurat space station. Unknown location.

Lord Vaedr Omega was feeling a bit unsettled ever sinc ethe Prophet Archon had arrived. He could feel a strange connection to him. It was quite perturbing.

The Station was one of the few places in the galaxy where individuals would not immediately report back to the Emperor what went on. They were still fanatically loyal Imperials but were not worshippers of the Sith. Thus the Dark Lord could rely on sheer terror to preserve his privacy.

The sounds of the machinery calmed him . It was a.....familiar sound. It helped him think. He waited for the Prophet and while he thought about the probabilities of this new development. He could feel the lightside strongly .

His barriers were weakening. Ever since he....arose, he could feel his onnection to the light. Arragaons Shiva promised to reveal more, but he turned out to be no more than a clever traitor. Vaedr was only a tool to him.

Archon Dovanan was surprised at being allowed to leave Byss and walked onboard the Dark Station which was only slightly less malignant than Byss itself accompanied by four of Vaedr's elite Hands.

Vaedr Omega sensed Archons arrival on the station......good.

Something had been growing in Vaedr's mind, a sesne, something was coming, but what, and what it could mean remaind elusive, perhaps this prophet could tell him of it.

"You summoned me Dark Lord?" Archon spoke as he entered Vaedr's presence. He did not honestly know what to make of him truly. He had saved young Ben Skywalker's life but he had also slain Archon's father.

"You are on time......good." Lord Vaedr removed his dread helmet to look at Archon with his own eyes. He seemed to be looking inside Archon. His expression was a mixture of longing and frustration.

Archon had been spending hours pouring over the tomes of the Emperor's Dark Side dictation, scrolls, and the only remaining Sith holocron from ancient times. He had managed to keep low save for one incident where he'd killed a Sith acolyte about to beat a child to death. He had been surprised to find the incident ignored...something he shouldn't have been surprised at.

Lord Vaedr allowed his frustration to grow...it helped to buffer the light. "Yes, i did summon you."

Archon guessed at something of Vaedr's mood. "There is an ancient Jedi teaching Lord Vaedr that says something to the effect of the only questions that are never answered are those never asked." He wondered what the man saw in him. Ironically the time in the darkness seemed to be affecting him not in despair but adding a calm frame of mind to him. Confronting the Dark Side seemed to be silencing its forbidden allure.

" I have far too many question....but for what you have revealed, they seem irrelevant in the end......how can you be so calm?" Vaedr said.

Archon considered saying Alderaanian whiskey and a good woman but he doubted that was the answer he wanted. "If you mean at the coming Reckoning, I trust the Force's will." if one couldn't, whining wouldn't help. "And do not discard anything as irrelevant. In times of chaos it is good to have a clear mind that the order imperceptible may arise." Archon imagined in a few seconds he'd hear a funny quip and drop dead to the ground with a crushed throat.

Lord Vaedr chuckled. "Your deep faith in the force is astounding...." A dark shadow fell upon Vaedrs face.....but he shook it off. He could feel his anger mounting, he desliked 'prophecies' as a whole. they were nothing but trouble.

"I recognize my limitations Lord Vader. It is all things the Force. If it cannot help, we can do nothing." Archon stopped for a moment. "I will never have my father's connection to the Living Force but I was ever his superior in battle and wisdom." he answered, surprisingly understanding his anger even as he felt it made it seem less remote.

Lord Vaedr paused and thought for a moment. He listened to the machine sounds, it helped with clarity. Machines were not at variance with themselves and did

    Byss

After long hours of meditation and regeneration, Emperor Thrawn had reached a conclusion.
What he was about to do was not easy for him in the least, but the alternatives were far worse.
All those years of planning, all the hard work would have been for nothing....literally, if things were allowed to continue the way the were.
It was a good thing then, that at the core, he was a thinking and practical being, otherwise....he dared not think of it.
He silently summoned Darth Zeiram to his meditation chamber.
Once he arrived, the adjutant knelt and awaited his masters command.

"I have an important message for Darth Maximus. It is imperative that 'HE', and not one of his underlings, get it. Make every effort and carry out my will."

Darth Zeiram prostrated himself before his Emperor.

"It shall be as you wish my Master."

Emperor Thrawn handed him the datapad containing his message and then dissmissed him.
He wondered if this 'wildcard' he just played would either save the galaxy or spell it's doom. Ruling a galactic dust cloud was never his intention...and this 'Reconing' being heralded served no purpuose to anyone. It had to be stopped at all costs....and the cost would be high indeed.

    *********************************************

Several hours later, Lord Vaedr Omega was satisfied with Archon's impressive lightsaber skills. He suspected the 'Prophet' had taken it easy on him. no matter. He had enjoyed the encounter; it had been too long since he'd dueled without holding back...or without killing his opponent. He had tried to kill Archon, but not intentionally.....He had allowed his Rage to fill him and he had struck with great fury. But Archon's Style II was beyond comparison. He just could not break the Prophets defense.
He chuckled at the momery. He was growing fond of the Prophet, but was not sure as to his fate while here on BYSS.
Truth be told, he was not sure of anything anymore, save one thing. Arraganos Shiva had to be stopped, and he would.....die trying, if he did not succeed.

Lord Vaedr Omega departed the Exar Khun Ziggurat space station aboard his crystal ship. The Emperor's Will.
He had transfered command of the Exar Khun to Lord Twilight, a Sith who delved in the Grey ways. Maybe he and Archon would become good aquaintances....maybe.

He turned his attention now to setting the hyperspace coordinates to the Darkest place in the universe, a place Darker than Byss.

"I'm coming for you Arraganos Shiva."

With dark conviction, he initiated the Hyperspace jump and was immediately away to meet his destiny.

Jedi's Hope, one week later, Core Worlds

This was the second battle for the Jedi's Hope. The first was a minor starfighter battle. Jason Bravo and other Jedi had used the Shadow Fighters. The battle was quick. The Empire lost one EF76 Nebulon B Escort Frigate and two CR90 Corellian Corvettes. The news was not important enough to tell Emperor Thrawn.

This battle was bigger and Emperor Thrawn would know about it. Two Imperial Class II Star Destroyers, one CR90 Corellian Corvette, two Carrack Cruisers, and two Lancer Frigates engaged Jedi's Hope.

The two Imperial Star Destroyers were on either side, with the two Carrack Cruisers to the bow and the other three ships off battling starfighters. With Jedi's Hope were two New Rebellion CR90 Corellian Corvettes. Both ships were to the aft of and to the flanks of Jedi's Hope, both pouring as much fire as they could into the two Imperial Star Destroyers. Also, the New Rebellion had sent two MC80 Mon Calamari Star Cruisers which were coming up fast behind Jedi's Hope. The New Rebellion had also sent two extra squadrons of the latest X-Wings.

Jedi's Hope only deployed her X-Wings, E-Wings, and shielded TIE Interceptors. All the other fighters came from the New Rebellion.

As the starfighters raced around in circles, playing cat and mouse, Jedi's Hope was pounding away at the two Imperial Star Destroyers. The Quad Laser Cannons kept any enemy starfighters at bay, although a few got daring and tried to attack the ship.

As the green and blue bolts raced from Jedi's Hope, Bravo looked on. The powerful energy blasts were hitting all three ships.

"Its quite a site." Bravo said.

    "Jason?" Luke Skywalker asked.

"The power of it all. Watching the turbolasers fire and rocoil, fire and recoil. Just a powerful site."

"I see. I must agree with you on this one." Luke said. Both Jedi stood at the bridge's main view port. Other Jedi, along with Antar Fodoh, kept a Jedi meld going with what Jedi pilots they had out there. Jaina Solo and maybe three more Jedi were the only Jedi out there.

    "Weapons." Brao said.

"Sir?" The Senior Gunnery Officer replied.

"Launch a volley of concussion missiles at that Star Destroyer on our starboard side."

    "Yes sir."

A voil of missiles impacted the Star Destroyer and her shields gave way. Parts of her hull were burning now as a few missiles got through.

"Ask the captain of that vessel on our starboard side to surrender, communcations."

"Yes, sir." The Senior Communcations Officer replied. 30 seconds passed. "Sir, the captain will not surrender."

"Very well. Gunnery, target the Star Destroyer to our Port and fire a volley of concussion missiles." Like last time, the orders were obeyed. The other Star Destroyer was now also heavily damaged. Bravo asked the same question again to communcations, the other captain would not surrender either.

Bravo saw a Carrack Cruiser explode as the turbolaser and ion cannon fire from Jedi's Hope broke through her shields and teared her hull apart. The other Carrack Cruiser disengaged as its hull was also on fire.

By now the two MC80 Mon Calamari Star Cruisers had arrived and stared pouring turbolaser and ion cannon fire onto the damaged Imperial Star Destroyers.

"Captain," The Junior Communcations Officer said, "The CR90 Corellian Corvette to our starboard aft is taking fire from the Star Destroyer. She is requesting to disengage."

"Have both our CR90 Corellian Corvettes fall back behind the MC80 Mon Calamari Star Cruisers. Gunnery, reduce turbolaser fire on both Star Destroyers, increase ion cannon fire. If we can save them, we will."

"Yes, sir." Both the Junior Communcations Officer and the Senior

    Jedi's Hope, Core Worlds, Battle

As the two CR90 Corellian Corvettes disengaged and went behind the two MC80 Mon Calamari Star Cruisers who now flanked Jedi's Hope to either side as the CR90 Corellian Corvettes once did, the two Imperial Star Destroyers were outgunned.

"Sir," The Senior Sensor Officer said, "The Imperial Star Destroyer on our starboard side is taking heavy damage. The ion cannons are working. She is slowing down."

"Sir," The Junior Sensor Officer said, "Our starfighters are outnumbered, but their formations are keeping them alive."

"Gunnery, fire two concussion missiles at the weakest point on that Imperial Star Destroyer to our starboard side."

As the two missiles impacted and went into a large hole in the Star Destroyer's hull on its own starboard side, exposions could be seen throughout the ship, both inside and out the ship.

"Captain, the Imperial Star Destroyer to our starboard is disengaging." The Senior Sensor Officer said.

"Leave it be. Reduce ion cannon fire to half on that Star Destroyer. Give her a few turbolaser blasts to make sure she dosen't engage again as she retreats. Gunnery, target that other Imperial Star Destroyer's aft and fire ten concussion missiles. Fire them at the strongest points. Also, increase ion cannon fire and decrease turbolaser fire."

As Bravo's orders were carried out, the other Imperial Star Destroyer disengaged. Her hull was also up in flames.

"Drive Stations, take us into the main starfighter battle. Tell our two CR90 Corellian Corvettes to disengage fully and get clear. Have our two Mon Calamari MC80 Star Cruisers keep our two Imperial Star Destroyers in check."

As Jedi's Hope engaged in the starfighter battle, enemy starfighter numbers got lower and lower. Soon, all enemy starfighters were disengaged. Jedi's Hope lost a total of 14 starfighters even though they were out numbered. Their skill kept them alive. The Empire used mostly rookies, their veterans mostly rotated back to key Imperial Military Bases and ships.

The Empire lost one ship, a Carrack Cruiser. Both Lancers were heavily damaged. The lone CR90 Corellian Corvette was also damaged. The lone Carrack Cruiser was heavily damaged and had to be destroyed. The two Imperial Star Destroyers had to also be destroyed. A New Rebellion task force of mostly rescue ships and a escort of four MC80 Mon Calamari Star Cruisers and three Carrack Cruisers showed up and picked up all Imperial crewmen who had surrended. All in all, the whole Imperial Task Force surrended, the New Rebellion gaining two Lancer Frigates and one CR90 Corellian Corvette.

    Byss

Emperor Thrawn heard the news that he had lost ships he couldn't replace.

"What type of ship was the large one our last battle reports reported of?" The Emperor demanded.

"Unknown, Emperor. Although that ship was powerful. It had enough firepower to challange a Super Star Destroyer."

    "Were there any Jedi?"

"Unknown. We had no Force users near by. But from what the battle reports say, there were no Jedi. The pilots they encounted were veterans and we had mostly rookies."

"No Jedi? Then where are the Jedi!"

A second military officer stepped forward.

"Emperor, sir, we have reports that they are at Dagobah still. Many Jedi were sighted there just two days ago by a lone probe droid that survived. It also detected Jedi Masters. We also have reports of Jedi on Mon Calamari."

"So, the New Rebellion has veterans pilots and crewmen that are good. Maybe we have underestimated (sp?) the New Rebellion. Any news of Darth Maximums' forces?"

A third Imperial officer stepped forward.

"There is no word. Although Darth Maximums' forces have raided and captured supplies from two Supply Convoy headed for Byss this week. Although from battle reports, only a total of four Conquer Class Star Destroyers were sighted. A small task force of Darth Maximums' forces still holds Coruscant (sp?). They have yet again mined all hyperspace routes, except for two. O

OOC: Hello all. I just wanted to say that though I haven't posted yet, I'm still with you all. I'm throwing some ideas around in my head for my return but have yet to resolve some kind of great idea. I'll think of something soon though. I've heard rumors that I've been missed but I can assure you that you've all been missed twice over! I wish you all a very happy, safe and merry holiday season wether you're Christian, Jewish, Voodoo, Jedi or what-have-you.

For now, I'll have to resort to quoting Ah-nald and say, "I'll be back..."

All my love and best wishes,

    OOC: Welcome back Antar!

Before anyone acts as Emperor Thrawn on the last attack with Jedi's Hope, maybe tonight, I am going to type up another battle post. This short little post should take care of where Emperor Thrawn stands on the battle that took place in the Core Worlds.

    IC:
    Byss

"High Admiral," The Emperor's voice was dark and made the High Admiral fear the Emperor so, "You will take a task force and hunt this New Rebellion fleet down. Let I remind you, we can not spare Imperial Star Destroyers since we barely have enough resources to build anything larger then a Victory Star Destroyer. The ships you get will be the ships you have. No reniforcements will come to your aid. If you fail," The Emperor looked at the High Admiral with all the fear he could, "Don't bother coming back. Is that understood?"

"Yes it is Emperor." The High Admiral replied.

"Good. Now, go." The High Admiral bowed at the Emperor's command and left. Two Royal Guards escorted him out.

The Galactic Empire couldn't even build a Imperial Star Destroyer if they wanted to. They didn't have the resources to build a large fleet. They could maybe build 50 max. But that would take a year and drain all the resources. So, the Emperor instead had as many smaller capital ships built as they could build. And that would take time. Even with all the extra resources in the Imperial Remant (sp?) was not enough to build a fleet large enough to take back the Core Worlds and the Mid Rim.

An image Thyfferra hangs in a Sith illusion above a room of dark cloaked figures in the middle of a Pentagram in an entirely dark room with Arr-aganos-Shiva in the center of the thing with a bloody eye with a flame out of it enscribed on the ground, the Eye of Ahrimane

The Homeworld of Bacta was the most precious world in the universe for medical supplies. It had been immune to attack for all civil wars since to do so upon this world was to threaten the very existence of civilization as the galaxy knew it. Virtually every inch of the rain-forrest like planet was covered in Bacta plants and the seas themselves were harvested for the precacious plant. In times of war it was truly never enough and the cartels grew exceptionally rich off of them. Bacta-substitutes which had emerged were always less effective than the true ordeal and no company trying to market them had ever sucessfully done so.

To Arr-Aganos-Shiva it represented the final nail in the coffin that would be required to bring about the end of all things. He had prepared for months and set all of the rituals in place as well as prepared his personal temple for the focusing of this moment into life. It would deplete most of his power as well leave him vulnerable for the battle soon to come but he was prepared to make the sacrafice that was necessary.

"My Lord what is thy bidding?" Belial his chief Acolyte spoke, a Shivastane wolf man whose cult had worshipped oblivion for centuries as they were treated as insane monsters by the rest of the organization.

"Go forth to Hadd Abaddon and take with you all the rest of the brotherhood." Arraganos said.

"First among all Prophets is it truly time?" Belasco the Second said. Arraganos had on a trip to the world of the Aing-Ti monks convinced them to create a race of genetically engineered super-beings known as the Charon an evil race which he had privately corrupted to the cause of oblivion. The Aing-Ti had foolishly sent them into the mists of "Other Space" which was in truth a galaxy far far away from hyperspace and not a dimension in and of itself. They had wiped out all lifeforms in that galaxy and had found eventually their way back to this universe where they had tried to fufill his decree here without his guidence...foolish. Belasco had been one of their larvae being bred when they had crashlanded their last surviving ship and the Rebellion had raised it, unaware the sercret knowledge just waiting to be activated encoded in their very genes.

"Yes, it is time my child. It is time to bring an end to this mistake that is life. The Force will die and all will reign in silence. Uncorrupted nothingness will bring peace that is not mirred in madness." Arr-aganos-Shiva said. He had long dreamt of a universe where the imperfections were gone and all was at peace but as the centuries had worn on, he knew such was now impossible. The only true apothesis when the Gods above were wicked could occur when there was sleep, eternal sleep and all memories of this horror called life were swept away.

He remembered the exact moment he knew it had to end, when he had been shown by the Sith Lords the Hells man went through and the eternity of such that was possible through their own choice. That such was possible indicated balance itself was flawed and the freedom to be good, the aspirations man strove to, all were too small for the universe and a limitation that sicked him. The dreams the Jedi thought of were pettiness and all in the end was futile since all things were further generations of misery in what was an accident that surely brought forth the Force since Arraganos could not imagine anything but Death being the true route of all things.

"Thanks be to the Annihilating Force." Belasco said.

Arraganos thought then about the Yuuzhan Vong who had discovered hyper genetic technology 5000 years ago when the Aing-Ti had visited them with Arraganos while he was fleeing from the Sith to learn the Grey Jedi way from the secret masters of it who called themselv

The member of the Brotherhood of Arragonne was frankly terrified of his current predicament. Judas Andronicus had never truly imagined that his master Arr-aganos-Shiva would actually come to destroy the universe yet he could not deny his own eyes which bore witness to unparralleled destruction. The destruction of Thyferra still rung in his ears even when he was but a minor adept in the Dark Side of the Force. His faithlessness had not gone unnoticed but Arraganos also knew too well that Judas was too weak willed to do anything but obey him until the eleventh hour which would be the final one and thus what was beyond anything his pathetic self could stop.

It was here that he had come to beg an audience with Grand Admiral Reverendo Nurado regarding information he had in his possession. To make matters even more terrifying the Grand Admiral was hardly in what could be described as a good mood. Having one of his Admirals defeated recently and the discovery that one of the four flagships of the Emperor's four remaining fleets had defected to the Enemy was enough that there were already rumors of dozens of executions.

The Grand Admiral sat on a throne that was far different from Emperor Thrawns for the cousin of the late Grand Admiral was not a mystical man, though he understood the Force in terms of military applications which was as Arr-aganos-shiva was won't to say 'not at all'.

"I know who you are magician and you have only a few minutes to make me interested." The Grand Admiral spoke as he surveyed the hundreds of holograms depicting events around the galaxy relayed by the surviving holonet trancievers. What wasn't reported by the holonet was reported by his spies that were still occupied throughout the galaxy spreading destabilizing chaos that the Rebellion would not be able to gain territory in the wake of this unprecedented disaster. The Grand Admiral then placed his hand precacioursly over a button as the floor around the Brother of Arraganonne revealed itself to be located over a molten pit. Only a thin catwalk seperated him from oblivion.

Judas fell to his knees and said "Mighty Grand Admiral the Rebellion is gaining ground in the galaxy every day as the warlords fight each other more than they fight them. The traitor Imperials prefer to flock to Moff Borgia rather than you with their vessels because he showers them with wealth and platitudes. All the while the unknown might of Maximus's super-fleet stands ready to swoop down on the galaxy and smash us."

"You have not yet given me reason to spare your life." The Grand Admiral said, fuming about it.

"I can deliver unto you your enemies! All of their fleet at once!" Judas cried.

The Grand Admiral then tapped his hand on the red button of his throne's right arm. Judas covered his head as the molten magma dissapeared with the floor re-sealing.

"You have bought yourself a little time warlock." The Chiss's red eyes glared at him deeply.

"Bel Iblis hates the Empire with every ounce of his soul. He will not wait to smash the Empire when he can destroy it in one swift stroke. My organization has....contacts...within his government that will if you wish them lay a trap for his fleet which will attack en masse and allow you to annihilate it before attrition leads to them being able to attack at the Deep Core. The Emperor's force storms will not protect against small engagements which eat at more than you can repair." Judas said weakly, he was not telling him anything the genius did not already know but he wanted to show his logic was sound.

"The Empire managed to deal Bel Iblis massive damage in our last campaign." Grand Admiral Nurado said "He is not stupid."

"Forgive me Reverendo if I remind you that while Operation: Emepror's Bane nearly brought the Rebellion fleet to ruin and gave you incredible secrets on developing Rebellion technology it nevertheless destroyed two of the finest fleets the Empire had in its possession and required the scraping of several

Emperor Thrawn's message had finally made it to Darth Maximus after a long journey in the hands of spies, counter spies, secret agents, and all manner of clandestine operatives.

    Hail the Sith Empire

    Darth Maximus

It is with great earnest that i send you this letter in the hopes to avert the end of all things as we know it.
Our true enemy is Arraganos Shiva.
He seeks the destruction of all things living in this galaxy. All things Jedi, Sith, Empire, Republic or Rebellion....all things that live.
He has been manipulating events for over 3000 years to this end.
I know you've felt the great disturbances in the Force the like you've never felt before.
Asks any of your seers and they will all tell you the same. The End is near.
If we continue to war, we will not survive his plans and all will be lost. It wont matter who wins between us.
I propose an armistice. Its the only way.
We must agree to a cease fire and a temporary union of Forces if we are to survive the incoming apokalipsis.
If our culture is to continue for generations to come, you will see the truth I speak.
I dare hope that you are strong and wise enough to make a decision beneficial to our continued existance.
If not....then we can continue our pointless conflict to the bitter end.
I shall expect an answer from you.
    Time is of the essence.

    Coruscant

The Emperor's Will emerged from Hyperspace and ventured into Coruscant space unobstructed.
Lord Vaedr Omega felt Arraganos attack upon the Jaina's unborn child, and it was Anakin who reacted immediately.
Thru his connection in the Force, he used the Lightside to shield and ward the unborn child and his mother from Arragano's evil.
Anakin drew strength from his connection to the Force itself...from his Father.

Lord Vaedr however was at the end of his patience and sped to Coruscant, eager to match his unequaled might against Arraganos Shiva.

"Your end is nigh at hand....."

He felt the desolation that was now Coruscant. Billions had died to gratify the twisted pleasures of one being.
Such an aberration should not be suffered to live.
The Force was speaking to both Anakin and Vaedr. They were both in agreement and in harmony....and the message was clear.
    Arraganos Shiva must be stopped.

Darth Obdurate waited patiently for their new orders. They would destroy anyone who opposed them. None would be able to cause the complete destruction of the Sith, at least not while Obdurate lived.

greyjedi125, I'll reply to your post ASAP.

My battle post never really took place last night, mainly due to time and other personal stuff. Instead, after I tag greyjedi125, I am going to type up a post that takes place over two weeks. It will be short. Then, I will post one last giant battle between Imperial and New Rebellion forces. In this post, I'll tag someone to play as the Imperials.

The High Admiral for the Imperials will be rouge (sp?), so any alliance between the Empire, Darth Maximums, and the New Rebellion is not destroyed. He will be rouge (sp?) since the current battle he was in was called off by the Emperor but he had suffered too much to just stop battling the New Rebellion's 1st Tactical Combat Fleet.

    Emperor Thrawn

As Darth Maximums read the message, he smiled.

"So," He said, "Emperor Thrawn is scared." His voice was full of amuzement. "What could be gained from this?"

"We could elimate (sp?) one enemy at a time. First this new threat Arraganos Shiva, then the Galactic Empire. And then..."

"Why should we destroy the Galactic Empire?"

Darth Maximums' question caught Jack off guard. Jack didn't need to say anything, his expression said it all. Darth Maximums went on as he got up and slowly walked to a window behind his throne that could rotate to the window.

"This war has no meaning. Its a bloodshed. The Empire can never regain favor after the thing they have done. Our mission is complete. Is it not?" Darth Maximums' voice became one of longing to see a lake, a lake on a sunny day surrounded by nature, "Emperor Thrawn is at Byss. I can hurtle all my forces at him and we will win. My goal is not to rule this galaxy but to preserve our culture of the Sith. Yet, Emperor Thrawn has a point. The Sith need change. We have seen that just two can not hold the Sith together and not one hundred can maintain it. What about ten, maybe twelve? I purpose that we end this war for our culture. If the Sith want to rule once again, we must not rule through politics, but through the Sith. The Sith must not rule a galaxy, it was not to be so. We must rule a portion of the galaxy and leave it like that. The Galactic Empire is dead. Emperor Thrawn knows that. He wants to survive. It is our instinged (sp?) to survive by any means possabile (sp?). The Sith must survive by any means possabile (sp?)." Darth Maximums turned to Jack. "We will unite the Sith under one banner, under one ruler, a just ruler. Emperor Thrawn can be the ruler, fine, but he will not have the power of an Emperor. He must learn that if he wants the Sith to survive, he must not look at himself and say 'I want this and that is that', he must rule for the better good of the Sith, not for him."

Darth Maximums sent a message back.

I see that we have a common enemy. We are enemies ourselves, but, we must unite if we are to survive. I purpose a meeting, at Byss. You, me, who ever must be there. But no traps. If I am in any way lead into a trap, you will suffer for your betrayal.

I will come in two days, one ship. My forces in the Core Worlds will disengage any offensive or deffensive moves while we meet. We have a great deal to talk about and we must have time to talk. NO JEDI will be present. I know there is a Jedi there and if he interferes, I hope you will deal with him quickly. I will come down alone, a small escort of 20 troops will come with me. They are there for my protection, nothing more. When I arrive, my ship will lower it's shields and power down all we

    Emperor Thrawn read Darth Maximus
    message over and over again.
He almost could not believe his own eyes...but there it was. A hope that the Sith Culture would survive was attainable.
He concluded that the fact that none of his secret agents had been 'killed' confirmed Darth Maximus' sincerety. The oppressive mining of the Hyperspace lanes to the Deep Core had ceased as well.
Darth Maximus was a man of his word it appeared.Emperor Thrawn would be no less.
The Sith Culture's survival was paramount, and mutual trust, not anihilation, was the solution. The sith had all but dissapeared for a 1000 years before the emergance of Emperor Palpatine...It would not do to drive it into extinction now.
Emperor Thrawn summoned Darth Zeiram once again and handed him another message to Darth Maximus.

    Darth Maximus

You have my word and personal guarantee that you and your contingent will not be harmed by any whom i command. You have leave to dispose of any foolish enough to lift a finger against you.
For the survival of the Sith, I will do this.
your terms are more than reasonable, considering that you are coming to Byss.
If it is you who are laying a trap, i tell you that it will be for naught. We have everything to loose and our survival to gain from this meeting.
I shall greet you as a fellow Sith, as equals, if that should ease things.
We have much to discuss....I look forward to your arrival.

    Emperor Thrawn

"I do not believe you would have any problems delivering this." Emperor Thrawn said matter of fact.

"Release the Jedi Prophet Archon, I do not want him on Byss when Darth Maximus arrives. Do tell him that i appreciate his words of 'illumination', and that if things go well here and for the galaxy at large.....I shall call upon him again to bestow a boon."

He paused for a brief moment,he had sensed another tremor in the Force.

"Send in Lord Obdurate and his apprentice Vransha Killar."

He gestured and Darth Zeiram was dismissed.

Darth Obdurate and Vransha Killar were now before the Emperor and it was Vransha who spoke first.

"What is your bidding....?" he said kneeling.

"Rise Vransha Killar, i have called you here to tell you that our culture may yet have a future. Darth Maximus will be arriving here soon, and i want all Sith Lords to be present. our numbers are too few, and this involves us all.
But i would like you two to attend especially. You did not always agree with me and were not affraid to voice your opinions.
I respect that sort of courage. now i require your wisdom in this meeting."

Emperor Thrawn debriefed them both on the nature of the meeting and the content of the messages. To others, this would seem completely out of character, but that would be because they were inflexible and saw Emperor Thrawn in a limited range.
Thrawn the man knew that it was time for change, and that pride and stubborness would also be enemies in these proceedings.
He was not only an Emperor and a sith, but also a Chiss. Capable of doing what was practical and neccessary without the crushing blow to his ego....a failing that he felt lesser men suffered from.
As a dejarik master, he knew exactly what was at stake, and dared to do whatever was necessary within reason to win....not for himself, but for all.
He knew now that it was not for him personally to check-mate Arraganos Shiva, but it would take a concerted effort from all the galactic factions to defeat him. this was the first step in that direction.

So it was that the Sith still survived. Their time had not and would not be easily extinguished. Darth Obdurate expressed his feelings toward the Emperor.

I am surprised that you are not furious in that we have been absent frquently and at times for long periods without ever engaging directly with the enemy. We are both skilled fighters but it was my belief that we could better serve the Sith Order in other areas. Rest assured, when the time comes for fighting, we will be there. Vransha Killar and myself will be merciless, we will use the real power of the Dark Side to destroy everyone and everything that threatens our existence.

He nodded slightly. Vransha turned to look at his former master but had been unable to feel or 'hear' his unspoken words. He knew that Obdurate had just communicated with the Emperor but he also knew that he would be informed as to what was discussed if it truly concerned him.

He looked at the Emperor once again and said, "Whatever you wish. We will serve the Sith Order and ensure its eternal existence." Vransha was eager to see what the future would hold. He had no doubt his former Master already knew.

I got a question. Is Anakin Vaedr Anakin Skywalker's spirit or is it Anakin Solo's spirit.

    IC:
    Battle

Both fleets closed ever closer. Starfighters were launched from all ships. This was a death match, nothing more, nothing less. Everyone would fight until the death. Tactics would only take effect at the start of the battle. Once the capital ships started battling each other, ship against ship, ship for ship, crew for crew, it wouldn't matter who's side you were on. You would battle for survival, not for your side. Each and every human and alien knew this on both sides.

"Captain," The Senior Sensors Officer reported, "Enemy Interdictor Cruisers are powering up."

The Captain, now Luke Skywalker, turned and gave the order. "If they don't want us to escape, we won't let them escape. Power up our own Interdictor Cruisers." Luke then turned to hsi won personal comm unit. "Bravo 1 come in."

"This is Bravo 1." Jason Bravo replied.

"Bravo 1, enemy Interdictor Cruisers are powering up. It looks like this is it. No turning back now."

Bravo slowly exhailed. He allowed the Force to fill him, to calm him down. "Roger Command. May the Force be with us."

Antar Fodoh sat on the bridge. By him were both Mara Jade Skywalker and then Luke Skywalker. Jedi Masters were on all command ships. Other Jedi Masters were also on lower ranking ships. Corran Horn was on the Savior, a MC80 Mon Calamari Star Cruiser while Kyp Durron was on the Peace Keeper, a Defender Star Destroyer. b]Mara Jade Skywalker
was on the Three Moons, a Majestic Heavy Cruiser, while Jacen Solo was on the Green Moon, a Republic-class Star Destroyer. Other Jedi Masters and even a few Jedi Knights were on MC80B Mon Calamari Star Cruisers, Warrior Gunships, Lancer Frigates, Corellian Gunships, and even CR90 Corellian Corvettes.

Soon, all the Jedi Masters, Jedi Knights, and Jedi Padwans were linked together through one of the most powerful Force Melds ever know to the galaxy. It was so powerful that Scholar Zu Dharma were reached and all could feel him. Archon could be felt, evcn Kahlass could be felt.

The 1st Tactical Combat Fleet haulted and lined up into a defensive formation. Each ship was in a pair, so no ship would be alone. Starfighters squadrons not sent out to meet the enemy force were given defensive zones. The field of fire was overlapping, with Jedi's Hope in the middle of it surrounded by two Lancer Frigates and two Corellian Gunships for protection. The Imperials formation took shape and they raced to the Rebels in full speed.

    The Battle of Corlag

High Admiral Mosh Bulge was not the most well respected figure in the Galactic Empire being he was an immensley fat Imperial who somewhat resembled the comical sidekick of the villain on an action adventure show about a Rogue Jedi most of the crew under him had grown up on. His name itself while perfectly understandable as a rightful one had connotations in commoner Basic and slang that made him somewaht ridiculous of a figure. That illusion about him had dissapated when at the cost of ten ships to one Darth Maximus had defeated the Empire at the Battle of Coruscant using superior forces, superior tactics, and old-Land-dwelling Empire tactics of boarding ships with seemingly invincible command troopers that defeated everyone onboard with almost no causalties. It was tactics that he was doing all across the Empire with the military slowly weakening until no doubt that Aged Bowel Gas discharge thought he would take the Empire entirely! Mosh wasn't going to let that happen and he had declared the entire Core Worlds under his protectorate offering massive cash bonuses and private negioations with corporations, warlords, and the like to build himself a fleet.

He had even started the Imperial Senate again on Corlag and managed to take command of the major trade routes to the Deep Core therein. He wasn't a grossly stupid man and knew that if Thrawn sent out his legions into the Core again or Maximus wasn't appeased he'd be crushed like a bug but with his pet ysalamari he was certain he would be able to play both sides against the Middle until he could secure a proper position for himself with whoever was victorious. If only the damn thing didn't bite. Thus far he'd found himself the fifth most powerful faction in the galaxy with everyone too aware of the benefits of having him secure the region to attack him....that is until the Damn Rebellion figured that by destroying him they could take the majority of the Core worlds who hated his reign with a stark raving vengeance.

"Release the singularity mines!" Mosh shouted as he blocked off the hyperspace escape routes. Mosh had actually technically failed tactics at the Imperial Academy branch on Corlag but his father had gotten an extra credit assignment which he'd paid top credit to have done. Mosh didn't like tactics personally and always brought the biggest hammer he could against the smallest nails. This combined with mass executions and willingness to always fight to the death with a crew equally so had resulted in a seemingly perfect record of victories and his promotion to High Admiral.

Corlag was the most important world in his reborn Empire and he had invited a massive conference of remaining Imperial loyalists by forging Thrawn and Maximus's name, not to mention a great many warlords with Compnor tailoring their desires to him. He had expected to send a gigantic "Bomb" in the form of a overloading Imperial Star Destroyer into the massive gravity well of Byss with the aid of the Eclipse "Harbringer" after negioations had begun in earnest and declare HIMSELF Emperor but apparently word had gotten out to the Rebellion aka Galactic Republic aka the fools who just wouldn't die and they knew this victory would give them direct access to most of the Core along with wiping out resistance to much of the galaxy's capitulation to Bel Iblis's regime.

"I don't think their fleeing sir is exactly what they had in mind sir..." one of his Captains had the gual to say. He had confiscated thousands of ships for his Navy and virtually eliminated civilian traffic lest it be to those willing to support his regime. How could they not be terrified of an enemy that was not afraid to die?

"BAH! We outnumber them and surely my reinforcements will arrive to finish them off when done!" Mosh said, realizing that his reinforcements were likely to capitulate if things were going poorly. His performance and madness had only undercut morale under Thrawn whom had established a reputation as a stern but fair military command

    The Battle of Corlag

The message from Archon came to Jedi's Hope, then was automaticly (sp?) transfered to Jason Bravo's Shadow Fighter.

After the message ended, Bravo contacted Jaina Solo.

"Jaina?" Bravo's holo imagine was shaking as the two fighter groups closed in.

"Yes?" Jaina said as she was on the bridge of Jedi's Hope.

    "Archon says he loves you."

Jaina couldn't speak, she didn't know where her husband was and just hearing that brought tears to his eyes. "He contacted me," Bravo went on, "He is alive. He will come home. I have to go." As Bravo's message came to an end, Bravo was issuing orders.

"Okay boys, here they come, hold on..." Then his hologram faded away.

As the two starfighter groups clashed at high speeds, a few crashed into each other. Others were blown away right away while others had to eject. The two fighter groups were matched, the Empire having a few more starfighter squadrons.

Bravo snapped his head around to the right as a TIE Interceptor shot past him. He knew that flying cloaked in this fur ball was not smart. "All Shadow Fighters, disengage cloaking. They can see us coming and thus they don't we are there and with all these fighters, we can be always looking right ahead."

As the Shadow Fighters decloaked, the enemy pilots who saw them decloak were shocked but quickly regained calm.

After seeing the TIE Interceptor shot past him, Bravo rolled down to the right. As he dove, his three medium laser cannons pounded away. One TIE Interceptor blew apart, it's wingman shot off to avoid being destroyed.

Bravo shot through the exposion and pulled up. He jerked left to avoid a crash with a TIE Interccptor coming right at him. He quickly pulled up on the stick, did a loop and shot after the Imperial. After getting a lock, Bravo fired his medium laser cannons, the TIE blew apart after its shields gave way.

The fur ball was intense. As Bravo re entered the fur ball, he decided to just start firing at whatever looked enemy. The fighters were so thick that trying to chase an enemy in this starfighter battle would be insane.

The Senior Sensors Officer yelled for the Captain, now another commander who was not in the Jedi meld but one who had both Bravo's and the Jedi's complete trust as a commander.

"Captain, sir, singularity mines were deployed by the enemy!"

"Stay calm. If they want to play that game, we'll play along. Gunnary, deploy our own singularity mines."

The now commanding officer was a old friend of both the New Rebellion and of Bravo Team. His name was Admiral Tobsee. He was a Mon Calamari, a Admiral who had won victory against the Empire and the Yuuzhan Vong in two of the greatest battles ever know in space, in both battles the Rebels being outnumbered 3 to 1. He was very smart and he could see that the Imperial High Admiral on the other hand was just insane.

"This is Admiral Tobsee," He said on a comm unit that went to all Rebel ships, "That Imperial High Admiral is insane. He is diving right at us. If I think what is going to do next is right, those three planets nearest to him will split his forces up and the two planets closest to us will do the same to him again. Stay calm and remember yur duties. If you get overwhelmed, retreat to the next defensive line. Admiral Tobsee out."

The Admiral then switched to the starfighter comm channel. "Asault Group Leader, can you get that fur ball any closer to us?"

Bravo's voice came back, it was excited and his voice was loud. "Admiral," Bravo pulled the trigger on his stick and an enemy fighter blew apart, "I am a little to busy to talk right now. But," Bravo rolled his craft and you could hear Bravo's words of almost being hit head on, his words thatw eren't exactly military or correct for children to here, "I'll try. Assault Leader out."

The Junior Sensors Officer gave the Admiral a worried look. "Admiral, here they come."

From the view port, the Admiral could see the huge Imperial fleet coming closer. The

OOC: Okay, here we go. I am not going to finish this whole post today, my eyes need a break. But I was online, for that post alone, from 7:30 AM to 11:16 AM, that is four hours!

This short post will wrap up the results from the first battle.

    IC:
The Battle of Corlag, Jedi's Hope

As Jason Bravo landed his Shadow Fighter, he finally felt the sweat that had built up in his suit. His cockpit seat was shoaking wet with water and it smelled of sweat. As his cockpit window opened, he got out. The Shadow Fighter did its own shut down and went into sleep mode. No other starfighter had this sleep mode and thus the starfighter was always ready to go.

As he climbed down, he saw the reminders of war for himself. Bodies were everywhere. Blood stained the deck. Medical personal and medical droids were swamped. Screams from the injuired and the dying filled the main hanger. Others who had lost a friend or aloved one were by that person or person, crying with pain.

The Chief Deck Officer came up to Bravo.

"Sir, can you help any of these people?"

    "Yeah. What happened?"

"These are the injuired from the starfighters, support craft,a nd other capital ships. Since we have the most room, we have become the medical ship for the fleet."

Pilots, soldiers, crew personal, gunners, everytype of ship personal lay on the floor. Some had laser wounds, others had pieaces of the ship they were on in them still, others had legs and arms missing, and others had burned bodies and some had part of their faces missing. It was choas and war was not pretty.

Bravo went to a young soldier who was holding his stomach section. He had been cut by a large peace of shaperal (sp?), probably from a turbolaser cutting through the ship's hull.

"Help...help...me..." The soldier pleeded, blood coming from his mouth as he spoke.

"Okay. Hold on." Bravo started to remember all of his medical training. But despite all of that medical training, he didn't have the medical tools to help the young soldier. But, one's hands were sometimes the only tools one would need.

After scanning the young soldier's body, Bravo found the source of bleeding. Bravo took in a breath and put his hand into the young soldier's wound. The soldier screamed in pain. Without his gloves on, Bravo could feel around better. After locating the ruptered organ, Bravo put his hand on it and applied pressure. The rushing of blood slowed but the blood around the cut still came.

After spotting a young medical officer, Bravo told the officer what he needed. The medical officer was fresh out of training, he was a little shakey (sp?). When he came back, Bravo told him what tools to get.

Bravo had to let go of the cut organ for a second but when he reentered, he came with a laser tool and some other medical tools.

The young soldier started to turn blue.

"Don't die on me yet, soldier!" Bravo said as he worked without being able to see the cut. Bravo kept looking at the soldier's face. He was working by feel. Then, he knew he had succeed.

The Medical Officer was already giving the soldier CPR. Nothing was working. Bravo sealed the outer cut, moved the Medical Officer out of the way and did CPR. The Medical Officer was doing it right, although at a slow rate since he was new. Bravo used all of his medical experience and training. He was going to save this young soldier's life. He had the effort to save the soldier's life.

After many attmepts, life finally came back to the soldier. He gasped for air and Bravo relaxed.

"Stay with him." Bravo told the young Medical Officer.

After helping as many people as he could before being ordered to the War Room, Bravo left for the War Room.

When he entered, blood stains were still on his flight suit, he still smelled. The looks from the officers said it all. Antar Fodoh and Luke Skywalker were there along with Kyp Durron, Corran Horn, Mara Jade Skywalker, Jacen Solo and Jaina Solo. Other Jedi Masters and Jedi Knights were also there. When Bravo

    Nar Shaddaa

Scholar Zu Dharma sat cross-legged within Lord Ginesha's well manicured garden. He had hastily walked away and found a semi-secluded place as he felt the most powerful Jedi Mind Meld he'd ever participated in overtake him.
He was experiencing everything live and through all the Jedi at the battle of Corlag.
He focused and lent them all of his strength.
As he did so, an idea struck him.
He called for Aurra Sing mentally.

"Come Aurra, come and experience for yourself what is happening in the galaxy...see it and feel it, know and be a part of it again."

Ofcourse it was risky, but he was hoping that the presence of such powerful Jedi like Luke,Antar,Jacen,Jaina,Bravo and even Khalass, would help her journey back to the light, or at least set her in that direction...away from the Darkside. He was even willing to initiate her as a Grey Jedi, with Antar's blessing, ofcourse.
He hoped that she would join him, as he turned his focus and will once again to aid his fellow Jedi.
