As Security Officer I would like to put forward that this Banner be removed as it seems to be keeping many of the Senate members from posting either here or in the Lower Senate. I suspect they find the colours off putting and may well not be attracted to Otters....

I am going to have to agree. I thought it might be funny for this to be our last banner before the move, but that was assuming that we would have moved by the end of this month (February). Now that the month ends after today, and we still don't even have a date for the move, I think that this banner has run its course.

I heard a rumor that MS is 90% sure of the move date. They haven't announced yet but i'm sure it will not be too long - hopefully. My source is a Mod. So I think we can believe this.
