I like making the choice to crossover Abydos personally. Gave me the opportunity to work up a whole backstory (currently on the GoL wiki), which was an interesting writing exercise

I had enough backstory writing after I had to write three of them for my character. Since the time period kept changing

 

At first it was two for Danny. But now that Sinre confirmed that Aflame ties into Shadow Wars, its just a matter of fudging some details since the latter isn't over yet

 

I'm sure that will be interesting

 

I have experience with it, considering that Danny was originally from another RP on the GoL Offsite, and that one is on hold right now. So CPL and I just made it to where Danny doesn't talk about those events.

Of course, it quickly becomes AU-territory if he dies at some point in Shadow War

 

That would be unfortunate.
I'm going to hope that doesn't happen.

I still haven't decided on details for my character (hence the mysterious hundred Sith years ) - though I'm using someone by her Sith name in another RP. Which may end up being her backstory


I'm working on that post right now, btw. Even though you're the only one who's approved it.

 

Yeah, Sinre hasn't been very active on the RP front lately

Thanks for the definitions in the Senate, by the way. Tensions seem to be a bit high.

 

I'm the neutral mediator remember? In retrospect, this always happens and I should have just gone the NP route to start with

 

I'm glad you did though, it helped a lot. We've actually gotten things done in the Senate

 

Thus is the virtue of a level-headed third party that doesn't disagree with the other side(s) on principle

Though, all accusations of treason aside, it is interesting how the nay votes are all planets that have been attacked by the Vong. I'm not going to say they suddenly started working with them, but it is odd.

 

Or they're being blackmailed...

But yes, it is a bit suspicious.

 

And talking about the vote reminded me...
