is there anything being done in terms of a rescue attempt?

 

I understand Pearly is going to rally his units together and coordinate a sweep of the area to gather what intel we can of the situation and local.

I've asked to move to Kamino to be closer to Nal Hutta than where I am already on Anaxes and lead a squadron there to be prepared if agressive negotiations are required...or a rescue attempt, yes....

We want them alive and unharmed. If this means diplomacy and losing the initial 'fight' then so be it. Once they are with us, safe, we can then go on the offensive.

As for the ISB and my Shadow Guards, infiltrate the Hutt's Palace systems and see if you can come across any information. This is a vital step.

I will move out to Kamino at once Empress; this will be done. I shall accompany 2 troop transports to the planet, obtain what support I can and await further instructions, from Supreme Commander Aiser.

An old "friend" has revealed only half the party is on Nal Hutta. They have separated them in an attempt to foil any rescue attempts.

Either we go in now, or we find the other half and go for both simultaneously.

Empress, I apologize for the lack of communcation these weeks. The comm systems have been down and repairing them has been a mess, but apparently they're up and going again. ( )

During these past few weeks, it has been very quiet on this area. Outside of a couple of more attacks from wild animals, nothing has been out of order.

This is annoying, Empress, but not unexpected really. If we launch a raid on Nal Hutta, do we risk the lives of the other hostages elsewhere? On the other hand, if you leave it too long who knows where they can end up, but with NGE eyes all over the galaxy I doubt they could get far.

If anything I wouldn't expect them to do anything to threaten the lives of the hostages if we moved on Nal Hutta, I feel they would just step up their game and pose an ultimatum, but I'm not in a position to say that, it's all guess work.

I'll hold off on Kamino until we have a decisive plan if you wish.

It feels to me that there are benefits and risks on both moves. I would recommend we move quickly and find the other location they have hidden hostages.
