Say, ever go to any of the AFF events? I can't make the meetings since I work on Saturdays, but once in a blue moon the hubby and I do their gaming nights.

That and we've signed up for the SW bowling league that starts Sept 20th.

BTW, have you checked Ebay? Sometimes you can get surprisingly good deals on helmets and equipment there. At least that's where the hubby does most of his Vader costume shopping.

 

I signed up for the AFF but I for got my username and password on the website and I still need to go to an event. Where do they usually have them?

 

If you can remember your login, you should be able to have it send you your PW info...that or generate a new one. Otherwise, you might need to recreate a login to figure out who you were on that board.

I believe they usually have the meetings at the Dog and Duck Pub in the UT area. Meetings start around 1 or 2PM, IIRC. I've never had a chance to go to one, unfortunately.

How's the nice hot weather down there Dan, Erika, Chris? It's 65 and party cloudy here.

 

Just be careful using Ebay. As with anything, you have to watch out for people who want to cheat you. Strife has had pretty good experiences with Ebay, but he also makes sure to check out the sellers' feedback ratings and such. Also, keep an eye out for those that are selling their stuff for rock bottom prices, but are charging an arm and a leg for shipping and handling.

It's overcast, like it might think about raining some more. In all likelihood, it's probably in the 90's out there right now.
