I listened to an album by a 23 year old girl that was about a break-up and thought it was pretty good.

You should know better. Anyways I listened to this album and I thought 'now here's one of Taylor's peers who is actually doing it right.' Of course it reminds more of Joni than Swift but still a young lady with a guitar and a bunch of break-up songs. And I like it start to finish. I hope TS is paying attention and learning.

You mean that I like jazz from the twenties and thirties recorded in mono? Actually, it's only been a week since I lost most of the hearing in one ear.

 

Accident or illness? Sorry I couldn't resist being annoying

 

Accident on purpose led to illness perhaps. I don't trust doctors. Mom thinks I have swine flu. I don't trust her either. I had a few very, very physically stressful days before I lost hearing. I'm gonna go see a doc soon though. I listen to music all the time. I am going crazy without it.

 

Don't panic my hearing goes out when I get the flu. It comes back when I get better.

I know you don't trust me either.

 

I trust you more than many others. I do wanna panic though. I'd rather go blind than lose my hearing. It's been a week. It's never happened to me before. I have a long history of exposure to very loud stuff.

When it happens to you is it just one ear?

 

Sometimes

Is your blood pressure up? Even if it is it will still improve.

I don't think it will hurt to listen with the other ear for now.
