My blood pressure was so far up last Sunday that I thought I might've almost had a heart attack. It was Tues. night my hearing loss happened all of a sudden. I'm a pretty calm person most of the time. I rarely panic and when I do it's a sort of random attack. Pain and life threatening situations has never caused me to panic.

 

I'd get the blood pressure checked and treated like Drs. or not. We learned the hard way it's hard on you later if you don't.

Laying down will help some if your bp goes up in case of an emergency but treatment is necessary.

If you had swine flu you wouldn't feel like typing, sitting up or living.

 

I haven't felt like my bp is out of control since last Sun. but I probably should get that checked anyways considering how I eat and family history.

Bummed, frustrated, still under the weather and not improving. I missed my favorite party of the year.

New Year's Eve will remain my favorite holiday. It has earned a one year reprieve from me. But still; a major bummer.
