The New Republic evil?

Ok, last one making... and im actually on topic this time!
i heard from qwert that the new republic turns evil in the end of the books. Or somewhere near it. Is this true? and if so, how?

 

ok, since no one's answered, im gonna reply to this in hopes that itll attract peoples attention to reply.

No. The New Republic is not evil. Corrupted, yes, but not evil. The ideals that built it were good, and still existed amongst it's member worlds for the most part.

BTW, once again c-dude has it. Most people who post here are either at work or in school at around this time. I'm on because here in Iceland it's 8:30PM.

 

The New Republic is not evil at all or will ever be.

 

The New "Rebellion" is not corrupt just weak. The power to whine forever is insignificant next to the power of the force. Bring back the Empire, hopefully at the end of the books Palleon re-seizes power for the glory of the Empire.

 

How does it say: The road to hell is covered with good intentions.

The New Republic is worse than evil, its pathetic, ridicilous and hypocritical.

Compare this to Palpatine who wasn´t ashamed to admit: I am the boss and i do what i want the way i want.

 

It's corrupt, pure and simple

mabye the NR wouldnt be so evil if Borsk Fly'yla (sp?) hadent been elected Chief of state
