    THE NEW SITH TRIALS

    EPISODE I: THE DARK RESURGENCE

It is a time of palpable dread. From the ashes of the Acolytes, Dominion, and the New Sith Order, a grand SITH EMPIRE has risen from the forgotten world of Korriban. Fear and panic have spread through the Galaxy as the Sith have once again consolidated their power behind worthy leadership.

In an ancient temple on the long-neglected Sith home world, the eldritch DARTH DREADWAR, nefarious DARTH INSIPID, and deranged DARTH HARETISCH have forged a tenuous alliance, and thus the THIRD SITH TRIUMVIRATE has formed to helm the new dark empire.

Beyond the unknown regions, a greater threat lies in wait. The Sith Empire now stands as the only buffer between it and the Galaxy at large. Beset by treachery on all sides, the Dark Lords have summoned the greatest of their order from all corners of the Galaxy to a great feast.

    OVERVIEW

Welcome to the New Sith Trials. This game will serve as an extension of the EUC Sith Empire, and if you are a member of the EUC group, your participation here will be of marked benefit. However, if you are not a member, you are still welcome to participate as either a Sith or Jedi character, or even as a non-force user if that is what you wish. Storylines will be somewhat loose, and the game will take place in an entirely AU timeline unrelated to any official or existing canon or fanon continuity. The main focus of the game will be on the training of Sith apprentices and the goings on at the Moraband temple, but Jedi and other characters are always needed as opposition and allies, and GMs will do their best to keep everyone equally busy so that participation is fair and fun can be had by all. GMs are Darth Dreadwar, Sinrebirth, and Darth_wanderguard.

    Character Death:
Keep in mind, if you *are* a member of the EUC Sith, and you die in this game, you will have to start over from the beginning in both groups, create a new character and persona, etc. Death will be an overall uncommon occurrence and in most cases GMs will allow characters to sustain and recover from severe injuries. Do not test this, however.

    Why Should I Play?
The question to ask, of course, is why shouldn't you play. Ferocious battling and brutal Trials have been a staple of the New Sith Order since time immemorial. It is its own reward. That said, there are certainly benefits of a more substantial kind. Official in-game Sith Empire Tournaments will be held periodically. Participation alone brings benefits, granting you Prestige in lieu of fulfilling Tasks in your respective faction threads according to how well you fare, how many victories you rack up and how well you role-play. Furthermore, Sith participants can choose to sacrifice some of their Prestige points, as a buy-in, to a Prize Pot; those who do so may win all of the Prestige in the pot upon victory in an official Tournament.

If you would like to join, fill out and submit the character sheet at the bottom of the post. Jedi and all other non-Sith characters are not subject to the skill and character advancement system outlined below, and are given more flexibility in what they are allowed to do as long as they are not god moding. If you wish to play a Sith character, message a game master to determine your appropriate level, and then ensure your skills are correctly allocated before submitting a CS for approval.

    SUMMARY OF SKILLS SYSTEM

    (1) Force powers are separated into Tiers I-IV, and scale with character level. In other words, a lv10 character's Force Push will be far more powerful than a lv1 character's Force Push.

    (2) Tier I abilities cost a single point, Tier II abilities cost two points, Tier III abilities cost three points, and Tier IV abilities cost four points.

    (3) Tier I abilities are available to all characters. Tier II abilities become available at lv11. Tier III abilities become available at lv21. Tier IV abilities are available at lv26.

    (4) At lv1, a character must select one of three classes. At lv11, a character may then select one of two prestige classes available to their initial class selection. Each of the three initial class selections available at lv1 boosts a certain subset of Tier I skills by the equivalent of one character level. Prestige classes similarly boost a subset of Tier II skills by one character level. These bonuses only apply if the skills in question have been selected in the character's sheet.

    SKILLS DESCRIPTIONS

    Tier I

Force Push/Pull - The ability to manipulate objects; to push, pull, and levitate at will.

Force Choke - To compress the airway, preventing respiration and slowly asphyxiating the target. At the highest levels, a user may even draw oxygen directly from the bloodstream, greatly hastening unconsciousness and death.

Force Jump - The ability to leap and perform otherwise impossible acrobatics using the force. At the highest levels, one may actually double and triple jump in midair, using the force as a kind of solid jumping off point.

Force Sprint - The ability to run at great speeds with the assistance of the force. This ability causes significant exhaustion and can severely strain the body if overused.

Tutaminis - The art of force defense; to absorb and dissipate force-based attacks. At equal level, an attack is mitigated by roughly 70%, reducing by 10% for each level lower than the attacker. At seven or more levels lower, the defender feels the full brunt of the attack. At three or more levels higher, they may mitigate it completely.

Force Rage - The ability to draw on one's pain and rage to bathe in the dark side of the force, temporarily growing in power and transcending injuries and physical limitations. Repeated overuse results in irreparable corruption and damage of the body. Requires a physical form.

Dark Side Meld - To link oneself mentally with an ally across the fabric of the dark side; to share in one another's pain and hatred, to feel and know immediately an ally's thoughts and intentions in a fight.

Force Stealth - The ability to draw a shroud of darkness and a sound dampening field around oneself, significantly increasing the ability to move about unnoticed. Does not grant invisibility.

Force Barrier - The ability to create a deflector shield of sorts against energy attacks; blaster bolts, explosions, flamethrowers, etc. At the highest level, even a lightsaber blade may be deflected with great, exhausting focus.

Shii-Cho - The first and simplest form of lightsaber combat. Bold and determined. Very adaptable due to its simplicity, and equally effective in single combat and against multiple opponents.

Makashi - The second and most precise form of lightsaber combat. Elegant and efficient, refined specifically for blade-on-blade engagements. Employs accurate one handed thrusts and careful footwork. Well-suited to longer engagements, but isn't ideal against multiple opponents, and doesn't compete in terms of pure kinetic ferocity.

Soresu - The third and most defensive form of lightsaber combat. Tight and controlled, efficient and mobile, but lacking in significant offensive capability. Excellent at defending against blaster bolts.

Shien/Djem So - The fifth and most dominating form of lightsaber combat. Balanced and defensively solid. Uses punishing counterattacks to control opponents, and emphasizes strength through leverage. Very physically demanding and not very mobile.

Niman - The sixth and most versatile form of lightsaber combat. Combines basic aspects of forms I-V. Very adaptable to surroundings and opponents - relies on a user's creativity and ability to improvise rather than on advanced swordsmanship. Lacks the refinement and more advanced maneuvers of forms with a more specific focus.

Jar'Kai - The technique of dual-wielding lightsabers or other swordlike weapons.

    Tier II

Mind Trick - The ability to manipulate the minds of others using the force. At the highest level, even force users may be subject to the powers of suggestion.

Force Lightning - The ability to manipulate and focus the flow of electrons in the atmosphere, to punish one's enemies with searing electricity. At the highest levels, the flow may be concentrated to a single, terribly powerful bolt, or scattered widely to strike a roomful of enemies.

Force Scream - The ability to release a deafening screech, reverberating through the force as well as the physical plane, and leaving all in its wake stunned and disoriented.

Mind Shard - The ability to drive a psychic spike through the neural pathways of a target, triggering intense pain and neurological dysfunction. At the highest levels, repeated use can shatter a victim's consciousness permanently, leaving an empty shell in its wake.

Force Drain - To siphon the life and force essence of a target. At higher levels, prolonged use may drain a target even unto death.

Force Avalanche - A more extreme use of telekinesis than push/pull. The ability to designate a target as a gravitational focal point - a mass in the fabric of the force - drawing objects violently inward to crush and bury. At the highest levels, even great structures may be collapsed in upon a target.

Withering Affliction - The ability to strike a target with a debilitating sickness of the body, causing weakness and fatigue lasting for hours. At the highest levels, a target may even be rendered incapacitated in their exhaustion.

Dark Side Healing - The ability to heal wounds and cleanse poisons. A combination of eldritch force techniques and ancient Sith alchemy.

Inspire - The ability to become a conduit for dark side energies, infusing nearby allies with zealous ardor and heightened power.

Conceal Essence - The ability to mask one's force signature in the presence of other force users.

Ataru - The fourth and most mobile form of lightsaber combat. Fast and aggressive. Considered the entire body a weapon, and often relied on force-assisted acrobatics for both attack and defense. Not ideal for long engagements or against multiple opponents.

Juyo - The seventh and most unpredictable form of lightsaber combat. Wild and ferocious, relied primarily on a one-handed grip for greater range of motion. Open and kinetic. Not a defensively oriented style - sacrificed much for offense.

    Tier III

Lesser Force Storm - The ability to unleash a swirling maelstrom of telekinetic force energy and sizzling electricity on those nearby, engulfing one's surroundings in destructive chaos.

Pyrokinesis - The ability to summon and control the power of fire; to hurl balls of flame and cause objects to spontaneously combust. The very highest levels may instantly engulf an individual in flame.

Cryokinesis - The ability to command and control the power of cold. At the very highest level, an enemy may be frozen solid in mere moments.

Hibernation - The ability to slow one's body processes to near stasis, delaying the effects of some otherwise fatal wounds until help can arrive.

Force Illusions - The ability to plague a target's mind with horrifying hallucinations. At the very highest level, a user may plunge the especially weak minded into a permanent psychosis.

    Tier IV

Battle Meditation - The ability to sway the tide of a large-scale battle through meditation. A more far-reaching use of Inspire. Requires intense and uninterrupted focus, and typically leaves the user drained and exhausted.

Hunger - The ability to weaken or sever a target's connection to the living force, feeding upon a force sensitive's essence to empower oneself temporarily.

Dark Side Havoc - The ability to harness pure dark side energy borne of the great dark beyond, and focus it into melee-range attacks. More acutely destructive and less delicate than telekinesis; to explode an apple in place rather than suspend it in midair.

Lesser Dark Side Tendrils - The ability to summon multiple grasping tentacles of pure malevolence from the ground and loose them upon on a target, snaring in place and burning slowly with the corrupting essence of the void.

Probe Mind - The ability to invade a target's mind, extracting information in the form of sounds and images.

    ~Darth Dreadwar, Sith'ari (Sith Emperor)~
    [IMG]

    Character Summary
Name: Darth Dreadwar (born Ku'ar Danar)
    Age: 7,179
    Sex: Male
    Species: Human (originally)
    Occupation: Sith Emperor
    Height: 6' 4"
    Weight: 185lb
Physical Description: Dreadwar, in his original physical form, was a tall, athletic human male, with pale skin, prominent lips, high cheekbones, deeply-set narrow brown eyes and closely shaven dark brown hair. Since the destruction of his body in the Ritual of Nilrebmah, he has existed as a wraith, neither living nor dead, appearing as a skeletal opaque shadow surrounded by arcane energies.
Clothing: Long, enshrouding tattered black robes worn by the casket-bearers of Marka Ragnos, with a deep hood. Rusted metal claw gauntlets protect the hands.
    Weapons: None.
Description of Abilities: Immensely powerful with the Force and a master of Sith wizardry, Dreadwar is well versed in conventional powers, and boasts a repertoire of more recondite abilities. While he is hopelessly out of his depth when it comes to lightsaber combat, Dreadwar is familiar with ancient Sith swords and poisoned daggers, yet prefers to rely on his dark genius and silver tongue to get out of a tight spot if his sorcery is unavailable to him.

Biography: Born to the name Ku'ar Danar, Darth Dreadwar is an ancient Sith entity that returned to the physical plane from millennia trapped within the timestream after the Battle of Endor. Initially aligned with a ravenous pantheon of imprisoned Sith deities, Dreadwar's own orthogonal goals - desiring to rule the galaxy, not destroy it - resulted in his secretly breaking free from their service shortly before the battle in the Mobus system that brought an end to his gathering forces of awakened ancient Sith.

Imprisoned by and alongside the nefarious Darth Insipid in a Rakatan mind trap, Dreadwar was freed five years later by the Knell of Muspilli. Bereft of much of his former might and no longer secure in his immortality, Dreadwar was forced to act with great caution, masquerading continued allegiance to his old masters while allying with his old enemy Insipid, and the deranged Darth Haretisch, to weave a new Sith Imperium out of the Acolytes and Dominion of Darkness that had once defeated him. Now Sith Emperor reigning over an expansive Empire from mortuary Moraband, Dreadwar continues to play his delicate game. A cynical, bored and utterly amoral rationalist, he ultimately hopes to remake the universe in his own image, ridding the galaxy of death and forging a perfect society. To that aim he brings a ruthless, diamond-like clarity of mind infamous for its ability to exploit even the smallest circumstances or weakest powers to their zenith.

Name: Formerly Tantric Vos and formerly Darth Ventris, currently just an old man in the mountains
    Age: At least 80
    Sex: Male
    Species: Kiffar
    Occupation: Sith
    Height: 1.85 meters
    Weight: 78 kilograms
Physical Description: He has dark skin and thick dreadlocks. His eyes are bright orange and shine like a roaring fire. His face, arms, and chest are adorned by ancient Kiffu tattoos. Over the Vos tattoo under his eyes and across his nose, is a fading scar from a lightsaber wound. He has hundreds of other scars just like it all over his body. The man still has a brilliant white smile, despite his age, that hints at an amusing secret he’s keeping.
Clothing: His ankles and wrists are wrapped in a canvas-like material. He’s equipped with battle armor of black reinforced leather, and he wears a burgundy cloak.
Weapons: Five foot long cortosis-weave lightsaber staff with twin blades. One side has a blade slightly longer than a typical lightsaber blade. The other is a foot and a half long blade.
Description of Abilities: For many years, renowned as a Sith assassin, spy, and sorcerer, Tantric was famous for his ability to manipulate the insecurities of others, most notably those of the opposite sex. Quiet and cunning in personal interactions, Tantric became Darth Ventris in battle. He was a steadfast defender and was known for holding the line against overwhelming numbers in battle. His ferocity became famous, if only because it was in such stark contrast to his normal personality. In the past years, the man has honed his battle sense, practicing lightsaber forms and defensive force techniques. His prowess in sorcery is focused on maintaining his strong physical form.
Bio: The man’s history has become just that. In the wake of a new generation of Sith, his life has become just an afterthought. To many he is simply an unpleasant memory. And to most, he is a myth. There is always a legend about a man in the mountains and he has embodied that legend.

Once the Dark Lord of the Sith, in a time when they were at the end of the rope, the man exiled himself, just before their salvation. He had always been reluctant to be their leader and allowed himself to fade back into the shadows when they no longer needed his guidance.

Sensing a powerful resurgence, the man wandered down from his caves, curious of the growing darkness.

Name: Darth Insipid, originally Aden Kya, occasionally Darth Malthus
Age: Spirit is in its twenties, and hundreds, and neither. Essence transfer is a thing.
Sex: Male, most of the time
    Species: Human, always
Occupation: Dark Lord of the Sith
Height: Variable, in original body less than 6ft
Weight: Variable, in original body less than 11st
Physical Description: Prefers a more supple form than not, and the longer he holds a body it will assume his features; turquoise eyes when not golden yellow, paler skin, his spirit makes the body his physical mental image over time
Clothing: Prefers a simple Sith robe upon a tunic, a holdout sleeve in both arms
Weapons: Single silver bladed lightsaber, single Crimson dual-form lightsaber, occasionally a lightwhip if the body possesses space on the cybernetics (he doss love having a cybernetic leg to hide weapons in, but does not currently abide such a body), and in one of his two holsters a fletchette pistol
Description of Abilities: A charismatic man who is just as proud of his abilities to manipulate someone as he is to kill them, Insipid is a cipher, constantly consuming those he approaches - not in the literal Force drain sense, as he would not partake in self destruction - but by using people around him to for his own ends. More of his kills are those he caused the end of, not his actual hand in the death. An adequate lightsaber duelist, Insipid prefers to wield many abilities rather than master a few, considering that an esoteric strategy or weapon (such as a lightsaber), will win the day rather than a battle of wills.

Bio: Darth Insipid was born a slave. Abandoned by his insane mother, his father a footnote in the struggle after the Battle of Endor. But he found a Sith bloodline willing to uplift him, and he happily discarded the foolish teenager who he despised so, in a galaxy he despised for casting him aside as he emerged from the womb.

Everything was insipid, including he, and so he became Insipid.

In the chaos of the aftermath of the Battle of Endor, he grew strong between competing legitimate and illegitimate Sith influences, many who saw him as just a pawn, but in every instance he carefully cultivated what each Dark Lord or Lady taught to entice him to their allegiance, furnishing each with the information to keep the two from ever becoming true allies. Made a Darth in barely a few months to appease his loyalties - in name but not in knowledge - Insipid found that he had a skill for deception, and managed to manipulate the reigning Dark Lord into allowing him to infiltrate other Sith cults, all of which he kept to himself the knowledge of the treasures they held, and with every cult annihilated by the Dark Lord he seized more secrets for himself, knowledge he would not share with the Order, and even though his initial Holocron collection was of lesser Sith, he eventually broke from his Dark Lord and stole his collection, only to dangle them in front of his former Dark Lord. Having no desire to plumb the depths of a single Holocron and master it, which took more time than Insipid was willing to dedicate to any teacher, Insipid discarded them all, repeating the process of offering Holocrons to groups with Sith knowledge to entice them to revealing their secrets and destroying them.

Until he found the Holocron of Darth Gorog.

Night Herald of a Sith lineage older than any he had ever encountered, until he met Darth Dreadwar, Insipid kept that Holocron for himself and plumbed its depths, finding a true master at last. From its depths he plucked the secret of Essence Transfer, and from that he set himself to become more than just a Sith, but to become Dark Lord.

Returning to a Sith group with a strength to it that had allowed it to survive a civil war in the shadows of Moraband, he manipulated the reigning Dark Lady into expending her energies on reunifying the Order and then usurped her place, before discovering power was boring; the game, the infiltration, the manipulation, was much, much more fun. Having frittered away at his support and the Order itself it was only a matter of time before Darth Insipid found a more enjoyable past time; joint rule with three Dark Lords, seizing upon the get older tenants of the Rule of Three and attaching himself to all the millennia of the Sith.

    ~Darth Apollyon the Blasphemer~

    Character Summary
    Name: Darth Apollyon (born Zelashiel)
    Age: 29
    Sex: Female
    Species: Human
    Occupation: Emperor's Hand
    Height: 5' 7"
    Weight: 120lb
Physical Description: Apollyon is a tall, slim human female with caramel skin, a long, slender neck, black claws for nails and opaque black sclera and irises. She has an abdominal scar, and snaps in pernicious rage if anyone should mention it.
Clothing: Long, dress-like black coat, leather and elaborately embroidered, clasped at the breast. Simple black outfit beneath in the style of a male Thyrsusian Stellar Legionnaire, leaving thighs somewhat bare to the knee-length, armoured black boots. Winged leather shoulder pads and a high collar resemble evoke the clothing favoured by the reborn Palpatine. Wears a necklace carrying an ancient Sith talisman, a glowing red gem embedded within, as well as another amulet in a golden gauntlet.
Weapons: Red, unstable crossguard lightsaber, kept in the left sleeve, of traditional pre-Malachor design, with a brown leather handgrip, and a setting allowing it to transition into a harmless flashlight, for deadly trickery in combat. The most unique facet is that the lightsaber crystal is a shard shorn from the Heart of Graush, containing the captured spirits of ancient Sith warriors; akin to the holocron that Exar Kun smashed, this places anyone wounded by the lightsaber in peril of being corrupted or worse, possessed. Two Sith amulets. Poisonous hold-out dagger in the right sleeve.
Description of Abilities: Powerful with the Force and a master of biology and Sith alchemy, Apollyon is well versed in telekinesis, leeching the life energy of victims, probing minds and inducing maddening visions of horror. Apollyon is an elegant but efficient lightsaber duelist, classically trained, using solely a one-handed grip with the other arm curled behind the back, emphasising stabs and thrusts.
Biography: First and foremost of Dreadwar's apprentices, Darth Apollyon has outgrown the need for his direct tutelage but prefers to retain the title and role of apprentice for the favour and power it brings her. She is deeply resentful of Darth Haretisch, for holding the position she believes she deserves, and of Darth Insipid, for imprisoning her Master.

The Emperor's Hand was born on Nyssa, in 4,017 BBY, to High Lord Tritum XI of House Mecetti and Viscountess Mireya of Vjun. Raised in religious reverence of the ancient Sith, Zelashiel was a prodigy somewhat spoiled by her father, privately tutored in the Arts, the natural sciences and use of the traditional lightfoil, before reading Biology and Palaeontology at the Shey Tapani University on Procopia. Spurning under the increasingly oppressive parenting of her austere mother, and the attentions of the lecherous Sith nobles who Mireya granted tax-free holdings on Nyssa, Zelashiel left the Tapani Sector behind her upon graduating, much to the embarrassment of House Mecetti, interning at Adascorp on Arkania.

It was then that the HoloNet came alive with reports of a great uprising of Sith teachings across the galaxy, as Naddists revolted on Onderon, the Mecrosa Order ascended among the Tapani and a new Dark Lord was declared in Exar Kun. Inspired by the news reports of the Krath Holy Crusade's origins in two nobles of Empress Teta stealing a Sith spellbook from the Galactic Museum, Zelashiel used her internship as an excuse to search for artifacts in the ruins of a great Sith library on Arkania. For tireless months, she researched, using her stipend from her father to fund small excavations. And then at last, her search was rewarded with the discovery of the skeleton of a dinosaur native to Trammis III. Impossibly, within its ribcage, glittered a golden-plated book, magically undamaged. While unable to decipher the Kittât alphabet of most of the Sith writings, enough of the contents was written in archaic High Galactic for her to understand the Grimoire's dark secrets. She was left spellbound by the first lines she comprehended:

That iſ not dead which can eternal lie, and with ſtrange eonſ even death may die. For in Hiſ houſe on Nilrebmah, Darth Dreadwar waitſ dreaming.

As she poured through the Grimoire, Zelashiel realised the High Galactic portions were describing the life of a Sith Lord more ancient than her understanding of Sith history seemed to make possible, and over the months, she learned the recondite secrets of the dark side contained within, swiftly mastering the power of Force drain; the contents of her Basic translation regarding the formidable rite would later be recorded within Darth Revan's holocron. Yet dreaming of acquiring power greater than that possessed by the Mecrosa Order, Zelashiel abandoned her autodidactic studies on Arkania as swiftly and resolutely as she had abandoned her course on Procopia, converting to a fervently religious adherence to the blasphemous unholiness of the Bogan - the dark side - and what she saw as its embodiments; the True Sith, not the assassins and hedonistic Lords she had known on Nyssa. She embarked on a pilgrimage to Nilbrebmah XIII, and there she found what she ultimately sought: the spirit of powerful Lord Dreadwar, left imprisoned after the cataclysmic Ritual of Nilrebmah that had granted him immortality, but at the cost of his body, all other life on the planet and tearing a rift in the Force and spacetime.

Unbound by time in that eldritch place, Zelashiel the Blasphemer was caught in the wake of a second cataclysm caused by a battle between similarly timeless adventurers and Dreadwar's undead army. As the stars stretched and the blackness of the night sky turned to the maddening blue fire of hyperspace, Zelashiel stood enraptured, looking to the heavens, her eyes burning into black voids as the power of Dreadwar coursed through her. When all fell silent, and the sky returned to normality, over four thousand years had passed in an instant.

Dreadwar, having won free of the timestream some decades earlier, was waiting for her, newly clad in the mockery of a physical form, and christened her Darth Apollyon. Leaving Nilrebmah to Rhand, deep in the Unknown Regions, Lady Apollyon began five years of apprenticeship under the ancient Sith Lord. Dreadwar was generous with his knowledge, yet mysteriously a scarcely attentive Master, so Apollyon turned to the Sorcerers of Rhand's Lorekeeper, Blessed Toxmalb, and their death cult, the Knell of Muspilli, to complete other aspects of her training, and just as well she did. When her Lord was imprisoned by a Sith rival in a Rakatan Mind Trap, Apollyon searched tirelessly for her vanished Master, ultimately using the Knell's secrets from the fragments of the 100,000 year old Taurannik Codex - rituals they claimed were also capable of summoning 'apocalyptic deities beyond the Gunninga Gap' - to summon and vivify Dreadwar. Five years have passed since, and in that time, Apollyon has remained at Dreadwar's side as he undertook the forging of a new Sith Empire. Religious and faithful where Dreadwar is empirical and rationalist, few bonds between apprentice and Master could be stronger than that between Apollyon and Dreadwar.

    Sex: Male

    Occupation: Sith
Physical Description: 8' tall (when standing at full height) and broad shouldered, physically an imposing figure. Weapons: Various, ever changing. Typical arsenal is 2 crimson bladed lightsabers and a Sith Lanvarok.
    Description of Abilities: Tank
    Bio:

A Sith of ancient origins who has gone by many names, he was able to survive the rise and fall of numerous Empires.

His world was found and exploited by the scattered remnants of the Ancient Sith Empire, specifically the faction ruled by Dreadwar. The Sith drained the world of its resources and they eventually left, but not before taking with them a creature powerful in the Force. Xen Gaal at this time started his training, and did not finish it for almost a century. By this time the Sith Empire had once again found Dromund Kaas and were reestablishing their hold on the outer rim worlds.

It was during this time that Xen Gaal earned his Sith name, Darth Cruor, given to him by one the Sith Emperor himself in honor of his proficiency in battle. A fitting name that would last with him through the centuries.

Under orders from the Sith Emperor, Darth Cruor ventured forth into the galaxy and helped to instigate and eventually participated in the Great Sith Wars of 4000-3996 BBY. Though never revealing his true identity or loyalty, the seeds he planted helped to shake the foundation of the Republic for the first time in almost a thousand years.

Though Darth Cruor was not directly involved in the Jedi Civil War of 3957, he continued to instigate strife and unrest where he could in order to further destabilize the Republic and bring the Sith's plans to completion.

Almost 300 years later he would be of use to the Sith once again during the Great Galactic War which lasted from 3,681 BBY and 3,653 BBY, his role was to once again weaken the Republic strategically while remaining far from the main conflicts. At this time the Republic experienced many assassinations and was subject sabotage of various effects, ranging from political to manufacturing. At the end of the Great Galactic War Darth Cruor gathered together several prominent gangsters who served him and formed the criminal organization Black Sun in order to continually weaken the Republic in the aftermath of the war.

Was unseen in the galaxy for almost 2 millennia (at which time he was most likely searching for the ASE and trying to discover the reason for it's silence) before appearing again during the New Sith Wars that lasted between 2000-1000 BBY. Though he was active throughout this time and some of the names he went by became legend (the most prominent among them was the Dark Underlord) his participation did not become more involved until the Brotherhood of Darkness was able to unite the Sith factions. He spent much of this time on Korriban, until the final days in which all Sith were called to Ruusan. It can be confirmed that he did participate in all except the final 2 battles, though why he was not present for those is unknown, one can surmise that he foresaw the downfall of the Brotherhood and left the order to it's doom.

During the following millennia Darth Cruor was not seen, he remained hidden and worked silently within the galaxy and allowed it to believe in the peace that it had seemingly won. His location during this period is unknown, though it is suspected that he used this period of time in hibernation, study and in search of Sith artifacts that were lost in the wake of the Brotherhood's destruction.

It is not until the end of the Bane Dynasty and Rule of Two when Darth Cruor, now identified as Darth Despicable, emerged once again (sometime around 10 ABY) and founded the New Sith Order. During this time he led the NSO against the Jedi of that time to great effect, keeping them in a weakened position while at the same time giving rise to many powerful Sith Lords (Darth Vassago & Darth Nemisis) who would later found the subsequent orders through his support and guidance.

As the NSO's foundations began to weaken around 14 ABY he secretly encouraged Darth Nemisis to create the Acolytes of Darkness, from the shadows doing what he could to make them a stronger order.

He could not have predicted the danger that a few Sith of the NSO would be, and the ensuing power struggle caused the New Sith Order fall in upon itself for many years before being revived by the first ever Dark Lady of the Sith, Darth Mystique. The Acolytes of Darkness went on, though severely weakened by the loss of many of its prominent leaders, it had recently experienced a renaissance. All the Sith orders have now unified, forming a powerful Sith Empire.

It was during this implosion that the Gen'Dai was seemingly killed on Korriban and left for dead. Though much of his essence he was able to transfer to the mask he wore upon his face, a portion of his power still remained in his Gen'Dai body which was disposed of in the cruel deserts of the planet. A powerful and trusted ally, Darth Draconis, was able to recover both the mask and the body of the fallen Gen'Dai and thinking him dead secured both in an impromptu tomb. It was there that over the next 100 years Darth Cruor revived his body and regained his power, until a time in which he would be able to unify his essence (a process which while renewed his body, destroyed the mask). Once able to leave his temporary tomb he once again left for known space to meet reunite with the Sith Orders he had created.

He is known now by his true name. Darth Cruor, Battlelord and Harbinger of the Sith Empire, and he is more powerful than ever.

    Character Summary
Name: Darth Haretisch (Born Plo Wanderguard)
    Age: 43
    Sex: Male
    Species: Human
Occupation: Dark Lord of the Sith
    Height: 6’ 2”
    Weight: 195 lbs
Physical Description: Haretisch was a human male with a lean and wiry build, long arms and legs, and a ragged gait and crooked posture. His face was often stubbled, and his black hair unruly. His facial features were angular and not altogether handsome - a prominent nose and high cheekbones, thin lips, and a slight overbite.
Clothing: Haretisch wore a simple black long sleeved fencing vest, frayed and faded with age, and black riding pants tucked into calf-high leather boots. Over this he wore a large black hooded cloak, similarly deteriorated, his face often obscured by his hood.
Weapons: Haretisch eschewed the more conventional weapons used by some of his fellow Sith, considering himself a blade purist. His own Jedi lightsaber was of a simple and sleek overall design and featured graflex grips for optimal comfort and control. Originally blue, he would later modify it to accept a second crystal, and the synthetic red one he then placed inside resulted in a purple blade. This is the weapon he would use as a Sith apprentice. He lost it, along with his left arm, after renouncing the Sith and being soundly defeated in a duel by the Dark Lord at the time. During his time in exile, he would come into possession of a powerful Sith sword infused with dark side energies, which had belonged to the ancient creator of the holocron to which he apprenticed himself. This blade was known as the Foil of the Purebloods, and had been passed down through multiple generations of a Sith pureblood family before coming to rest in a tomb and, finally, the hands of Darth Haretisch. Upon his emergence from seclusion, and his pact with Dreadwar and Insipid, Haretisch would construct another lightsaber much in the same vein as his original. This new lightsaber featured a black emitter, a simple switch section, graflex grips for maximum control, and a five-lobed pommel. This would become his favored weapon and was in his possession at all times, while the Foil of the Purebloods was often hidden away in a safe location, but could sometimes be seen in a scabbard slung across his back.

Description of Abilities: During his time in isolation, Darth Haretisch acquired a strong command of dark side sorcery and the secrets of ancient Sith Magic. He was adept at harnessing the dark side of the force for many unnatural purposes, both to drain life and to preserve it. In combat however, he most often relied on his considerable skills with a blade. He was equally deadly with both a lightsaber and a Sith sword, and he combined ferocious and skillful blade work with his command of the dark side to become a truly fearsome combatant. His style was forceful and agressive, and his command of Form VI was virtually unequaled, giving him tremendous versatility in fitting his style to an environment and an opponent, and adjusting his tactics on the fly. He was also a master practitioner of Form II, and applied its focus on contention, leverage, and positioning even when using other forms. He focused strongly on achieving the highest level of mastery in fundamental techniques and their correct applications rather than relying on more advanced maneuvers in battle, favoring precise execution over dazzling technique. Even in his younger days as a Jedi, his dedication to refinement in swordsmanship was well-regarded.
Bio: Plo Wanderguard was a cynical and headstrong Padawan during his youth as a Jedi. From early adolescence he found himself skeptical of the restrictive teachings and philosophies of the order, and he often allowed strong feelings of anger and jealousy to guide his actions, much to the frustration of his master. Despite frequent disagreements and an overall turbulent relationship, Plo respected his master greatly and put passionate effort into living up to and honoring her teachings. He was deeply affected when she was struck down in battle, and his faith in the order was shaken to its foundations as the council insisted that the killer be captured and redeemed rather than allowing Plo to face him and avenge her as he wished to do.

He was further alienated by the council's refusal to subject him to the trials to become a full-fledged Jedi Knight, due to his passionate nature and the anger which was increasingly consuming him. It was ultimately the Jedi Order's vow against emotional attachments which caused his fall to the dark side, however. He was seduced by the Dark Lord of the Sith to switch allegiances, with the promise that the dark side of the force could bring him the power and wisdom necessary to win the favor of a fellow Padawan with whom he shared strong mutual feelings of love, but whom was more conventional and too committed to the traditional Jedi doctrine to give in to her feelings. A naive and impressionable youth, Plo fell from the light and became a Sith apprentice, taking the name Darth Haretisch, a name meaning "heretic," as a mocking reference to his near-lifelong divergence from traditional Jedi principles.

For two years Darth Haretisch grew in power, immersing himself in the teachings of his new Sith masters and becoming increasingly intoxicated by the incredible power of the dark side. All the while he maintained frequent and secret correspondence with his object of obsession, trying to turn her even as she attempted to redeem him. As the two debated the nature of the force and the virtues of the Jedi and Sith, over time he was able to erode her resolve not only by calling the Jedi code into question with Sith philosophical thought, but also by appealing to the feelings she was having increasing difficulty denying.

At last she broke, left the Jedi, and came to Plo to join him as a Sith. But it was a ruse, as she had only come to attempt his redemption face to face, promising her love to him if he would only leave the Sith with her and distance himself from the dark side. Amused, the Dark Lord ordered Haretisch to kill the woman as a test of his resolve. Forced to choose between power and love, filled with rage by her deception and by his master's cruelty, he lashed out and destroyed her.

Disbelieving himself, and filled with unbearable regret as she fell dead before him, Haretisch turned his blade on his master in a berserker rage, and was quickly defeated by the more powerful Dark Lord, losing his left arm in the process. Though he begged to die, the Sith considered him too insignificant even to be finished off, and he was left for dead.

Drawing upon his hate, now for everyone and everything including himself, Plo gathered his strength and stumbled to his ship wherein he left the planet and slowly recovered. He wandered for a time in despondency, his rage fading and leaving only emptiness, until he was finally captured by the Jedi and put on trial for his crimes as a Sith. Seeing the broken man before them, and seeing remorse through the facade of anger he put forth, the council set him free to wander once again, considering him too weak and too broken to be a threat. Enraged by what he saw as the Jedi’s continued weakness in refusing to execute or punish him in any way, he turned once again to the dark side.

He vowed to become the threat which both the Jedi and the Sith had not believed him to be, and sought desperately the guidance which he now lacked but needed to grow more powerful. On an unknown world, he found it in an ancient and forgotten Sith holocron. He stayed on that secluded world for twenty years, learning everything the holocron had to offer and immersing himself in the dark side energies he found to permeate the place. There he came to possess the Foil of the Purebloods, there he would learn the secrets of Sith magic, and there he would learn to wound in the most profound of ways, to sever another being from the living force and feast upon their essence.

In time his power had grown, and though his rage had not abated, it had become focused. As he emerged from his seclusion, he found that the Sith upon whom he had vowed destruction had instead destroyed themselves in the time since his departure. The Jedi, however, were still very much in play. He vowed to recreate the Sith for his own purposes – to forge an iron fist which would crush the Jedi Order and scatter their teachings to the dust. On Moraband, the first step in his plan was realized as he formed a twisted pact with Darth Insipid and Darth Dreadwar. With them, he became a Dark Lord of the Sith.

Character Summary (With the Sithly Seal of Approval)

    Name: Robyn Shaire

    Age: 16

    Sex: Female

    Species: 1/2 Zeltron

    Occupation: Sith Apprentice

    Height: 5’00”

    Weight: 125lbs

Physical Description: Robyn is a petite young woman with a pink skin tone, classic dark red hair worn in a puffy bob that trails down past her shoulders, and brick red eyes.

Clothing: Simple black and baggy pants that bunch up at the knee, dark brown boots topped with silver decals, and a matching brown tank top. In respect to both of her Masters, she has adopted a black half-cape with silver clips that stops at her thighs, and a simple silver-chain headdress with a blue moon center.

Weapons: A single violet bladed lightsaber (she refused to change the crystal), and a small blaster pistol and vibro-dagger for emergencies only.

Description of Abilities: Despite her youth and relative inexperience, Robyn boasts a formidable reserve of Force power. It had been coveted by those wishing to exploit those abilities from the time she was a small child, and as she grew older, that power multiplied. Unfortunately, the most impressive displays of her strength have only revealed themselves during moments of high stress and desperation, and she needs further training before she can willingly unleash it.

Bio: Robyn was born on Chrystophsis, where she spent some of her blissful childhood years living with her mother and father. Her family status as company owners gave them a relatively high social standing with a comfortable lifestyle, but it came with the drawback of xenophobic enemies. Robyn was ignorant to the many brewing conflicts surrounding her family until they came to a boil when she was nine.

Hired slavers kidnapped her away from Chrystophsis, and had her sold as a slave. She was quickly “purchased” by a Hutt on Tatooine, and was made to work as a simple laborer, serving drinks. After a few weeks of “forced service”, the Zeltron girl found a savior in the face of a young Jedi Knight, Nalana Tirabek. She was freed, taken away from the awful Hutt, and ferried back home. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much of a “home” left to greet her, as her childhood house was revealed to be ransacked. The child’s first “display” of Sensitivity occurred right there in the house, almost knocking it to the ground in the chaotic blasts of unrestrained energy. The Knight witnessed the explosion, and after rescuing the grieving girl from the wreckage, brought her back to her home on Dantooine instead.

Robyn was accepted into the Dantooine Jedi Alcove to be trained as a youngling, and Ms. Tirabek resolved to watch over the lost little girl as she grew. The two gradually adopted a mother-daughter relationship, and when the time was right for her to be promoted, Robyn was quickly chosen as her Padawan. She was a quick learner, and Nalana made her pride clear as they worked through Force moves. Padawan Shaire was coming along well in her training, and was looking forward to the day she could become a Knight herself, until one fateful mission to Korriban…

It wasn’t her first ever encounter with a Dark Lord, but he was still a terrifying force to behold for a girl all alone. Master Tirabek had a single, urgent request: survive him.

Robyn had braced herself for an exhausting battle, but the Dark Lord Dreadwar engaged her in more of a mental duel than a physical one. Easily, almost effortlessly, he shattered her faith in the Light Side of the Force and even made her question its existence in the short amount of time it took her Jedi Master to reach her.

The “damage” was extensive, and despite her Master’s best efforts to sway her thinking back to the light Robyn couldn’t face her with certainty anymore. Her mind felt forcibly changed, and she could no longer easily call herself a “Jedi”. However, she didn’t feel like a “Sith” either. Dreadwar offered to instruct her in the ways of the “True” Force, and the confused Padawan shocked herself by accepting. She went with him, leaving her Master heartbroken, but thankfully unharmed, on Korriban.

She felt unstable for a long time after that painful decision, and despite taking the label of a Sith Apprentice, she can’t force herself to feel “hate” for the woman that had rescued her from a life of slavery. Even now, as her dark powers grow, she wonders if she made the “right” choice.

    Name: Lord Manticore
    Age: 27
    Gender: Male
    Species: Zabrak
    Occupation: Sith Marauder
    Height: 6’2”
    Weight: 185 lbs
Physical Description: Very athletic and muscular build. Blood red skin color, raven hair tied in a long black braid. Fiery irises, like burning embers, a Mythical Manticore tattoo covers his torso and back. He has lightsaber burns covering his arms and shoulders.
Clothing: Loose fitting sith combat gear, with armor mesh. Black hooded cloak, black boots and gloves.
Weapons: Detachable, double-bladed lightsaber with unassuming hilts, save for a manticore sigil. ( they become two weapons for dual wielding purposes ), the blades are a vermillion color. The Force, Hate an Anger. Teras Kasi and Echani martial Arts.
Description of Abilities: Lord Manticore is an ingenious combatant, who has keen awareness of combat zones and all its ranges. Though an inherently feral combatant, he also moves seamlessly between attack and defense, feints and counter-attacks, as though he was reading the entire encounter. He is comfortable at all ranges of engagement and is quick to adapt to any surprises - then counters them. His ability to combine Force powers with martial skills into impressive attack strings and combinations have garnered him much prestige. He is a proponent of the Great Sith Lord Tulak Hord to a near obsessive degree. His greatest ambition is to learn the Sith Lord’s secrets.

Bio: Lord Manticore was groomed from a very young age to be a vessel for dark power as well as a Sith hopeful. His former Master was believed to be an exiled Sith or Dark Sider who sought to regain favour with the Sith with the grooming of 'the boy'. His too often cruel training at the hands of his overly zealous dark master created a warrior with exceptional combat skills and a cunning mind, akin to the predatory creatures of myth, and equally heartless, if not more.

After unsurprisingly killing his cruel and sadistic Master in an act of pure hate, Lord Manticore took all that was rightfully his, and in his quest for power, he sought the Sith, and his destiny. He found them eventually, and proved himself in their Trials. By dint of his anger and the darkside, he has risen through the sith ranks, and was even taken as an apprentice for a time. Now, as a Sith Master, he is ready for the greater challenges that await him. Such that will have him risk it all. That’d be a worthy challenge indeed. Worthy of a SITH!

    CHARACTER SHEET

    Character Summary
    Name: Darth Apathus/Darth Apath
Age: Unknown, but has reached adulthood
    Sex: Male
    Species: Draethos
    Occupation: Sith
    Height: 1,74 m
    Weight: 75 kg
    Physical Description:
Darth Apath seems sculpted for the path of the Sith Assassin. Being a tad small for his species and having a dark blue skin tone, helps him in performing his assassin duties. Physically muscled to make use of form IV Ataru in a defensive manner.

    Clothing:

Simple black robes that suit a sith apprentice, very maneuverable. He also always wears the golden headband worn by all draethos as a sign of pride of his species.

    Weapons:

As a sith assassin you can never know what hidden weaponry Apath carries on him. But as a young sith apprentice he wields a standard red bladed sith lightsaber. He also carries a shoto lightsaber of a purple color. The shoto is best used in close quarter fights and in situations where a bigger red blade would draw to much attention. Lastly it is said that Apath always has hidden weaponry, ranging from small sharp projectiles to a hand blaster. Whatever the mission requires Apath does not shy away from using anything.

    Description of Abilities:

Currently living in an era where sith rivalry is a factor, Apath focusses mainly on form II Makashi as his lightsaber style. Small, economically friendly maneuvers to disarm and harm his opponents. Defensively, his body frame, size, and muscles allow him to contort his body to evade any incoming lightsaber strike. Most of these moves come from a familiarity with form IV Ataru.

There are some abilities that are inherent to the Draethos species. They possess low-light vision, which allows Apath to use the darkness as his ally. Draethos also have long life spans and have a certain level of telepathy. Both these factors do apply to Apath but his telepathy skills are yet to be fully realized. At this moment Apath can telepathically send some small words and easy-to-recognize emotional states, like stress, anger, or confidence.
We may not forget Apath’s prowess in the force. The dark side is put to use in all his abilities and actions. As an assassin, concealment and confusion are two of the most important tools Apath can put to use. He has hopes of using the dark side of the force to bring these skills to the maximum level.

    Bio:

At Apath’s birth on the world Draethos, one thing became clear in an instant: “this child belongs to the dark side”. It could be felt even by non-force sensitive Draethos because of their telepathy. The consensus on this child by the Draethos’ were “How could a newborn have dark thoughts like this? He must have dark roots”. Due to there not being many force sensitive Draethos, the village did not know what to do with this child. They let him be raised relatively normal and did not encourage him to train in the dark side.

Being born in a warrior culture, Apath learned to fight at the same time he learned how to walk. He quickly noticed that his dark side powers could aid him in battle. Then one night he saw something in the shadows of his room. The shadows were telling him a story, a story about a Draethos force sensitive male that lead armies, conquered planets, and was in full control over his powers. From this moment he knew the riches that awaited him when he would pursue his dark side prowess. He also developed an attraction to the power within the shadows, could the shadows become his strongest ally?
Years later after having completed countless assassination missions for the sith, Apath was promised an audience with Darth Dreadwar. This could very well have been the most promising moment of the young Draethos’ life at that point in time. The mission he got from Dreadwar was to gather information on some of the opposing Sith lords. After explaining his plan to the mighty Sith Lord, Dreadwar shuckled… apparently being amused by the young Apath before him! Dreadwar then approved of Apath’s plans and said to him “With all your plotting and scheming you truly are a little demon”. A title Apath was going to be known for in the underworld scenes later in his career.

Apath always longs for more knowledge about the dark side. Knowledge that will lead him to this vision the shadows showed him. His goal for now is to become a fearsome Sith Lord.

  16. Darth Master Titus

Darth Master Titus Jedi Knight star 4

    Registered:

Name: Darth Titus, born Titus Impera.
    Age: 20
    Sex: Male
    Species: Human
    Occupation: Sith Marauder
    Height: 6'2
    Weight: 180
Physical Description: Titus was a well sculpted young man. Through his many battles and training, he had developed a toned, muscular body. He has tanned skin, light brown eyes, dark curly hair, a well groomed full beard, and sported tattoos that covered most of his arms and his chest.
Clothing: Titus wore black pants, accompanied by black combat boots. He had cut the sleeves on his black Sith robe to expose his arms.
    Weapons: A single crimson lightsaber.
Description of Abilities: Titus was a duelist. He thrived in lightsaber combat. While his skills in Sith sorcery are quite useless, his capabilities with force jump, force push, and force lightning were his specialty. Combining force attacks with his lightsaber attacks, Titus is fierce and deadly. Titus mastered Form III Soresu and Form IV Ataru. Darth Titus was well versed in all forms of lightsaber combat, but found that he excelled with Form III and IV. With Ataru, Titus could channel his speed, acrobatics, ruthlessness and aggressiveness while putting his strength to use, and Soresu allowed Titus to go on the defense and still dominate a fight.
Bio: Titus Impera was born on the planet Serenno. He lived a comfortable life with his parents until the day they discovered his prowess with the force. Titus' parents quickly invited an old man from their town to their home. This old man was believed to have been a former Jedi. This man had no name. The kids and elders of the town alike referred to him as, "The Old One" or "The Man with No Name". He was a mysterious man. No one knew much about him, if anything at all. One thing everyone knew about him however, he had the power of the force within him. What else could it be? This old man levitated objects with a single thought, or opened doors without physically doing so.

Titus' parents were eager to have The Old One train him so he could control himself instead of abusing his powers. The Old One took a look at Titus, seemingly staring into his soul. The old man finally nodded his head. "This kid has great power, but a wild mind. I'll do what I must. I will train him." Titus began training with him at the age of 11. Titus was so thrilled to begin his path to becoming a Jedi. It wasn't until Titus turned 14 that Titus realized being a Jedi was not what it seemed. He was a wild boy, always wanted to fight, and always chased after the girls in the town. The Old One quickly disciplined him when these thoughts entered Titus' mind. When Titus turned 17, his life changed forever. The Old One had been drunk senseless the night before. Titus' parents were enraged that their son's mentor lived such a volatile life. Titus' father confronted The Old One in his drunken stupor which had led to his father being savagely beaten to death. His mother had witnessed this and so too paid the price. The Old One had lost it, his sanity. He was never a Jedi, just a strong wielder of the force who had been turned away from the Jedi Temple because of his age and because of his rash behavior and continuous drunkenness.

Titus had escaped the town for a few days in the lush forests with a love interest of his from town, another act forbidden by the Jedi. His Master had forbade it, but Titus was rebellious by nature. He felt an eerie chill come about him while in the forest. He rushed back into town to see all the town's citizens huddled around his home. There his parents lie dead. He grew so enraged, so furious. He knew who had done it. Titus confronted his Master. A duel to the death. His Master refused. Titus would have none of it. He ended his master with pure anger. He pummeled into him with his fist, and then with the force lifted his master into the air and tossed him into the walls and ground of his home. He destroyed his master. Titus grew to hate the Jedi simply because of The Old One. With no one to mentor him, Titus traveled the galaxy looking for a purpose.

This is where he found Darth Dreadwar, Dark Lord of the Sith, Sith Emperor. Under Dreadwar, Titus began his path to becoming a Sith. After long trials, Titus had to face his Master in the dueling arena on Korriban where Titus "was merely survivinga mere Force Phantom of Dreadwar" and defeated his Master to earned the title of Sith Marauder. Titus is a Sith Lord now, still wandering the Galaxy looking for purpose. He has embraced the Dark Side and it's teachings. But he still has much to learn. He needs a purpose.

    CHARACTER SHEET
    [IMG]
    Character Summary
    Name: Lady Scionica
    Age: 22
    Sex: Female
    Species: Humanoid
    Occupation: Sith Assassin
    Height: 5’9”/175.3cm
    Weight: 135 lbs/61kg

Physical Description: Scionica is a tall, humanoid female with black eyes and long, wavy, bright red hair. Her skin is pale, leaning towards porcelain. She is slightly more built in muscle than her twin Kevala, though still slim and wiry. She has identical tribal tattoos that run from her collarbones to elbows and three vertical lines tattooed running down the outer corners of her lower eyelids. She walks like a warrior, confident and fearless, with every bit of grace as a dancer. Scionica is abrasive, opinionated and confrontational, but nurses a secret soft spot and fierce loyalty towards her twin.

Clothing: Scionica’s clothing is usually black and grey and a conglomeration of leather- and cotton-type material that is form-fitting, but flexible. She dons black, fingerless gloves that lace up to her elbows and black leather, knee-high boots. She uses a deeply hooded cowl, with material to pull up over her face to disguise her features. She wears two black and silver leather belts that hang low on her hips.

Weapons: One yellow-bladed lightsaber, a modified electro-staff that she wears on her back and an assortment of vibro-shivs hidden on her person.

Description of Abilities: Scionica is highly skilled in physical combat, matching grace and swift reflexes with surprising brute force that she augments with the Force. She has an incredible amount of stamina and can quite happily spend all day training and still be perfectly fine the next morning. She is skilled in the lightsaber and utilises a unique form of bow that she has perfected on her own. Scionica relies more on the physical side of the Force as opposed to Kevala’s mental abilities, commonly using Force abilities to enhance her physical abilities. She has all of Kevala’s knowledge of weak and pressure points on the body, though little of her skill of poisons.

Bio: Scionica is a twin, the louder sister to Kevala. Little is known of their origins and they speak of it to no one. Some say they were born in the slums of a distant Outer-Rim planet to a woman who soon left them to her abusive, spice-addict husband. I’m sure you can imagine their home-life. At the age of eight, the twins took their revenge and took their chances in the streets. They learned cunning, street smarts, agility and hardiness and began working as hired assassins at the age of thirteen. But, of course, this is all here-say.

They come into history properly at the age of 21, when they were hired by an anonymous Mandalorian. The mission failed spectacularly as their target was revealed to be a Lady of the Sith, who quickly bested them. The Sith was impressed by their raw abilities with the Force and their hones physical skills. She invited them to join the Sith and imprinted the location of the Sith Temple before leaving them to their devices; beaten, bruised and injured, but very much alive. They were in awe of the woman’s abilities, her drive and passion used in combat. And the mysterious power she had used? They’d felt it all their lives as they knew no one else did. Cutting all ties with their employer, they disappeared on a stolen ship bound for Moraband. Reaching the Temple, the twin swore their allegiance to the Sith and Scionica was swiftly picked up by the a close acquaintance of the very woman they had been hired to kill: Lady Viscretus.

Now apprenticed, to Darth Apollyon, Lady Scionica has devoted herself to her studies and training, maintaining and honing her skills to perfection, craving every new thing brought her way. She has vowed her life and devotion to the Sith and will do anything needed to bring this great Order to the forefront of the Galaxy.

    Character Summary
    [IMG]
    Name: Lady Kevala
    Age: 22
    Sex: Female
    Species: Humanoid
    Occupation: Sith Assassin
    Height: 5’8”/172.7cm
    Weight: 130 lbs/59kg
Physical Description: Kevala is a tall, humanoid female with white-silver eyes and long, wavy black hair. Her skin is pale, leaning towards porcelain, and she is deceptively slim, her form made of lean, wiry muscle. She has two vertical, parallel lines tattooed in black running down the lower lid of her right eye, as well as a black, tribal-type tattoo on her left shoulder blade.
Clothing: Simple, but fitting of her role. Her clothing always ends at ankle and wrist, usually black or deep blue (a black corset and deep blue undershirt, for example, are very normal for Kevala) and a conglomeration of leather- and cotton-type material that is form-fitting, but flexible. She dons black gloves that lace up to her elbows and black leather, knee-high boots. She uses a deeply hooded cowl, with material to pull up over her face to disguise her features.
Weapons: Two, single-bladed lightsabers, coloured yellow. She also carries an assortment of vibro-shivs on her person as well as throwing blades and a longer, arcane blade strapped across her back.
Description of Abilities: Kevala prefers the “quieter” Force powers. She, herself, is quiet and withdrawn, possessing an incredibly quick mind. She may not be insulting you to your face, but you can be sure she’s thinking of it behind her impassive mask. She is swift and merciless, and she will strike when you least expect it. She is a master at manipulation. She is also highly skilled with the way the body works and, therefore, highly knowledgeable in ways to take you down quietly. Pressure points, weak spots, and quiet poisons are her specialty. She has a quick mind and can swiftly evaluate a situation, which she prefers to do as opposed to just jumping into a situation. She is flexible, silent and swift, making her a prime choice for assassinations and quiet recon missions.
These abilities are tempered by an illness she has suffered since her mid-teenage years, that effects her entire body. Kevala’s use of the Force and knowledge of the body allows her to control and suppress her symptoms during combat, training and missions. However, this supplement costs her and she pays for the cheat by spending the next few days paying for the shortcuts with severe symptoms, keeping her bedridden for an unspecified amount of time while she recovers.
Bio: Kevala is a twin, the quieter sister to Scionica. Little is known of their origins and they speak of it to no one. Some say they were born in the slums of a distant Outer-Rim planet to a woman who soon left them to her abusive, spice-addict husband. I’m sure you can imagine their home-life. Reaching the Temple, the twin swore their allegiance to the Sith and Kevala was swiftly picked up by the very woman they had been hired to kill: Lady Viscretus.

She has vowed her life and devotion to the Sith and will do anything needed to bring this great Order to the forefront of the Galaxy.

    The game begins... Hail Caesar!
'Here is a question that nobody seems to ask anymore, as if the return of Sith is as natural as night to the day that the Jedi represent - that one begets the other. That question is a simple one; why do the Sith return? Politicians such as Natasi Daala would have you had you believe that the Jedi create the Sith within their ranks. I would point out that this is true, but only on the basis that it is the largest pool of Force users available to draw upon. Because that is the point that I am trying to make - just who is drawing upon the Jedi as a resource? Who is managing the galaxy so as to ensure the Sith return?

The answer is simple, and one which the enigma Kreia herself said, four millennia ago; that you consider these remnants of the Jedi to be the Sith? How foolish could you be? The Sith are out there, behind the scenes. Oh wait, I hear you cry, she was referring to the Sith represented by Emperor Vitiate. But why would she, when she had taken the name of Trayus, an older Sith than Vitiate? Sith'ari Adas you say, who used Rakatan hyperdrives to found the Trayus Academy? But what of the Adas Starmap, the gem of information recently extricated from the Adas Holocron by Master Skywalker, which lists all the holdings of Adas and his successors, which does not include worlds with Sith influences such as Alpherides, Roon, Naos, Onderon, Criton's Point, Alsakan and Sarafur, to name but a few, all of which predate the arrival of Ajunta Pall and his kin to Korriban?

Do you not see the obviousness of it all - that we have yet to actually defeat the true Sith - the True Sith? Those which work to resurrect the Order time and time again? Those behind the Great Schisms? Those whose defeat would herald the end of this five millennia long Sith War? Yes, since the One Sith were finished and Darth Wyyrlok V was defeated, we have had ten years of peace; the longest time period since the Force was 'imbalanced' two centuries before Yavin - but does anyone truly believe that will last? Does one not hear the rumours of a vast Shadow War across the breadth of the Unknown Regions and not believe that the Sith will return, thanks to another unlikely intervention?'

~ The opening lines of a lecture by Professor Sintak Kya, at the University of Kamparas, cancelled by the faculty at the request of the Jedi Order following the death of Sintak Kya in suspicious circumstances.

"That is not dead which can eternal lie, and with strange aeons even death may die." - ancient Sith epithet of unknown attribution

"Only power is real, and the only real power is the power to destroy. Existence is fleeting. Destruction is eternal." - Blessed Toxmalb, Lorekeeper of Rhand

"You thought that the corrupted remnants of the Republic ... were the Sith? You are wrong. The Sith is a belief. And its empire, the True Sith Empire, rules elsewhere." - Darth Traya

"It is a different war these Sith wage, a thing of silence and shadow. They strike from the darkness, hiding from the face of the galaxy, until all Jedi are exterminated. After all the Jedi are gone, then the galaxy is theirs, no matter whether the Sith or the Republic rules... it is the dark side that shall reign, unchecked..." - Darth Traya

The Iktotchi priestess awakes with a gasp of horror, an unvoiced scream on her lips and no voice can come forth, she cannot understand what she had seen, she cannot understand what she had seen, she cannot understand what she had seen-

On distant Coruscant, a Jedi Master, rendered insomniac by a nameless dread, rakes the void between stars with the incisions of his Whiphid eyes, finding only questions, and no answers.

In an earthen hut on an insignificant agricultural world, a human child too young to have yet undergone the Rite of Naming is gently rocked back to sleep in the arms of his loving mother. "Shhhh, shhhhh, little one. Don't cry. It was just a nightmare. Nothing's out there."

    She is wrong.

    They are coming.

    ...

    ~155 ABY~
    ...

"If you find this, go. Leave this place now. Some things should stay dead. This planet should stay dead. I should stay dead. But something tells me an old friend isn't going to let me. I can hear him calling my name, and I'm not going to be able to resist. So go while you can. Don't wait until dark." ~ holotape recorded by Naz Felyood, recovered by Jedi researchers in the Tomb of Dathka Graush

Moraband. Pesegam. Korriban. Many names, one world, the utterance of any of them bringing with them deserved dread.

It is a wasteland of red sands. Its face is caked in rock that form crumbling mountains hewn by the ravaging wind from the ruins of ancient temples, to tower above wind-cut badlands, sun-scorched sand dunes that weep grit with every updraft, and chasms formed by deep fractures gouged into its depths. Dried-up valleys, that had been dismal brooks and gulches before they were plied by ancient hands into their present state of monument, appear as blackened scars from space, puckered by the fissures that web out from them into the crust, the disfigurements left on a withered corpse. Built on the crooked backs of a thousand long-dead slaves, tombs of buried treasure, grand Temples dedicated to the dark side, Academies the crucible on which prospective Sith are flayed into raw embodiments of the dark side's primal power; these are the testaments to Moraband's past, present and future.

For this is the birthplace of the Sith, the mortuary world of their greatest Lords, the homeworld of the new Sith Empire.

If one should look at Moraband with the omniscient eyes of the Force, they would see the currents of dark power that the world breathes. They would see the greatest spirits of bygone Sith as black bloodstains in the Force, haunting the resplendent pyramids and ziggurats to which they were anchored. They would perceive the lesser echoes of corrupting souls, carried by the cold, shuddering wind, whispering into the minds of the unfortunate visitor with such insidiousness even the most stalwart of Jedi Masters would worry to step foot on the planet's surface, for fear of falling. And within this miasma of spectral energy, they would see a fountain of darkness, a spirit where it did not belong, a spirit that refused to resign itself to the darkness beyond all dying, a spirit that scrabbled for and clung to life, returned from the land of the dead to bring ruin to the realm of the living. It radiated a wrongness that even its best efforts to mask its true nature did not veil completely.

Years after the New Sith Order washed pure Moraband's dead stone with the blood of their weakest, years after Dominion and Acolytes tore at each other like kriks until all was ashes, this ancient spirit of evil, who dared mock all tradition and propriety by calling itself a living, reigning Dark Lord of the Sith, summoned all the forces of evil to him. He was Darth Dreadwar, Emperor of the Sith Empire, and today he followed the example of Lord Vassago years prior.

    He was holding a feast.

Several miles distant from the mouth of the Valley of the Dark Lords, nestled in the ragged mountains that bathed the ruins of the ancient city of Dreshdae in shadow, brooded one of the oldest Temples on the planet. Predating even the reign of the first Sith King Adas, this fortress, tabernacle and academy was called home by a thousand Sith of the new dark ascendancy. And slinking into its entrance this day were some two-score Tuk'ata, straying from the dens within the Valley's tombs, drawn by aching hunger and the scent of certain relief. But even their hunger was not enough to overcome their terror at the unnatural energy exuding from the gathering of Sith within the Temple's opulent, vaulted dining hall, and so they hung back at the periphery, slavering and snarling. The assembled Sith paid them no mind.

It was within this hall Darth Dreadwar sat, enthroned, at the head of a great table. To his immediate left, the Dark Lord Darth Haretisch, Shadow Hand of the Empire. To his right, the Dark Lord Darth Insipid, Night Herald. Seated thereafter along the left and right sides of the one-hundred-foot long table were an assortment of many dozens of Sith Masters, apprentices and neophytes; included among their number, the favoured of the Triumvirate: on the left, the Inquisitor Darth Viscretus, and her apprentice, Lady Kevala, sitting beside Dreadwar's first and foremost servant, Darth Apollyon and her apprentice Lady Scionica. The four were in high spirits, Apollyon having elicited uproarious laughter at some joke. On the right of the table, fledgling sorcerer Darth Formidious, the fearsome assassins Darth Arach and Darth Apathus, the revered Sith Lords Darth Nemisis and Manticore, Master Darth Titus, and last but not least, the youngest of the gathering, Robyn Shaire.

Dreadwar's hooded form remained as still as it had been for the last hour as he watched the Sith indulge in - nay, tear into - the banquet the Temple slaves had prepared. Golden plates, gem encrusted cutlery and the pleasures of rare bantha steaks, exquisite rice sausages, caramelised shuura fruit, the salt-cured caviar of the firaxan sharks of Manaan and even the traditional Sith delicacy of bloodsoup were lost on him. He gnawed in the darkness, emptiness howling about him in a scream just beyond the hearing of mortals, watching, always watching.

When the most ravenous of acolytes began to finish their main course, the Sith Emperor leaned forward at last, and broke the chatter with a whisper of speech. It was a death-rattle of a thing, a sepulchral, shuddering hiss that roared into the minds of those assembled, forcing their attention upon the Dark Lord. "Weelcome, my friends." Into the deathly silence that descended on the hall in the instant upon Dreadwar's greeting, the ancient wraith poured the warbling of a whisper. "I have gathered you today to open the Sith Trials of our new Order. You come from across the galaxy. Some have stood as Sith for decades. Some have not. But this day, we all share one purpose: to grow in the dark side, together, so that we might grasp for the very stars. Apprentices, Masters, this I promise you. Your destiny has not led you astray in coming here. Here, within the halls of this Temple, I will show you... true power. I will show you... the dark side."

    A pause.

"Before we get to the Trials, in which you will learn, or grow, in the ways of the Sith, I will ask if any of you should have any questions or comments, to pose them before me now. For to dine in finery was not my primary intent in summoning you to this hall this evening. So speak your piece now, my Lords, Ladies, apprentices, because you may not have another chance for some time."

    Carnage.

This was the scene of the lower Valley of the Dark Lords.

Kissed by the orange sun of Horuset, majestic statues cast long shadows over the decrepit ruins that lay at their feet. These four colossi, bearing an eternal sneer of cold command, were situated beyond the cliff on which the honorary tombs of Sith Lords Ajunta Pall, Tulak Hord, Marka Ragnos and Naga Sadow were cut deep into the Valley walls, towering over a honeycomb of tombs that were more weathered and ancient than anything in the upper Valley levels.

XoXaan. Darth Andeddu. The Great Temple to which Palpatine himself had sojourned, seeking answers on how to preserve his life. These were but a few of the multitude of mortuary structures that dotted the mountainous, darker terrain of the lower Valley. Strewn across the sands, bleached skeletons, the dead skin that was not pulled taut over their forms flapped in the gusting winds, an eerie whistling song played by nature's forces dancing over and through the cavities of the long-dead fallen. Today a great many had been added to their primordial number, some thrice a dozen corpses that could only have been slain minutes prior, grotesque expressions burned permanently on their collective countenance, their limbs slack by their sides.

If a shuttle had passed over at that moment, the story could not have been clearer to the bird's eye view such provided. This scene of carnage was a trail, leading down a path to shadowy catacombs dug under a mausoleum guarded by fearsome gargoyles. This scene could only have been orchestrated by the only two figures that stood upright in the shadowy gulches of the Lower Valley.

Darth Cruor. By his side as he had been for the decades of Cruor's death, Draconis.

Newly awakened, newly resurrected. A blazing red aura of sheer raging power surrounded the two figures, their wrath seeping into the cracks and crevices of the Valley walls, having been visited upon the unlucky Sith acolytes and archaeologists that had been the first to greet the risen Sith of yore.

Yet what the hypothetical shuttle pilot, with his mere mortal eyes, would not have been able to realise, was that the two were not alone.

A diseased voice intruded into their minds, from everywhere, and nowhere. It said nothing in any tongue. But in its ineffable scratching and oily whispering, any one with the Force as their ally could perceive its meaning, its intent to return them to a state of oblivion, a certain realm, perhaps, from which Lord Cruor had only just crawled.

    Chaos.

    ---

Far, far from the Valley of the Dark Lords, further still from the Sith Temple, in the jagged mountain range that formed a spectacular ring around Dreshdae and its nearby necropolis, two lone figures ascended a steep, winding stair that wrapped around a high peak.

Buffeted by the wind, the two figures had only the Force in which to place their trust, as they crawled on all four limbs, perilously close to the edge, up the stair. Suffice it to say, the possibility of death from falling was the last thing on their minds. The naked fear that radiated from them in the Force had much more to do with their destination, and a much more imminent sort of potential demise.

The one on the left, a short male Iktotchi bearing red skin and black tattoos laid bare before Korriban's sun thanks to his apparel comprising only an archaic kilt, stopped for a moment to catch his breath. He craned his head to look at his Devaronian companion, who was beginning to pull ahead of him in their slow, torturous climb. The Devaronian sighed as he too slowed to a stop. "We are nearly where His Majesty said he would be, Tectator. Come now, this mission is too important."

The Iktotchi's panting hasted into a snarl. "Ah, yes... His Glorious Majesty... whose Shadow Hand's robes I happened to have spilled wine on yesterday, whose Night Herald's holocrons you were tardy in dusting last week." Tectator's voice dripped with acidic sarcasm. "It couldn't possibly be that this important mission, given to us by the Emperor himself, could be anything to do with being given a death sentence for displeasing, in the most minor way, the Dark Lords, could it?"

The Devaronian responded with equal parts exasperation and anxiety. "Don't be ridiculous; not even the Dark Lords would punish us over something so trivial." To Tectator, it sounded more like Malignus was trying to convince himself, fear betrayed by the sharpness of his reply. "You are reading too much into things. No, we impressed the Masters last week with our victory in the dueling, and now even the Dark Lords have taken notice of us."

Malignus began to resume his climb, his voice elevating equally as he strained to be heard the further he advanced from his fellow acolyte. "Only acolytes of great worth would the Dark Lords send to find this Lord... ah..."

"Ventris," Tectator supplied, as he reluctantly began to follow.

    "Yes. Lord Ventris."

Tectator was not convinced. He repeated to himself, over and over, This is not a death sentence... This is not a death sentence... This is not a death sentence. And slowly but surely, the two oblivious acolytes climbed towards their sentencer.

In the darkness of the Unknown Regions...

Spinning listlessly in space between the boundary of the Rakatan Archipelago and the territory claimed by the pirates of the Vagaari, was a fogged sphere of emerald green and deep blue. It drifted in a black abyss spattered with clusters of glaring white stars, its perfectly round edge reflecting the stark light of its star. The planet was called Makatak and there was absolutely nothing special about it... save for two facts.

Its coordinates were inscribed on the wall of an ancient tomb in the Valley of Golg on Korriban.

And following the mystery of those inscriptions, Darth Vassago, eminent former Dark Lord of the New Sith Order, had chosen this insignificant forest world for the new home of his self-exile.

Huddled in a large clearing on the shores of a cold sea was a small village. Its inhabitants had long known - and indeed, sometimes worshipped - 'the shaman in the woods.' They were none the wiser to his true identity.

And they were none the wiser to their imminent doom.

A dagger pierced the veil of spacetime, hyperspace spitting out a gargantuan wedge-shaped vessel thousands of miles above the surface of Makatak. Its coming rendered the Force, a scream of impending danger blossoming outwards to cascade across the planetary surface for the ears of any sensitive.

In the dark decks of the warship, moribund corpses, frothing at their mouths with white fluid as if perpetually vomiting spoiled milk, crawled to their tasks, making their way to egg-shaped dropships.

Something foul had come to Makatak.

From the bridge, in which the pestilent essence of infectious white thickened the recycled air most, a voice emanated, directing its captains to their duties. Officers with vacant eyes and tortured, pale faces hurried to their tasks.

And then the voice descended upon Makatak, speaking to only one. Its recipient would surely be roused, and feel the tendrils of this void in the Force reaching for him, bringing its dire message - and promise:

"Cast your eyes to the heavens, false Sith. Your death is come."

OOC: Alright, I'm still waiting on two players who have CSes Approved but still need to post them here in-thread (dragonsith13 and Admiral Volshe), and two players who still need to send me CSes for final approval, darth-nemisis and Darth Formidious.

I'm also going to tag you, Darth-Vassago and NickLitYouAFlame, since it seems the Tags didn't work.

Everyone, be sure to read the full OP, and Watch this thread (since Tags, as we all know, often don't work).

We should start a PM convo with every player and an OOC and/or Library thread in the Role-Playing Resource Forum soon enough. This is going to be great fun.

It's been a pleasure working with you on this game, Darth_wanderguard and Sinrebirth... and everyone: I look forward to playing with you all!

Physical Description: Porcelain complexion, light blonde hair (often worn in braids or various updos), green-blue eyes (truthfully, they are an ominous red). Athletic, thin and slender. As for Force abilities, prefers the arcane and elemental - as well as what she likes to call "psychology".

Bio: Born on Naboo, not much else is known. Viscretus rose from the shadows seemingly overnight. She claims much of her training came from an Order of Dark Siders who are rumoured to trace back to the Old Republic - an Order that worships the study of the arcane and thrust her into their ways. But her past is as indeterminate as her future, and she discusses both with no one (well, almost no one). She not only is a part of the Sith, but part of the Fel Empire as well - and one can only guess at what she seeks to accomplish from within their ranks.

IC: Darth Haretisch -- Sith Temple, Moraband

The Shadow Hand sat at his emperor's left, surveying the scene around him. He cast his brooding eyes down the length of the long table, squinting to make out the finer details of the far end, the edges of which narrowed like a long road stretching to the horizon. Seated next to him were Viscretus and Kevala, followed by Apollyon and her apprentice Scionica, Kevala's twin. Directly across from him was his own apprentice, Apathus, a Draethos assassin only recently initiated into his custody as a learner. A novice, but a promising one. He nodded in acknowledgement of Apathus.

Large gatherings had never been much to his liking, less so after his many years in quiet solitude, and as the chatter at the table erupted into raucous laughter around him, he cast a disdainful glare in Apollyon's direction - not so disdainful as to terrify her, but enough so to quiet her gaiety and mute the mood somewhat.

Then, he felt it. A wave, like a slow throbbing within the force. Even among the constant pulsing dark side energies of Moraband, and of the dark temple itself, this was... Different. A newly awakened presence. A presence he had not felt since...

His eyes shifted to Dreadwar questioningly, his expression otherwise blank, though the intensity of his stare alone spoke volumes. The gaze returned to him confirmed his suspicions - the Emperor felt it too.

A moment later, Dreadwar spoke, and the remaining noise at the table died suddenly as he addressed the gathering. A pregnant pause followed a brief introduction, and then he beckoned any who would speak to do so. "For to dine in finery was not my primary intent in summoning you to this hall this evening. So speak your piece now, my lords, ladies, apprentices, because you may not have another chance for some time."

He knew then that the Emperor had felt this awakening long before he had felt it himself. That a plan was already in place.

IC: Sith Archaeologist -- Valley of the Dark Lords

So much rage I can feel as I approach, infecting my very bones with every horrified step I take forward. Still I take a step. Still I take a step. Still I take another step and yet another. I raise my hand to shield my eyes from the setting sun, and I curse myself. Not for having fled before when I felt it begin to awaken, but for returning to investigate the screams I could hear in the distance as I walked away into the unending red sand before me. Why can I not turn away again as I did before? Why must I return to see it with my own eyes? The beast waits for me, I can feel it calling, ancient and horrible and squamous and writhing within the vast expanses of the unknowable, an unnameable horror grasping at me from the depths. I am powerless.

Finally I see it in the distance as a silhouette. The beast? No. A beast, perhaps, but not the unnameable. Tall and imposing, I see it begin to approach me with a smaller man in tow dressed only in rags. I stand frozen in terror as I realize that I will die, that the unnameable has sent these two to extinguish the life from me. I clutch my head, my eyes lose ability to focus simply from sheer fright, my mouth falling open and my screams echoing in the wastes as I turn to flee blindly again. But I am too slow, I cannot outrun it. Not the unnameable, nor its minions, nor my own crackling madness.

    A Man in the Mountains
    Korriban

The man cut into a Tuk’ata steak with a set of utensils he had flattened out of durasteel with the Force. That project had taken weeks, but the man had savored the work. He was becoming bored with his exile. The man had always been fickle. It was a trait that had lead him into trouble many times over the years, but an old tree is not easily swayed. The man put the last bite of meat into his mouth. His guests would be arriving soon.

He had felt their fear at the summit of this mountain. Fear could be a powerful ally for survival, but it was considered unbecoming of a young Sith. The Dominion had always favored reckless confidence, though the old Darth Ventris had not. But, he understood their fear. It was not often that you were sent to find a living nightmare. Or that was the persona that had been crafted for the man. To these young Sith, he might be a cannibal, a Force monster, a madman driven wild by power, or all of these, or none. They would soon know.

The man walked to the entrance of his home and began down the steps toward his visitors. As he rounded the corner, he knew that he needn’t use the Force to infect them with fear, for they were doing that themselves. He had felt it before and it was only growing stronger. He rounded another corner, and saw two young males on all fours, being buffeted by wind. The same wind seemed to pass by the man without affecting him. He tapped his staff onto the rocky steps, to get the apprentices’ attention.

“What master would send their pets crawling around the den of a Tuk’ata?”

IC: Mindless Darth Cruor - Valley of the Dark Lords

    Rage, power, destruction.

Pleas of mercy were not heard. The smell of burnt flesh was not detected. No sense of ecstasy as the Dark Side coursed through the body that was once his.

Darth Cruor, a being all thought dead, currently ravaged his way across the Valley. By his side was another being, one not seen since the passing of Darth Cruor.......Darth Draconis. After all this time of silence, they seemingly appeared from nowhere, but why?

Apparently one person still alive in the Valley was curious enough to not run away in terror as the others tried, but to actually walk toward the risen Sith Lords. This small creature stood between the Gen'Dai and where he needed to be, the catacombs, all the others who stood in his way now lay dead behind him. This being, whoever he was, would so join them.

The mindless Sith began to summon his power, preparing to deliver a blow far more destructive than would be needed for this obstacle. It continued to move forward, slowly, wordlessly, without emotion or inflection.
