I'm doing all right. Had a few hours of reading outside in the shade yesterday and it really helped lift my mood. I think I'll do the same here shortly. (maybe )

I am reading 'The Alexander Cipher' Archeological/Historical fiction. Fascinating stuff. But I started reading it yesterday and I'm halfway through. Now tell me, does that seem fair to you? It should last longer.

I'm okay, been headachey all week, which has not been fun.

No, it's definitely me.

Of course it's warm here. I spent an hour and a half walking around town in the sun.

 

It's gone for now, but I fear it will be back Saturday. I tried Tylenol, water, food, sleeping. None of those worked. When headache was ready it finally went away. About 30 minutes ago while I was out walking.

It's a weather related thing. I don't really know what I can do.

 

Headaches suck.

I understand those Runner. For some reason it helps me if I go outside and sit in the shade and read a book so my mind focuses on something else.
