When it comes to the movies six, I feel an undeniable attraction to two scenes by joy, and another by ah. I shall now dance the mamba to decide which is the best.

I would have to say my favorite scene would have to be the musical number in Jabba's Palace where the Twi'lek dies in the end. To see such a wide variety of species so diverse, and all holding court with a Hutt as the prime species was a favored reversal of the normally seen human centric attitude the Empire overlays upon the galaxy. Not to mention 'Jedi Rocks' is a sweet song in the original and still with the revision as well swelling the alien band.

MISSION . . . IS COMPLETED!!!!!

I like your choice Mitthy but I'd disagree it was solely the Empire that's Human-centric. All of SW at core is.

 

The Empire was also misogynistic for the most part. There were exceptions, such as Tarkin, who recognized Natasi Daala as being more tactically brilliant than most of her male counterparts in the Imperial navy so promoted her to Admiral despite the whining of the others in the navy and his fellow Moffs.

 

I think that's more the time the OT was done than anything. Though thanks for using Tarkin as an example of a good thing, E-Dad.
