The New Years Resolution Thread

So do you guys have any resolutions this year and are you going to keep them?
I don't usually bother with them but for once I'd try and stick to it. Even though I'm not overweight I think I could do with losing a stone or two but my real resolution is to drag myself to the gym at least once a week

Happy new year Coz!

Mine is to eat less chocolate....(I could never give it up!)

 

my resolution is to not have a resolution

lame, i know, but i tend to like all my habits equally

 

It be like giving up Star Wars, just can't be done

 

I resolve to be famous.

 

I could never eat less chocolate. But to be honest, I don't even want to try it. *chews potato chips*

Resolutions? Every year I've told myself to get better at school and it never works, so I gave it up.

 

Well I downed a bottle of single Irish malt the other night So

My Resolution's are

1. No Drinking for 2007. (Even at my Birthday Do)
2. Get Fitter & stop smoking.
3. Loose about 3 stone in weight.

 

To start going to the gym and to stop chewing my fingernails

To stop spending as much money on Star Wars (after CE of course...)

 

yeah yeah - like thats ever gonna happen...I broke that one pretty soon after a trip down eBay lane....

How about - I choose the item and you just pay?

I can see we will be in the same queue at CE for all the merch we can get....we are the Merch Monsters!!!!!

 

I'm not doing too badly though. In fact I'm quite proud of myself because my new display room/office is decortaed quite classy so I had a nice purge before Christmas (also paid for Christmas) and put a lot of my stuff on 'the bay'.

I'm know limiting myself to the Sideshow Figures, Vintage (always trying to get a better version of each figure - but not gonna pay more than £2.00 - this makes it very interesting), Episode one figures (no, I don't know why either..., the MR Scaled stuff and the Gentle Giant stuff.

Everything else - and I do mean everything (hundreds of 3 3/4, posters, Hasbro 12's) went on the bay.

I felt very clean afterwards but then went and bought the SAGA Dagobah X-Wing because I couldn't resist...

I'm weak and pathetic but it's all Uncle George's fault.

Maybe that should become my resolution for this year as well....

 

I've never once chewed my nails. I don't see the point of it, really

 

I use too But I stoped for some reason when I had Braces

 

1> Lose Weight

2> Read More! (Target of 75 books for the year!)

I'm trying to budget my spending a bit better, to that end I am now saving for GMEX and CE - and just preying i get some way of still going to LA!

4. Reduce hours of work in 'employed' job (must do 3 first)
5. Get the 99th recognised as a group
