The candle in the window could be seen in the distance, a beacon of warmth and welcome to the weary travelers. Hikari Yenma walked towards the house, the Christmas House as did many others. Famous faces like Jaina, Jacen, and Anakin Solo, Zekk, Kyp Durron, Han and Leia Solo and the Skywalkers. Hikari herself always wanted to be a Jedi. She was the first to step into the house, and to turn on the lights.
"AHH! BATS!!" she screamed. Zekk came in next. "Bats? Batman? BATMAN!!!!!!"
"Stop it man, we're not drunk yet!" Kyp slapped him playfully.
"Maybe I shouldn't show you the sake I've been sneaking?"
"THAT'S what you've been drinking the whole time?" asked Jaina.
"So Jay-Jay," asked Kyp, "where's Jag?"
"Jag isn't coming."
"How come?" asked Hikari.
"He's Jewish. He wants nothing to do with Christmas."
"Well then, listenin' to the dario, oreo, RADIO, must've been a pain in the ass." slurred Zekk.
Hikari looked up at the little lights on the ceiling. This was going to be one hell of a week.

Ah...Hikari is a character I made up. The image of Zekk drunk is hard to picture isn't it? But, hey, I've heard that sake is very good! I will post more soon. I'm working on the next post!

The next morning, Hikari walked downstairs. Luke was watching the HoloNet and Mara was sitting at the counter. ?Good morning, Hikari.? she said.
?Need??caffeine?now??
?Foldger?s caffeine or Jolt caffeine?? asked Mara.
?Heated Jolt.?
Mara started to make it.
?Hey, are you sure it?s a good idea to drink something that?s illegal on 47 planets?? asked Luke.
?Oh whatever! Y?know, sometimes I wonder why I married you.?
?It?s because I am so fine.?
?Oh, really, Mr. My-father-is-voiced-by-James Earl Jones?? Mara joked.
?THAT IS A SENSITIVE ISSUE FOR ME!?
Zekk emerged from his room. ?WOULD YOU KEEP IT DOWN!??
?Well, if you weren?t hoarding enough sake to last some people their whole lives?? Hikari answered. Zekk walked back into his room. Hikari reached for the Jolt.
?All the sugar and twice the caffeine!? She took a sip.
?Prepare for hyperness.? whispered Luke.
?YEE-HAW!!!!? she yelled.
?Hee-Haw is on?!? asked Anakin. He was clad in The Mighty Ewok boxers.
All three burst out laughing.
?I can?t believe YOU like Hee-Haw Anakin!? Mara was jackknifing up and down from uncontrollable laughter.
?Meanies! I?m going back to my room.?
Kyp and Jaina walked down cautiously.
?Hey, guys,? asked Luke, seeing them come down, ?was that you making all that noise? It sounded like someone was moving furniture.?
Hikari began to sing, ?Your cheatin? heart?.?
?Um?.well?.Jaina didn?t like how her bed was positioned, so I helped her move it.?
?Yeah, right! And those guys in that holovideo Young Guns weren?t hot.? answered Mara.
?Hey?? started Luke.
?That?s right, you heard me. They were damn hot.?
Hikari watched the husband and wife go at it.
Hmm?..if me and Zekk ever married, would we be like that? But then, that?ll never happen. thought Hikari

 

Um?.well?.Jaina didn?t like how her bed was positioned, so I helped her move it.?

Hehe, sure, they were "moving her bed" Is that what the kids are callin it these days [face_mischeif]

Funny! You have some great one liners in this Moonchild, just a couple tips- could you clarify a little what's going on? What this "Christmas House" is?

I like the characters a lot, I loved the part about Jag being Jewish, and Zekk drunk, some of the funniest ideas I've read in this holiday contest. Keep it up!

Poor Zekk. Hangovers are NOT fun. And one this particular day, everyone was going Christmas shopping.
"Rummage! That's what I'll do, since I can't go shopping!"
Trouble.

Meanwhile:

"Jaina! Hey, look at that!" said Kyp.
"Um, yeah that's a great article of clothing there."
"Yeah! I wish we had it last night!"
"AHEM!" Mara cleared her throat from behind them. "Excuse me? Do I hear a confession here?"
"But Mara, y-you see, ah crap."
"Well, Kyp do you now see the power of Zekk's sake?"
"Um, yes?"
"Good."
He whispered to Jaina, "Yeah right."
Hikari was looking to buy Zekk the best present ever.
"Lesse, food! I'll get him food!" She walked into the chocolate shop.
"What is your best chocolate?"
"Ah, miss, I believe you are looking for 'Death by Chocolate'."
"Sounds dangerous, sir. I don't want to kill anyone."
"Damn! It's always fun to see that! Ahem! Then the chocolate Hutts are what you want."
"They're big! This'll last him a year!"
"It's good for up to three years. Have a bite."
"It's good! There's mint in it!"
"The finest in the galaxy."
"Alright! Let's purchase!"
"150 credits, miss."
"Um, um, I got it!" she rummaged through her wallet.
"You'd better. Or would you like to join the Chocolate Obsess Club?"
"Okay."
"12 credits."
"Wow!"
She walked out dragging the bag to the food court. A Jedi Burger/Fries bucket was in order.
