There's a possibility I would not be free for the 22nd due to my most recent film commitment. Still, if the 22nd works best for most of the group I'd say still have it then. Have we heard back from any locations yet? Chris had mentioned possibly moving the festivities to early October. If we don't get a good restaurant option for the 22nd, what would everyone's schedules look like the nights of Friday October 5 or Saturday October 6 (Keeping in mind we have an event Sunday 10/7)?
I have not had time to call around - busy with the family this weekend... I know Steve just returned from out of town and is working at BOTH jobs today... Peter has sent out an email re: Oct 6th as well- Star Wars Reads Day - at Barnes and Nobles.... Would people be available October 5th?
I need to see how my work schedule may pan out. We have a very very Busy several months ahead with me going out of town 2-3 times possibly with as little as a week warning. If I'm here I'll be there. I'll try and get a more firm answer this week.
Are we still aiming for the 22nd or are we seeing if we should change to Oct. 5th? (We are free on the 5th) I'm all for Pane's if they will have us again. Babysitters can be hard to come by so the more notice the better!
I'm game for whatever gets decided. My work schedule is unkown at this time, so pretty much I will be there if I can. That being said I will be home the weekend of October 5th-7th.
22nd is about in two weeks and it seems like we have a majority on that; any word on restaurant availability for that date? I think regardless we should try to firm this up really soon.
There's a chance I could make the 22nd - it's a performance day, but the performances are in the early afternoon. I have to wait and see my work schedule for that week.
Truth be told I'll be likely to miss the dinner now regardless of the date that it's on. With my commitment to this film I'm casting, I'll be on set every day of filming, and the only way I'd be able to make it is if filming wrapped early, which would be unlikely.
Ok finally got confirmation and paynes has the small room available for us on sept 22nd oct 5&6th....although they cant guarantee total privacy since it is the over flow room on those days but we will still all be together. Let me know which date finalize cause need to but down $50 deposit asap to hold room....ill post menu options then.
