As some math obsessed freak, I strongly associate numbers with things. For instance if the idiotic gas pump doesn't print a receipt for my Tyme card transaction, I'll try to remember the number by either coming up with a formula for it, ie if it's $12.38, then I say that it's 2 cubed. Or, I'll come up with a date, unfortunately my sense of history is horrible, and everything ends up costing the same as the year the Magna Carta was signed, even though I have no idea when that was signed. I'll have to rewatch Billy Madison.

Anyway, so I came up with this game because, I am a nerd, but I figure, know you're audience. The game works like this:

Starting at one, name something associated with it. The next person to post comes up with something associated with two. The number has to be unique and verifiable for that number. For instance, you can't say "Five green M & Ms in a bag." Well that might be true once, but not constantly. (Actually there's a mathematical formula describing the percentages for each color to appear in an M&M bag). As for verifiable, that means you can't say there were four Steves in your graduating class. You could show us your yearbook, but the information should be generally known, or possibly known. So you could use college/pro jersey numbers, songs, movies, books, etc, just not personal information.

Examples of acceptable answers would be:

    4: Brett Favre's number.
    8: legs on a spider
    21: Blackjack

If a number gets too difficult, after a while we can simply post on it. Please don't post twice in a row unless the number stalls for a while. With that being said, I'll start it off (and yes, I am a math nerd, I cannot help it, it's a sickness)

1 - is the loneliest number.
