I just saw some screen shots from this game and I can't wait till it comes out. The graphics are far superior than Dark Forces 2. Infact, I don't think I've ever seen such good graphics.
Unfortunatly, the game won't come out till late 2002. But atleast I have the time to get a decent computer my then.

These are the projections for system requirments(they will most likely change in the next half year):

Minimum - PII 300 MHZ With 64 MB RAM And VOODOO3 Accelerator
Mid-Range - PIII 700 MHZ With 128 MB RAM and GeForce 2 Accelerator
    High-End - P4 - 1.5GHZ With 256 MB RAM And Next-Generation Accelerator

It sucks to be me; my computer will only be able to run the minimum.

Here is a site completly dedicated to the game: JediKnightII.net

    Lucky bastard... :( ;)

I'll have a job in March so I should have the money for a new computer(or a new Motherboard and processor) by the time it comes out.

That computer is almost exactly like mine, except I have a 1.2 GHz processer. I also have a CD-R and a CD ROM. Oh, and mine cost about $850. :p

EDIT: But mine isn't yellow. :)

Mine's not going to be yellow. It's going to be "Conspiracy Blue" in Alienware's color terminology.

I hope my parents are so kind when I graduate...
Lets see, a couple more years left, so by then it should be up to 2 GHZ. THAT would be sweet.

Well you can get a P4 with 2 GHz. I would predict that in two years or so we'll be up to 3 - 3.5 GHz! :) That'll make my 1.2 GHz seem like an old 486DX! :p

A 3.5 GHZ computer would just be...amazing. Imagine how fast your computer would boot up...

I don't know how fast it would boot up. With Windows 2004 or XP2 or whatever, it'll probably take up alot of hard drive space and memory. Imagine 512 MB of RAM minimum to operate an OS like that. :)

I remember back in the day when 25 MHz was fast!

Back in freshman year, the computers I took keyboarding on had 75Mhz Pentium 1s(at the same time, I had the 400Mhz Pentium 2 I have now). God those things seemed slow then, I'd hate to be the freshmen using them now(and they are still using the same computers).

The computers that are in use in my school is pre-pentium 1. They are really freakin slow!
As it is now, I only have a 300MHZ pentium2 at home. I need more power!

Well, I got my new computer in my room the other day. It sports a Pentium 4 at 1.5 ghz, 512 sdRAM, 60 gig drive, GeForce Vid Card, Windows XP. It's pretty sweet. Didn't think I'd like XP as much as I do...
