On Christmas Eve my mom makes Italian Sausage and Tortellini Alfredo,


she also makes the Sweet!
On Christmas Night My mom makes a Ham and Potato Hash brown Casserole It has sharp cheddar cheese and Bread Crumbs on top, I believe the casseroles she makes are big up in Pennsylvania except up there they put Ritz Crackers on top not Bread crumbs,


these are just representations of what my mom makes that I found on an MSN Search a little different what my mom makes!
I just want to say to you all your like family I spend just as much if not more time on here then with my family so you guys are like extended family Sisters and Brothers from another Mother If you know what I am talking about? So let me on this Joyous Holliday Extend a very Happy Holidays to all my Star Wars Friends and hopefully all will have a Happy productive new year!

 

I plan on having my turkey lunch and at least a couple of glasses of wine. Now that the forum move is in clean-up mode I can relax a bit.

 

I was going to head back on Christmas Day since I work the 26th, but to hell with it, I'll get up early on the 26th and head to work. It's a Critical Business Day. Someone kill me.

 

Turkey is currently out now defrosting.

Will be spending Christmas with my parents and, more importantly, my cat.

 

My turkey is pretty much defrosted in the fridge. I'll put it in around 10 AM so it's ready for an early afternoon lunch. Then it's Doctor Who at 5:30 PM.

 

It's going to be super laid back this year. Just the four of us.

I bought a new couch today.

Tomorrow I’m cooking a duck. I should probably find a recipe for that.

And fingers crossed no smart alec decides to run around lighting fires today; us volunteer firefighters need a break over the holiday season.

EDIT: I was wrong; it seems that a large fire has reignited just outside of Christchurch and they are sending appliances and heavy tankers. Stay safe my firefighting bretheren.

 

I had Chipotle for lunch, nothing too special for dinner tonight (chicken and veggies). Tomorrow, however, prime rib with cheesy mashed potatoes and a brown gravy made with the prime rib drippings. It is just the husband and I this year...and the doggo.
