Thanks to Ron before he left tonight after masaquering me in mini's, I realized after you made a comment about the mail that I hadn't checked it today. That worked out well. CIV is only 15 days away!

Okay gang, here's the scoop:

The Good News: The Bonaventure has given us a very nice, affordable package and it includes a dance floor and a cash bar. The cost is $25 per person.

The Bad News: We need at least 100 people to commit to this.

Participation is open to friends, family, total strangers as long as they are accompanied by an RL member, Forum members, Jedi Assembly, FanForce, whomever. If we hit the number then we're good. If we don't hit the number then the cost will be more depending on how many sign up.

Once we look like we have our "guest list" assembled, I will post information for paying.

Please PM me your screenname, real name, and the number of people in your party.

For those who have special dietary needs, here is the menu:

We are on the List at the Meeting for those who are going we will pay for our passes last day to purchase the passes is on the 19th it is 25.00 each so so i will make sure i have the funds in the bank to pay via pay pal at kasey's house for all who are going.

Well i came up with the Minis i will be taking to CIV if there is a R by the name that would be reserves but i think i will bring a couple extra characters, to mix it up like Medic Droid, Bosh,Ewok, Greivous Body Guard and SBD's, 100 point armies I would like to try them out before we head off to LA. but they seem fun either way

Celebration IV News, there will be a schedule up soon. You'll see at the bottom of the page it says:

Check onsite schedule and the "Insider's Guide to Celebration IV," coming next week on starwars.com!

This was posted almost a week ago I believe, so I'm assuming the schedule will be up anytime. PLEASE!!!

Just heard again from Charlie, looks like he is a go for CIV.

He will meet us at the air port and travel with us to the hotel.

We will then just rent a roll away bed and then split the remaining amount from the 175 he is paying between Me,Kasey,Bill and Adam.
the bed will cost between 10-20 dollars a night plus tax plus he will help out on the taxi making it more cheaper for the one way.

One week to go. I just want to make sure everything is still on and you guys still have room for me? I believe there's one guy from my local area that will be going to C4, but he is driving out and staying with another group from texas i think. Everyone else is planning on going to the local event up in Columbus that weekend. Let me know that the plans are still on. My flight arrives at LAX at 10:52 am on Tuesday, so that will give me time to meet you guys when you arrive. Let me know, thanks.

Ron, I am sorry that your packet has not arrived to date at the address you provided. I have listed that address below per your request. You should have indeed expected to receive your packet in the mail as well as your Quick Path Pass. As for the missive sent to Hyperspace customer service this is simply asking them to verify your account standing as we unfortunately discovered after mailing out packets that we did not receive the complete list of members from Hyperspace and thus some of the members did not receive their lanyards as they anticipated. This is simply a double check to verify you are a member and that a lanyard and the Friends & Family coupons are included in your packet. You won?t need to go anywhere aside from the Will Call booth to pick up the lanyard if you don?t receive it in your ship to packet before the convention. If you do indeed end up having to pick up your packet at the Will Call booth I will be happy to refund your shipping and handling however I am unable to reimburse any cab fees or transportations costs you incur coming to the convention center. Should you packet arrive before the show then no notice is necessary. Lastly regarding sending your packet out overnight or priority mail, first and foremost priority mail does not have a confirmation number associated with it. That is a separate charge added to any document by the Post Office. In addition all our stock was sent down to the convention center as of Monday May 7th and I am unable to fulfill any requests to have a separate packet sent out. I hope this clears up any confusion or concerns. Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please don?t hesitate to reply to this message or reach me at the number below.

Sounds great. I must have put the wrong day down mistakenly. My flight arrives on Wed 23rd 10:52 am. Rollaway bed sounds fine to me. I really was only looking for a place to sleep at night to be honest, so I didn't mind what arrangements there are.

To be honest I didn't really think I was going to the convention up until the end of April, so I wasn't even paying attention to any events that were going to be occuring. If I hear of anything in the next couple days i'll let you know. I'm just excited about being able to go this year.

Celebration 2 i only went for a day, but C3 i went all four days. I generally spent the whole day at the convention and essentially "lived" in the convention for four days with my nephew. What kind of plans (other than Sunday) did you guys have? I mean with the events going up to midnight every night, were you guys planning on staying all night til midnight or what? Thanks again
