I should problaby post in here about the filming.

Unfortunataltey I won't be able to take my Dad's digital camcorder with me, as I've mentioned to Nathan, I'll be taking our analouge.

I've already got it figured out how to capture the footage from the camcorder, not even using a analogue capture card, just passing it through the digital camcorder.

The end file size hopefully won't be to horrendous, since for my bday last month I received a copy of Sorenson Squeeze Compression Suite.

I'll either do one big file at hi rez, or 3 at high rez, and a low rez version.

This will apply to both videos if we end up doing the 2.

Depending on how busy I am when I get back to England after DC, hopefuly I'll have at least one of them up by near the end of september, hopefully before, don't quote me on that though, I've got some stuff falling into place right now, and i'm not sure how that's going to work out.

Oh add to that, I will only be able to use the digital at weekends, dad uses during hte week.

I sent in an audio file about my views on the ST...we'll see how that goes.

Anyway, I'm a huge CR listener, I listen to CR every night, and while cutting grass, and while cleaning my room...yeah, I'm lame.

//wonders if Nathan will ever make a 'I'm the 2nd Chrono' shirt...

Heh, "the second hand of the chrono." Or something.

Got the file, Gregory. I'll listen soon, and I'll put it into CR #11. Got some cool letters this time. One that foreshadows the commentary, one that jumps way back with a good comment on CR #8, then this one.

Hmmmmm . . . I bet I couldn't do that, any more than there could be DLR shirts. But I could make Rayzur's Edge Audio shirts perhaps, through CafePress. But those are hella expensive, aren't they?

Hmm, that's a good question. My FanForce was going to experiment with CafePress, but is fell through somewhere. If I am not mistaken, you can set your own prices. Don't quote me on that though, becasuse even as I type it I think it looks too good to be true. [face_plain]

EDIT: Ok, according to the CafePress website, you can set your own prices as long as they are above the CafePress base price. I would imagine that it would be $12-15 for a t-shirt, but I am not sure.

Hmm. I wonder how ChronoRadio would fit in copyright wise. I guess if it was a logo other than one with "Star Wars" in it, it might be feasible.

Hmm, I imagine as long as you don't use any pictures or logos from Star Wars, you should be fine. Though, the motto "The Star Wars Continuity Buff's Internet Radio Show", could be a bit iffy. [face_plain]

There are DLR shirts, and CafePress is actually a good gig. And as per selling, you can go to a conventiona dn find "got armor?" shirts by the 501st. I'd be surprised if they aren't real careful about what could get them in trouble.

Some of those Got Armor shirts are in the hands of LucasFilm employees, so if they haven't stopped it by now...they probably won't.

Yes, and make some a different color and sell them as a "convention exclusive" for twice as much money. Man, why does that sound so familiar... ;)

Well, crap, my only convention is Dragon*Con 2003, so it's too soon to do it! ;)

Speaking of which, I still have to figure out what kind of handouts to have for Dragon*Con, if I'm going to have any. I need a decent little one for Fanworks. I had one, but for some reason, it's not coming out right.

What about buttons or some pens? Something small, yet something that makes the person feel more interested than a flyer.

Nathan, I can make some multimedia CD's for you. Put anything you want on them, CD labels, MP3's CR, Parallels, Anthology, all your material and extra files. Let me know if your interested so I can start ASAP

    Definitely, definitely.

I'll seek out some files tonight at home.

    Best guess:

    CR Special Edition

    Parallels, Part I

CR Interview Edition with Daniel Wallace

    CR #9 (Games and Tokens)

    Second Strike: Act I--"Descent"

    Anthology: Dreamscape

And I can record a sort of intro to what's on there and where to find it.

    Ya think?

Aye, we can do that. What exactly would go into it, other than straight files? Anything? I'm not used to making demo stuff like that. And you'd get 'em to me by what, mail? Or are you surprising us by a Dragon*Con appearance?
